This is a 1x1 rp between katisacat and TrueBananaz. It's about an uninterested nobody who's being pursued by a very interested important person.

School began with a ring of a bell. A loud, annoying bell. Noah was talking to his friends as the bell began and talked about some pretty weird things. As soon as he heard the bell he started walking at a slow pace to his classroom. He was moderately interested in school but he'd much rather go into sports. He knew it was stereotypical but it was still nicer than being bored all day learning the same exact things over and over again.

Ava hurried down the hall as she heard the bell ring, she'd woken up late that morning and had only just made it to school when the bell rang. She hurried to her classroom, bumping into a guy on her way to pass him, she paused to dip her head and say in a quiet, monotone voice, "Sorry," before hurrying into her classroom to grab her seat.

Noah opened the door into his classroom and held up to fingers to some of his friends in the classroom and then took a seat next to them. In front of him was a girl seated quietly. He heard that she is also an honors student which is kid of interesting. She usually is shy and quiet but there is no way she is not going to stand out with her hair dyed blue. Noah tried being friends with everyone at the school so he tapped her back.


"Hey." Noah said.

Ava looked back as her shoulder was tapped and saw Noah, the most friendly rich kid in the school, she'd heard about how he's super popular with the girls and buddies with pretty much everyone. She nodded in greeting and turned her head back to the front.

Noah was annoyed that all she did was nod. He didn't show his emotion though. He just tried to keep smiling and talking, hoping that she will eventually give in and be optimistic and open.


"Come on!" Noah said enthusiastically "I don't bite!"

Ava glanced back at him and made a 'shush' sign with her finger to her mouth as the teacher began talking.

Noah got more irritated but that didn't ruin the smile on his face. He then started listening to the teacher for a moment but next he started writing on a sheet of paper. He ended up writing the words"whats your name, friend?". Next, Noah handed the paper to the girl in front of him and waited for an answer.

Ava looked at the paper he handed her and rolled her eyes, though of course he couldn't see that because he was behind her. She simply wrote down. "Ava." And handed it back to him.

Noah looked at the paper and smiled. Her then wrote down something else to Ava and gave it back to her. He wrote down "Wanna talk after class, Ava?"

"Better than now." She wrote, handing him back the paper.

 

[TrueBananaz]

"Yes." Noah quietly said to himself.


Noah's eyes then gleamed away from the paper and back to the teacher teacher something about... y-intercept? He wasn't paying attention enough to know.

Ava continued working diligently till the end of class then stood up as the bell rang to head to break.

As Noah got from his seat and saw Ava he ran to stop her from leaving and got in her way.


"Hey Ava!" Noah shouted a bit too loudly.

Ava flinched at his shout and stopped with an internal sigh and looked at him.

Noah almost laughed at the reaction but just smiled.


"What's up!?" Noah's enthusiasm was obviously overdoing it but he wanted to be friendly with the girl so he just kept it going.

Ava looked up at him, as he was quite a bit taller than her, and she shrugged, looking away again. "I was going to go read outside." She said simply.

 

[TrueBananaz]

"Was." Noah repeated "Come on!" Noah then grabbed Ava's wrist "Can't we just hang out together?"

Ava blinked in surprise and looked down at his hand around her wrist uncertainly. "I suppose...?" She said skeptically.

 

[TrueBananaz]

"Yes" Noah thought happily. He really wanted Ava to be more social and this as his was of doing so.


"Then lets do it!" Noah said way too enthusiastically like always.

Ava sighed, already exhausted by his energy and she allowed him to lead her wherever he planned on taking her.

Noah smiled and walked off, hoping that Ava would follow her. He went off to the bleachers by the field and invited her to sit down.

Ava followed him uncertainly and sat down next to him, leaving quite a bit of space between them.

Noah smiled and tried to look at her right in the eyes. He tried to ignore the big space and started talking to Ava.


"So... I just wanted to see if I could know more about you." Noah said joyfully.
