Sharum city, one of the largest and most powerful settlements in all of Nasterria, the planet in which we all live. They have fought many a war, and have never lost, due to the wealth of their domain, the strength of their allies and the unmatched strength of their military. The Sharum Knighthood is one of the most formidable forces the world has seen. Famous for their defeat of the Wayvale Shar in the biggest world war in history, but that is a story for another time.

The city is built inside a valley, with the council and important buildings contained right in the center and all militant structures built on the mountains that completely surround the fortress. The city is made up of 5 major segments: The education District, The Law District, The Trade District, The Migrant District and the The Temple District

THE EDUCATION DISTRICT

This district is only for those who have a middle to upper class upbringing. It is home to a university, several libraries, both closed to the public and open to the public banks of information, history and scientific papers. This district also boasts many hospitals and pharmacies, and it's residents are usually in very good health. All who work in this area make good money and usually have a very good life. Much of the housing here can be desirable, and due to that, expensive, but free dwellings are always given to travelers who boast skill in healing and healing magic.

THE LAW DISTRICT

This district is where the council members convene to rule over the city Collectively, it is also where squires go to get knighted. The only people who actually live in this district are the knights and their families. All of them have a dwelling akin to the size of their family. The district is full of training grounds, banquet halls, law buildings and upper class hospitals. it also contains the upper class citizen's Great Bank and vaults, where they can store their various treasures.

THE TRADE DISTRICT

The trade district is the home of Sharum's major port, and trading post. This is where the avarage citizen will live. There tends to be a large mix of races here, where as the other districts are mostly made up of human and human mage's. Everyone who works is afforded a simple dwelling for free, as long as they never lose their job or become too sick or too old to work anymore, then they will have to find a way to buy out their dwelling if they wish to keep it. The crime rate in this District is fairly high, and you have to be on your toes when watching your things. It is common amoung pirate and working class types to take what isn't there if it is not properly guarded. They believe that if you cannot guard your possessions they no longer belong to you. Some of the best arts, entertainment and actors guilds are also found here, and there is also a growing community of seaside humanoids from the Neverending sea's

THE MIGRANT DISTRICT

This district is the Slums of the city. It is home to some of the shadier ways of making money, such as the practicing of forbidden dark magic, and the trade of illegal poisons and potions. The black market is a tent city where creatures from all over the world live. Refugees from past wars have been here for many generations, and most of the races from those wars are still shunned by the rest of the city, making it very hard to get jobs. The way to make money, if you were not lucky enough to gamble or sneaky enough to sell on the black market, was in the BLOOD pits. A shameful part of Sarum city that is rarely talked about, but attended by all sorts of corrupt council members and knights to bet on the lives of the poor. The fights of the Blood pits are brutal, but the winners have superstar status among the people of this district, and live with no fear of being robbed, harassed or targeted by gangs

THE TEMPLE DISTRICT

This district is home to almost every religion in the world, and the district accepts people of all races without bias, so long as they follow their chosen religions laws very strictly. Many knights follow the religion of the Crome Dragon, based upon the old dragon lords before they went extinct. It is believed that many of these old gods still live within the earth. Other current goods, such as the elemental and the Druids also have their sectors and guilds. Many of the city's magic users are trained here.
