Fantasy Warriors of Asador: Protectors of NYC (CS) (A Reverse-Isekai rp)

The Realm of Asador is a world of magic, fantastic creatures, and mystery. It is also home to dangerous monsters, vile conspiracy, and evil villains. Most Asadorians flee from these threats and hide, but a certain group of people, adventures as they are called, stand up to these threats and fight them to the bitter end. However, some threats are impossible to fight alone, forcing Adventurers to team up with other Adventurers to confront them. This is exactly the type of situation you found yourself in. Recently, the world has been under siege by ogres, demons, and other evil spirits from the Underworld, who were rampaging throughout the land of the living, killing as many innocent people as they can get their hands on. You, as a adventurer, realized that fighting these hell-spawn on your own would be impossible. So, you and group of other heroes formed a adventuring group and went out to seek the source of these demonic incursions and stop them permanently

Eventually, you and your group, after slaying countless demons and rescuing a lot of people, discovered that the source of the demons was a warlock named Gravesbane, who was trying to summon his master, the demon prince Crainthus to the world. It was decided immediately that Gravesbrane had to be slain in order to prevent this Prince of the Underworld from subjugating the mortal plain. Making your way to the sorcerers tower, you fought through many more horrors and evaded many traps until you reached the warlock himself. After a brutal fight that killed one of your own, the Warlock was laying on the ground defeated, slowly bleeding out. Before he died however, the Warlock used what was left of his strength to stab himself with his own sacrificial dagger, giving his soul to his master. As he was about to die, he beseeched his master to smite down his foes so that he may go into eternal servitude with joy. As the Warlock died, you were suddenly surrounded by what could only be described as a bright flash of light, which caused you to lose consciousness. Whne you woke up, you found yourself in a completely unfamiliar city, which leaves you wondering one thing, "where did the Warlock send you and how do you get back"?

Races
Human: Self-Explanatory. Has the easiest time blending in to the Streets of NYC.
Elf: Are divide into two races. The magically-inclined Snow Elves and the warrior-based Summer Elves.
Beastkin: The most unusual of the races. They are a people that have a least one visible animal trait on their bodies. This ranges from animal ears on their heads, having the head of the animal and the body of the man and, in some extreme cases, flat out looking like an anthropomorphic animal.
Stonemen: Living in the mountainous regions of the world, the Stonemen are a tall, rugged people who have a stone-like skin, making them efective combatents.

Bo had a fairly normal life. Growing up in the forest, learning how to make folks better, through magic and non magic means. She got bored of her normal life and joined the party to liven up her life.

A set of pan pipes and a back up lute for which she can conjure her magic with. For more violent weapons, she carries a pair of small daggers and some throwing darts.​

Personality:
Celes is very strictly loyal to what he believes is right and wrong. He can be brutally cold in a fight, and complete goals without remorse for an enemy.
He tends to speak and act formally and treat everyone he meets who is not an enemy with the most respect. On occasions he will even take care of, or “mother”, people who he grows fond of. Though strict with himself and diligent to hs missions, Celes is shockingly innocent and a bit awkward.

Celes is of a very thin and tall build (like most elves) and has long bluish black hair. He has blue eyes and holds a cold sullen expression most of the time, but turns red and flusters easily.

Celes is the son of a noble family and younger brother of the heir to their position of power amongst elves. This power however has little use in a world full of threats and the most fortunate snow elves have been able to hide and seek refuge with little contact with the outside world. Celes trained for most of his younger years to be a good mage and diplomat joined the party to help his people.

His magic which consists of ice, light, and wind elemental control as well as a small amount of healing.

Personality: Leonidas is a gallant, brave individual with a strong sense of honor and justice. He is also a selfless individual who would help and and all in need. Unfortunately, he is prone to bout of uncontrollable anger, especially when confronted with a particularly evil person or is put in a situation where he cannot help or is helpless.

Bio: Born in the Plains of Galomire, Leonidas was chosen by the Brotherhood of the Light, a paladin order, to become one of them. From a early age, Leonidas, or Leo to his friends, proved to be a great student of holy law and combat, impressing his mentors in the Order. On his 21st birthday he was finally knighted as Sir Leonidas and was inducted into the Brotherhood of the Light. After his knighting, he traveled the world of Asador fighting monsters and bringing wicked men to justice.

PERSONALITY: He's pretty friendly and goofy, but he can be also selfish in some situations.



BIO: Thinking to earn easy money becoming a mage, he went to an Academy of Magic to learn to become the best. But after years of training, he was able to learn only three spells which weren't even between the basic ones (healing, fire etc..). Thinking to be overpowered thanks to these spells, he decided immediately to join in a group of adventures to gain popularity and to show how good he was.



ITEMS: 20 health potions; 5 mana potions; 10 special erbs; 10 antidotes. All these items are inside a big red bag that he carries on his back.



Notes: These special erbs permit to any caster to avoid the reloading phase of specific spells, but at the same time this ones are pretty poisonous. If the caster doesn't take an antidote during the next 10 hours, his body will be paralyzed for 48 hours.

Considering that he's not a healer, he throws the healh potions to his companions (literally). He usually throws them on their head breaking the bottle and releasing the potion. It's annoying for them but it's a quicker way to heal them.



WEAPONS: Dagger; Little shield attached to his right arm; Baton (this baton increases his power and permits him to use his abilities at max)



Abilities: Change of Gender; Progression of Age; Regression of Age.



CHANGE OF GENDER: This enchantment is able to change literally the gender of the target (only living beings). This one has a limit of 30 minutes, but it can be deleted by the caster (Shad) anytime.

This spell can be useful to distract the enemy or disguise the group (Shad included). In a few cases, it can make even a bit weaker the enemy (speaking mainly of its strenght). Such change will transform the target in its female counter part, so if the male target is ugly the female counter part will be ugly as well.



PROGRESSION/REGRESSION OF AGE: These enchantments work in the same way, but one makes the target younger and the other older. Such enchantments can work on unanimated objects and on living beings. Considering that Shad isn't able to control it at 100%, if he would like to make older the target with 20 additional years (for example), the results might be different anytime that he casts the spell: he might fail complely just making it older with only a few additionalyears; he might succeed partially making it older of 10-15 years; or he might succeed perfectly. He can't make the target older or younger than 20 years. That's the max that he can do to regress or progress the age of the target. Trying to reach such limit will consume more mana and it's possible for him only with the baton. Without the baton, his power is halved. After that “Regression” or “Progression” hit a target, this one will be influenced by it for 60 seconds. During these 60 seconds, Shad can't recast the enchantment that he used until the time is over. If he uses it multiple times, the spell will last half of the time (30 seconds with the second time). So technically to be effective, such spell should be used 3-4 times at max any 5 minutes. Actually he has some erbs which permit to avoid such 5 minutes, but this ones have some bad conseguences (check the Items for more informations). These limits count for “Regression” and for “Progression”, but this ones count also as two different spells: if Shad used “Regression” and he has to wait until the spell is finished, he's able to use also “Progression” during such waiting. The caster can use them even on himself.





Note: Considering that “Regression” and “Progression” looked OP, i thought that it was right to explain you the limits of such abilities to make you understand that they were balanced to not make the character too strong. If for you, Shad is still too strong even with the limitations that i listed i will make him even weaker (even following your suggestions if you have some).
