Unwatch threads due to inactivity

Recently a lot of old forum game threads and discussion threads have been popping back to life, and I thought maybe there could be an option to unwatch threads automatically after a certain period of inactivity. Just a thought, if I am crazy, feel free to tell me.

I agree, think this is a good idea. A way to automatically unwatch a thread if there has been no activity for over three months or something.

Sorry for the last response. My reasoning for disagreeing with this is that not all inactive replies are bad. If you have an old thread that you created or joined & activity is slow, (I.E. some of my news & announcements for example), I would still want replies. I suggest going through your personal alerts & removing yourself from the crazy old ones.
