Valentine had inherited not only her father's looks and charms, but as well as his height, she stands at about 5 feet and 11 inches and weights roughly 147lbs. She has a little section of hair hidden around the back of her head which is a pale-blonde, almost white shade streak, she tries to hide it when she can since she can't seem to use magic on it for whatever reason. She actually designed and created all of her own clothes, aside from a few gifts that she had gotten from Riri and her mother from when she had modelled for her when she was younger.
Valentine is a very calm and kind girl, she has always been a caring person and will help anyone who needs it. She's never been good at putting her foot down and that often leads to people taking advantage of her, well, mostly girls who are jealous of her and her fashion designs. But she's gotten better at realizing when people are taking advantage of her kindness and knows how to put her foot down when they do, which is thanks to Riri and her mom. Aside from that, Valentine is loyal to her friends and always keeps her promises as well as secrets unless told otherwise, she always feels bad if someone gets hurt because of these promises or secrets and wishes she could tell them but doesn't want to break her promise to her other friend.

Valentine was born in Montreal, Canada, to Amelia Blanc, a muggleborn witch. She never knew her father since he was never around and left almost immediately after he impregnated Amelia. However she couldn't be mad nor upset, not when he left her with such a wonderful gift. Valentine was spoiled with love and everything she could ever need as a child and young girl. Her mother gave her everything she wanted, she loved her little girl enough for two people. That didn't change when Valentine started showing signs of magic and charm like the man who had left her. Valentine grew up a shy little girl until she met Riri in France when she first moved there with her mother when she turned 5.
Valentine and Riri became the best of friends almost instantly, and were inseparable until Moire had to move to Scotland. They wrote to each other every day and Valentine was ecstatic when her mother said she could go to visit Riri in Scotland during her winter break when she had turned 15. The two of them explored and wandered all over the city in which Riri had grown accustom too. It was this age when Riri's mother asked them to model for her young woman's line. It's also when Valentine discovered her talent for making clothes and designs.
