Vespar is a strong individual marked with a streak of kindness. She wishes to attain knowledge and unlike most Primals has little connection to her homeland, she has no family or pack ties. She has a curious nature but tends to put her own well-being ahead of that of anyone else's.
History:
In her earlier years Vespar spent most of her time among other primal beasts like herself. They were all a variation of some sort of canine, whether a dog or more wolf-like beast. It could hardly be considered a pack, because there was rarely any interaction between the beasts. They coordinated with each other for food and prey, hunting in the Elder Plains for many years before Vespar split from them. She needed interaction and sought to become wiser. The Primals she was with only had interest to hunt day in and day out and she craved a more meaningful existence. She sought more intellectual creatures and began to travel on her own. She encountered many Primal beasts and learned all she could in the Elder Plains. Over a few centuries she became satisfied with what she had learned, but wondered of other places, immortal beings and such. She wanted to travel further and sought the flying Primals for help. It was difficult, but several larger and stronger winged beasts managed a journey carrying Vespar across the ocean to Bellum.

Basic - Can freeze small pools of water and form small bristles of ice over her fur
Form ice "armor" ; needle-like ice spikes (almost porcupine-like) over fur and can freeze inanimate objects with breath
Become fully formed in ice, large saber teeth and claws, can freeze live creatures and large expanses in a cover of thick ice
