CHARACTER DESCRIPTION: Unlike the photo, Veda has a scar from a gun wound in her cheek. This is from her mob days and is a reminder why she left. Veda has a strong hit but is not very fast. She is 5’7 and is relatively smart. She is a motherly type as of now, but before she was the typical ‘badass.’
WEAPON: She has a large Rifle from her Enigma days, given to her as a gift from Albert (The previous leader.)
BACKSTORY: Veda was raised in Tekjiirn her father, Monty, had taught her at an early age how to fight and handle herself with his old rifle. At the age of 16, her father was assassinated, for he sold diluted drugs on the street of Tekjiirn. Veda was stuck in the streets, and not wanting to steal for the rest of her life, she tried her hardest to find a source of income. The only thing that had come up was Enigma Syndicate, a mob that was well known and feared. After an arranged meeting with Albert, a kind older man she was accepted into the Enigma. At the age of 17 Al introduced her to his ‘family’, and she was soon a well-known member and friend. An elite of the enigma, at the age of 20, known for her ability to shoot down many. This is where she met Joseph and his brother, 2 boys who were eager for action. A few months after the two had a joined, a giant shoot-out occurred. The police were brutal and Veda was never afraid until this moment. At the age of 20, after killing countless without repercussion, she was shot in the cheek during the fight. The pain was unbearable, and she was glad to be alive, the shot being far enough away to not blow her brains out. When she finally came to she wasn’t with the mob anymore, she was alone once again. Despite this, she didn’t have to be afraid anymore, for she was ‘dead.’ Veda cradled her injured face and walked miles, with help from her rifle to keep her going. She eventually made it to Binbig, where she met a kind older man by the name of Gabriel. Gabriel was dealing with a menacing customer, to which she easily intimidated him out of the book shop. He took her in and taught her to be able to manage the bookshop, seeing her as a daughter. Years later she encountered Joseph and Zoey, who would unknowingly change her life. Though Joseph had departed after finding is her, Zoey had stayed and they became quite close. Preparing for the battle with Kyns eventually made them grow into something, much more.
