Personality: A murderous and enticing vixen, Verona lives up to her title of "The Undead Beast." She lives in the world of the physical needs. She is aggressive, dominant, bold, flirtatious and violent. She likes to do what she wants when she wants and those that try to stop her end up as puddles. She is headstrong and rather than think of a plan, charges into a situation without thinking and punching the obstacles until there's no obstacle left. She hates witches that believe in using magic as only for spells and summoning. She has found that improving one's self to the pinnacle of physical condition to bet the best way to use it.
History:
*MAJOR SPOILER*
Before the day where she awoke lying in a field with near two other women, remains a mystery to Verona. She is unsure of her relation to them, what her actual name was or anything for that matter. However, since she went her separate way from the two others, she has explored the world and lived much unlike a normal witch. She lived among humans in a hedonistic lifestyle of enjoying the pleasures of the physical world and little else.
That is until her latent magic potential revealed itself and she destroyed an inn and all the people inside, save herself. She wasn't sure what to make of her magic until she sought out others like her. Although they were apostates, the fact that Verona wasn't a member of The Coven, other apostates weren't as hostile towards the girl. One particular apostate, Hecate was willing to help teach Verona about the world of witches and magic. However, Hecate gave Verona a twisted view on the Coven and all that it stood for, instilling a hatred into Verona. They were witches that would hunt and kill her if she didn't join them? That was ridiculous.
Not wanting to fall prey to the vicious Coven that Hecate spoke of, Verona sought a demon that would give her power to defy the witches and bring about ruin to the Coven. An old demon whom was overshadowed by the demon cornerstones, Kozac, answered her call. He struck up a contract with her that was rather strange. The demon didn't want the power to come into the world, no. He wanted her to hunt and kill three particular witches contracted to three particular demons. He gave no reason why, but with the level of power that he was offering, she wasn't about to pass it up.
With the power of this demon, Verona became a beast of death and destruction. She killed people, witches and sages, per Hecate's orders or because she got bored. Kozac was surprised by her own level of bloodlust, it was as if she were an acolyte of his and he decided he would teach her a very powerful spell that fell into the category of "Blood Magic" but at the same time fell into his own domain of slaughter.
It was a spell of Rebirth as he deemed it. For each person that she killed he would drain the soul of everything save a sliver of its existence. It would increase his power but also be useful for her. If she died, he could take her soul and forcibly attach the old soul to her and add this to her body. Her body would then consume that sliver of energy to recreate her and give her another chance at life.
Verona was happy to take such a power for herself as it allowed her to defy the coven even more. However, she has only used the spell when she's killed witches or sages because it's not worth using it on a human as she says their souls are "too weak" to truly be of any use, despite all of Kozac's mention that she runs the risk of actually dying with this mentality.

A few years ago, there was a witch by the name of Vix. She was a generally average witch that had been raised in the Coven for most of her entire life. She showed a great deal of potential should she ever make a contract with a demon or spirit, however, she didn't feel the overwhelming need to do such a thing. She was able to protect people with her magic despite not having a demon or spirit and that was good enough for her. This didn't last forever though as a witch she once knew turned into an Awakened One and destroyed the village they'd aimed to protect. If one of the single digit witches had come and intervened, Vix would have lost her life as well.
This disastrous event, left Vix empty inside. She realized she needed more power a little too late. Desperate to achieve the same power as the single digit witches, Vix reached out to a very clever and cruel demon. Zel the demon of psyche and subconscious thought. He offered her a great deal of power and in exchange he wanted to see the world and get to understand the place that other demons had sought out regularly. Vix, unknowing of how much power tapping into the subconscious could unlock, accepted the deal and quickly realized her mistake.
