Fantasy Villain Academy vrs Hero Academy

So a while back I was in a sweet Villain Academy rp. I had the idea of having two different in character rps (Possibly a 3rd for interactions between groups.) And two character sign ups. Most of the time it would be like two different rps, but with fairly common interaction between the two. Sound like fun? Then say so.

However! I do have some questions. So first off would this be more of a high school academy or a post secondary academy? Do our characters get to have powers? What kinds of limitations are there in that respect? These are mostly just inquiries so I can have a starting point to make a character.
