Imperial Spouse: Mizuki is from the Miya family, albeit far from being anywhere high in it. Even then, such marriage brought Keni: +0.5 Status Ranks & +1k1 to all skill rolls with members of the Imperial families.
Kharmic Tie - Mizuki (Rank 3): Thrice per session, Kichirou gains a bonus of +1k1 to all attack rolls when fighting for or protecting Mizuki.
Wealthy (Rank 3): While the Ujina are a relatively small family and are far from being considered wealthy by the capital standards, Mizuki is a wonderful source of such resources: +6 starting koku.

Cursed by the Realm(Meido): When unoccupied by physical activity or social interaction. -1k0 to all perception-based rolls due to lapsing into a trance.

Hare Clan.
2. How would others describe your character’s appearance?
A male bushi lacking visible scars. He has well kept black hair and brown eyes. His skin is lightly tanned from any amount he spent under the sun. While most of the time he has a warm smile on his face, his hands never leave his waist as if just waiting to draw his own weapon. He wears clothes appropriate to the situation, neither more nor less. If he needs to be in his ashigaru, he will be on it. If he needs to be in his kimono, he will be on it.
3. Is your character a bushi, shugenja, monk, or courtier?
Bushi.
4. What family does your character belong to?
Ujina family.
5. What is your character’s main motivation?
Solidify Ujina's family standing within the Hare clan.
6. Who is the person your character trusts most?
His beloved Mizuki who would never betray him, certainly.
7. What are your character’s greatest strength and weakness?
Though he is through and analytical when it comes to problems and even takes others into consideration when attempting to solve them, he believes in his chances too much. He is too confident on his own skills and himself.
8. What does your character think of bushido?
Bushido is the path path which he must follow to reach their destination. Even if there are times when there are shortcuts outside of it, one must avoid leaving the path least they get lost outside it.
9. What is your character’s opinion of his own clan?
He is proud of the Hare clan for its achievements against Bloodspeakers and very happy for it giving his family the small city that they possess. He, however, wants that his clan to facilitate the growth of his family so that one day there may even be a formal school of Ujina Bushi. He doesn't dislike Usagi's ways of thought though he understands that Ujina and Usagi may come to havea their differences in regards to methodology.
10. Is your character married?
Yes, through a number of connections a marriage was arranged with Miya Mizuki of the Imperial Miya clan. While she was rather Though before properly meeting, the marriage seemed to have quite a lot of chances to be a bitter one, they both got along with each other well enough. In the least, he truly loves and trusts her.
11. Does your character have any prejudices?
He has considerable prejudice against Bloodspeakers due to his clan's teachings. Besides that, however, he only has some distate for members of the Fox clan.
12. To whom does your character owe the most loyalty?
While he'd answer the Ujina family interests, he'd have problems to chose his duty to his lord over his wife.
13. What are your character’s favorite and least favorite things?
He loves a good sake, calming good music and heartwarming poetry. He dislikes wasting time, burnt food and go.
14. Does your character have any recurring mannerisms?
He generally stays to himself, but usually his hands are open by his waist, almost as if about to get ready to draw a weapon. He also seems to be awfully distracted when doing nothing, which leads to him attempting to do possibly meaningless things to stay busy at times.
15. What about your character’s emotions?
Though he always keep a smile on, he rarely feels strongly. He has sympathy for those who do their best against the problems they have, and if it is simple to help them (or would help himself to help them), he'd aid them. People abusing their power in detriment of others making him angry to a certain extent.
16. How would you handle a subordinate’s improper behavior?
Lecture on proper behaivor followed by appropriate punishment as any rules may dictate.
17. How would your character’s parents describe him?
A very distracted child that grew into a... respectable bushi. In the least, he does his best for the Ujina at all times.

Be remembered as the one who paved the way for a better future for the Ujina.

He believes that one must not rely on what is unreliable. He has no special love, hate or worship for the Fortunes, the kami or any supernatural entity.
