Jean Sharon Malcoms Volt.​

PersonalityA quite loner girl which can be a little awkward around many or new people, never being one to have a lot of friends beyond one or two people growing up. She though by no means shy despite her taciturn nature able to different herself with sly sarcastic wit and good humour born from her intelligence and can be stubborn when she believes she is right. She is kind though quick to help other as best as she could though is reluctant to use her powers, though mistrustful of their motives whrnnit comes to others interest to her. In fact she dislikes people who focus on her powers not liking to show off or talk about them and so little interest in people who are proud of there own. She would jump on any chance to be a normal human.

She tends to try to avoid fighting, trying to talk things through. But when forced to fight she would be the one to step back and observe, trying to make a plan as keep on the defensive until she finds an opening. She might even not fight straight away, preferring to retreat and fight at a more opportune times and sufficient preparation. This goes to her methods during arguments.

Maternal Grandfather: Virgil "Static" Hawkins​

Born the youngest of two children to both of them inherited her grandfathers and mother's Quantum Juice Mutation and display powers of their own. She grew to dislike her powers finding it as a hindrance, she was reliant on electricity. Unable to drive a car or swim or being near anything explosive because of uncontrolled discharges of electricity from her body. Or go to rural areas like nature which will leave her weak and dizzy. Not to mention the shock she would give anyone that got close to her, a fact that won her few friends growing up, fearing whatvdhe was capable of despite their amazement of it, leaving her as a loner. In addition using her powers have always left her drained making her reluctant to use her power. Especially after one day as a child almost discharging her stores completely as she tried to explored her powers. She nearly died if not from her sisters, Anna, quick thinking, charging her with their own power of electricity.

She watched Anna, now going as Electra, following their mother's, a justice league member and hero in her own right, footsteps and joined the league. Jean, herself, did not follow despite her siblings encouragement. The bad experiences gave her little interest in becoming a hero. She found an interest in science and maths due to a tutoring session a family friend who was scientist at STAR Labs. She admired the scientist intelligence and all the things the scientist could make and do with it and the lives he could save. Therefore she aimed to study and help people through research and medicine. Her parents were supporting of their dream while her sibling thought otherwise. She worked hard in high school aiming for college and the family friend got her a part time job at the local STAR labs branch .

At school she tried to keep her powers hidden as long possible at an attempt to make friends and shed the loner image. It almost succeed until she was forced to save a friend from an electric shock by taking the shock herself and draining the power to avoid further accident. Word spread and instead of fear from other students there was amusement, she became popular as people became curious about her for a few seconds she reveled in it. Than came the realisation she was just a bit of show to most of it no different than a display in a freak show. She turned inwards ones more turning away even genuine friends due to her mistrust and focused on her work.​

After Alcatraz
Alcatraz was crashing blow for the Malcom Family losing Amp in the explosion. Janes father turned to drink while Jane tried to continue with the study though her marks began to falter as she lacked interest in working. Electra now no longer Leaguer due to dismantling of the Justice League jumped from work to work passing jumping from one government Task Force to another to mercenary work. Jane saw little of her in the next couple of years eventually meeting him and finding out she had become a Vanguard. Jane by that point was aimless leaving studying and unsure what to do with herself beyond helping and supporting her father. Her sister mentioned there was a new justice league initiative and even a knew Teen Titans group who would train and help put her powers and put her education and skill to use.

She remained resistant to becoming a hero but losing her family and her current situation offered few options for her. Her sisterer had also warned that the UN might not let powered individuals like herself untrained or without observation and it was in her best interest to join early otherwise may be forced to detention. Seeing little choice she joined up the Titan Initiative.

Starting Costume-

AbilitiesElectrokinetic and electormagnatism
Essentially a human battery, able to absorb electricity from electrical sources into her body and release it in potentially various forms, electric bolts, grenades, weapons. Electromagnetism is a by product of her power able to manipulate magmatic object in a limited ways. However she had almost has a dependence to electricity, needing it as a form of sustenance and constant level of it in her body for her health. Draining of her store can have proportional adverse effect to her health both physical and mental.
Weaknesses

• Dependence to electricity as mentioned
• Is weakened in areas of no electricity e,g a forest.
• Had never really explored her powers potential so fairly week.
• When not suited random uncontrolled electrical discharge can lead to serious accident especially near flammable and explosive items and large bodies of water.
