Lockjaw is in solitary confinement, however many of the Villains respect the old guy because of what he did in his glory days. That and he was the first experiment.


WEAPON:


Lockjaw is one of the first fusers meaning he was most definitely a failure. Lockjaw as his name implies has a robotic contraption fused into his face. This contraption resembles that of a saber-tooth tiger just metallic and very big. And on his head are metal moose antlers he uses to smash down walls with. His weapon is literally just that. And fused metal claws as well. His contraption covers his nose down to about his throat then stops and it goes from ear to ear and looks like a closed sabertooth mouth. the two main teeth are far longer then they should be and can be used as weapons. He can also use his small claws or his antlers.

SEMBLANCE:


Blood Boil- User becomes enraged gaining massive strength and speed, able to smash weapon through walls and trees and burst through walls, user glows red and temperature rises when around them. Also causes people to be afraid of him. Makes his pain receptors dull for time being and it covered in a rocky layer of armor. Very strong semblance hence why the user has to be avoided till blood boils down. Once he runs out of steam he gets weak and is unable to fight very well after. He used to be way better with his semblance but he is like 60 now and is an elderly guy.

PERSONALITY:


Lockjaw as he likes to be referred to as now is a wise older man. An amazing tactician and devious planner. He has lived for a long time and seen his destruction. Lockjaw is quite the nice man as far as everyone knows but he has the kind of mob boss feel. People tend to just follow him and if not, he gets rid of them or does not care. The old guy is quite deceptive and evil when it comes down to it. He is like a father to those who have decided to run with him. A lovable father who protects the people that choose to back him up, hence why he is dangerous. When he has something to lose, he makes sure they never are lost. And if need be he will take the bullet, or the arrest that is...damn you Grizz, you lazy jerk.

Lockjaw when in fights is a fast yet strong, and is an unstoppable force. Squaring off against the man is the stupidest thing anyone could do. He may be old and not in his prime but he adapts and has way more damn experience then most others but he is not one to be mean to others unless they are trying to put him in prison. Only reason he does what he does is because he is searching for that private business..and his kids and no one...And I mean NO ONE will get in his way. And if they do they will see what happens. Some may call him misunderstood, others a monster. But Lockjaw could care less, he will be going away anyways, he is old and smoked to much in his day. So he would make sure to take some down with him.

SKILLS/WEAKNESSES:


Lockjaw is very strong and tanky for the most part, he is able to take blows and send them back out, however without many weapons it is hard to get close.

Lockjaw can pretty much talk his way out of most things and can bargain well and people tend to like him because he is like a father figure.

Lockjaw is sadly out of his prime so he will more then likely have problems while fighting seeing how he can't fight as well as he used to.

Lockjaw is an amazing tactician and can plan most heists with ease and slowly can adapt how he fights by watching how enemies fight and defend.

He can't hurt children or mothers, it is just a weakness he has.

He tends to let mistakes other villains make slip he tends to just accept it and let them deal with the consequences.

HISTORY:


Well most of his story has been mentioned throughout the rp but here is the whole thing, or at least a short summary of it because it is quite long. Jasper was actually in Beacon academy when he was younger, his weapon was a simple pair of claws which back when he went there, was not all that bad, throughout his years he began to tinker and got a weapon that changed. Here he met his soon to be wife and he dropped the school because it was getting to dangerous and he was afraid for his girlfriends life. They moved into a nice house and all was well ((Boring I know)). Until they were married and they had there first kid, she was a hassle but they had another. And after that Jasper noticed the life from his wife was slowly dying away. She continuously got ill and slowly could not work or continue on, she was put in the hospital and slowly drifted away into a coma. With all the hospital bills and kids to keep care of Jasper fell apart.

Soon enough his kids got taken away and he could no longer pay for his wife to be in the hospital. He fell into debt, lost his house and everything. So he did what any person who lost everything would do. Something really stupid that he would regret for years to come. He found a place in the slums of town and was talked into getting the fusing operation done. He was the first real test, one they hoped would work, they gave him some of the special drugs to make the metallic poisoning stay away for a while they fused the metal/robotic parts to his bones and nerves. Once they did so they realized that it was not working, the poisoning was killing the patient or so they thought. Once they had nearly finished his monitor went cold and they thought he was dead. They were so wrong. It spiked and his tempature sky rocketed his skin glowing a deep red and stone like armor formed. What happened in that room was covered up. And Jasper ran away but the poison would set in slowly. With the money he stole he bought drugs to help him and once that started to run out he would go and commit crimes to get more. Slowly the experiment they thought they failed slowly accepted the poison and began to use it to fuel his semblance. Once this happened Lockjaw was born and he was on a rampage looking for this private fusing business.





He never did find it.

WEAPONS:

"I like to think my weapon is the weapon of love""Yeah and I want a pet unicorn, looks like neither of our dreams are coming true"


Tarantula is one of the first successful fusers meaning his fused weapon actually benefits him and is not slowly killing as far as he knows-Don't say that- His weapon is a unique weapon of sorts that is fused into his back and at first looks like an ordinary backpack. -Pretty f'ing badass- To explain more, because of the successful fusing he is allowed to command the weapon to fight and come out of its backpack form whenever his brain says so. His weapons is 6 long robotic spider legs that can be used to fight or to climb around or can hold him up to fight or can launch him around. -Hey why do they call you Tarantula if tarantulas have 8 legs?- These legs can transform from, well spider legs to sharp dust powered spikes that he can use to fight. Each arm is a different dust spike and each can change dusts automatically. -Because the people who made me are really stupid- These legs are extremely fast however they are not that strong, he is the more agile brother being able to do acrobatics with his weapon and attack very quickly. He can also combine his legs to do something as well but he has never done it before. Normally he can be found in the air letting the legs do the walking and traversing and not him. -So what they are trying to say is you are a fat lard-





Now, Scorpio's weapon is different from his brothers because his is all about dealing damage and less about speed. -My weapon is way better then some spider legs- Scorpio's back pack is a darker brown while Tarantulas is a orange ish brown. His backpack when activated unleashes 3 scorpion tails, 3 robotic scorpion tails. These tails can be used to stab/smash down onto enemies and they have there own hidden weapons. -Best part, this one is for you ladies- All three scorpion tails are able to turn into dust powered beams by dropping the large spike of a stinger downwards and opening the hole where the beams shoot out. One could be spraying out a freezing dust ray, the other a lightning dust ray. And for the finale he can combine all three tails and make a massive dust powered laser beam, this beam is far stronger then the others -What ladies, our grandma- and can send a massive beam of combined dusts towards the enemies, he can only do this once, then he must reload the dust because it uses it all. Plus his beams have to cool down.

SEMBLANCES:

Sibling Rivalry- It is actually exactly how it sounds, the more these two bicker and fight during a fight, they begin to glow a yellow color, they have always been competitive but this goes to a whole new level. The twins during battle again bicker so much and get so competitive that whoever is doing better gains in increase in their strong suit, for Scorpio his strength increases and so does his competitive nature, normally gets worse around girls because they both are show offs. And Tarantulas speed increases massively, the opposite of Scorpio. So do be honest, these two are better competing against each other. This rivalry makes there weapons upgrade in battle, by that I mean the Scorpion tail gets stronger and the spider legs get faster.

PERSONALITIES:

Both of the guys are very similar in personality type with just a couple differences, unlike most twins. They almost always are bickering and fighting and whenever they see a hot chick they instantly go into flirt mode and go after them putting there differences aside and working together. These two are quite the pair, they constantly say stuff at the same time then get angry at each other. These two are fairly funny and there bickering and odd requests causes quite the laughs, that or it makes people hate them. But neither of them could care in the least bit. These two cannot live without each other and they know it. These two are completely show offs and competitive beyond measure. Scorpio is more of a pushover and more aggressive then his brother. Tarantula is quick to react and is snappy, he is quick in most aspects and loves to be active and quick witted while Scorpio would rather be lazy and is cant think straight in most situations. Tarantula is more sly and deceptive, he is fairly good at flirting and sneaking around while Scorpio would rather be blunt and loves to race in and go guns ablazing. Scorpio is ore outgoing and loud and Tarantula is more quiet and timid. Both guys have complex personalities but both are a fun couple to be around. Funny, full of energy and always making jokes and pulling pranks, they may act like they hate each other but they are great together.

The true inner working of the weapon of itself is a mystery as Marisa built the weapon herself during her time at Signal academy. There is just too much about this weapon. Artemis mainly duel-wields two bladed hand cannons called Fang and Talon. However she is known to use other tools in battle as well. (Grenades, C4, etc...)

Artemis' semblance allows her to teleport short distance in an instance (short being relative). The longest distance that she can travel with a single "jump" is about 100 ft. With the assistance of a Dust crystal however, she change that from "feet" to "miles", although there are some restrictions to this. One; she can only teleport to locations she has already visited. And two; the Dust crystal is exhausted after a single jump.


Her Blink also works with any item that has her emblem on it, meaning that she doesn't even have to touch Fang to reload it.

  Her selected weapon are two yo-yos that may seem to be just innocent toys but has many hidden surprises to share especially for the Grimm. The yo-yos are equipped with about four blades on each side that are sharp and when the blades are exposed, they are coated with this glowing light that can melt and cut away through almost any obstacle (yep, you guessed it, dust lasers). While her yo-yos can turn into shuriken-like weapons, there is another trick that it has. Inside the yo-yo are containers of needles that are made of dust that shoot out of small slots located on the yo-yo when it spins in the air raining down needles of dust. All the dust are put into the yo-yo before-hand as the yo-yos are divided in four sections for different type of dust on both side. ​
  
  
  
  
  
  The strings of the yoyos are thin wires that can easily cut through skin if touched and are quite long to even circle around Anata 5 times before it reach its ends.   Anata stands at 5'7" and weighs about 50kg at most. She has an ectomorph built -- but is strong enough to fight -- and ivory-pale skin. Her black tresses run all the way down to her knee but is held back with a light-blue ribbon with a blue flower on it, making her hair reach to her mid thighs. Her bangs are also long being able to cover her eyes which is why she wears two hair pins -- one with a cute panda on it -- to hold back her bangs as it is swept to the left. Her eyes are an alluring-blue that sparkle with life like the ocean in the morning.
  
  
  
  Her type of apparel is simplicity and comfort with a hint of cuteness. When on schoolgrounds, she would wear Beacon's uniform but once she is outside, her armor is a white over-sized hoodie with a blue panda face illustrated on the front. The sleeves are long enough to cover her hands as it flaps around behind her whenever she runs and is a good way to hide her yo-yos which are attached to bands on her wrist that hold her yo-yos until she needs them.

This mutt bot follows every orders only by Phantom alone, the beast will be unable to follow any others beside him unless the person was smart enough to try and hack into Cerberus' system though that ever happening is highly impossible as Cerberus' programs are too complex with twist and turns ever corner in its system. You would have to force Phantom to adjust such programs but that can't happen either. Why is that?​
  
  
  
  Cerberus is a special mechanical pet that not many see around. You could say he is the first robotic -- besides Penny though she was a humanoid -- animal and 'living' weapon in Remnant who is actually a part of Phantom during his time being experimented on (background in bio). Cerberus and Phantom are one in two different bodies meaning Phantom is able to see what Cerberus see without having to move a finger. This is why Cerberus is unable to take any other commands from others because he is fully under Phantom's control and you have to take over Phantom's body to take control of the beast but no one knows about this secret, only Phantom alone knows and to add on to Cerberus, Phantom had adjusted the programs placed on him and Cerberus in order to make sure that those who experimented on him wouldn't even know how to stop them making Phantom truly, an evil mastermind with '

This ability is the use of illusions and creating clones of one's self or even another. The user is able to conduct pure fear into reality though it is intangible. The downfall of this ability though is that it isn't easy to just simply create a clone and let it move at its own accord, the user must use great amount of their energy and much of their mental state to control the mirage to move and even talk. Only if one had fully mastered with a level 5 can be able to do so with ease but since he is merely only a level 3, he is unable to do it so easily but it doesn't strain him too much to use it, he is just limited until then.

  A mysterious fellow who lacks human morals and always make others perplexed by his strange thinking. He's a peculiar metal guy with strange behaviors. He gives off an impression of someone that should not be trusted so easily and someone that would only bring bad news if you associate yourself with someone like him. He's is very intelligent and uses this gift to get what he wants whether it's through words or actions. ​

  
  
  He is a man of evil intentions but can be somewhat a nice company to have. While he's not plotting about over world domination, he is a fun guy to have to help enlighten things with some thrill to the boredom. May it be that he goes around exploding things or messing with other villains, he may even do some 'gossiping' about to bring uproar of conflict among others being the sneaky weasel he is, laughing down among others at their stupidity for bloodlust. ​

  After being experimented on, Phantom's face has never been revealed and was never seen again as he would always hide it behind a mask ever since. No one knows what his face even looked like before nor do they know what happened to it but some say he went to the extreme and just made his whole being as a weapon though it is only a rumor.
