Appearance: Tracy is approximately 5'7" and 142 lbs with a naturally lean and slightly muscular body build. If there's one thing that Tracy is never seen without, it's his headphones. He is constantly listening to his music to look for inspiration for new albums and ways to improve his music. Tracy also likes to keep it casual yet fashionable with his clothes. He almost always wears his vest and armband. Another thing that Tracy is always sure to keep on his person at all times is his scarf. The scarf he wears was a gift from his sister June before he left for the city. He cherishes the scarf and will always have it on him, most of the time wearing it, but sometimes hiding it in one of his pockets. The clothes that he mainly changes regularly are his shirts under his vest and his jeans.
Activated/Inactive: Active due to natural activation about two and a half months before turning 20.

Karma: Tracy has naturally Neutral Karma but is good to those close to him.
Conduit Experience: Tracy has had about one year to train and learn to control his abilities as a conduit. Most of his developed abilities aren't necessarily meant for combat, but they can be used in a fight. Before becoming a wanted man, Tracy used his powers mainly as light tricks in most of his shows. Since then, he has been able to alter these abilities to aid him in combat against the DUP.
Having been a performer, Tracy has made up names for his developed abilities, feeling that giving them names just fit. Tracy is capable of sprinting at superhuman speeds for short bursts with his Light Dash. These speeds have been clocked in at almost 50 mph by the DUP. The Light Lift allows Tracy to boost himself slightly into the air and hover into the air for short periods of time. The only offensive abilities he possesses are the Laser Light being a long ranged laser beam and the DubStasis Grenade which creates a sort of stats is field why it detonates. Tracy is currently currently working on an attack that he wishes to be reminiscent of his turntable records that he holds onto as well as other abilities that might help him in the future.
Personality: Tracy is generally just a very witty and happy-go-lucky person. He likes to keep things lively around him, but isn't afraid to take time to smell the roses once and a while. There's always a way for Tracy to have fun, no matter what the situation is. He is also a great people person due to having to take care of his brothers and sisters when he was younger. It's fairly easy for him to read people too. He doesn't care all that much for the people around him, but won't want to cause harm to anyone if it isn't needed. Because of his witty and fun loving demeanor, Tracy is no stranger to trouble. He likes to preform shows at underground areas and even sometimes preform different stunts for fans of his. This often gets him into trouble with the DUP and anti-conduit groups in his given area.
Likes: Music, big parties, making his music known, freedom to do what he wants, and occasional alone time.
Dislikes: Being told what to do, dull people, downers and pessimists, and working without any fun.
Relationships:
-Brooke Augustine and the DUP: Tracy has had several run-ins with the DUP and once even with the mastermind behind the organization, Augustine. Over time, Augustine developed a personal grudge against him, making him a constant target of the DUP and one of their most wanted.
-June Palmer: Tracy is always sure to keep in touch with his sister whenever he can. She doesn't know about his current situation, but knows of his whereabouts and various gigs as a DJ. He makes sure to send money to he for the rest of his family on a regular basis and whenever he can.
Backstory:
Tracy was born into a fairly large, low middle-class family as the second of five children. To help provide for that many children, his parents were constantly out of the house at work as well as other various temp jobs. Because of their focus on supporting the family economically, they were never there to support Tracy or any of his brothers or sisters. He and his siblings had to be put through being alone almost all of the time and him being one of the eldest children, he had to help look out for them. By looking out for his younger siblings, Tracy became much of a people person, learning how some people tick and how to read them at a family young age.
During Tracy's high school years, he became extremely social. He fell in love with going to parties and being with people in general. Eventually, between parties, school, and family, Tracy began to have trouble balancing these three things. And with no parents around, the wasn't really anyone to keep him on track with anything. At one point, he almost became like his parents had it not been for his older sister. One night, when Tracy had been out late at a fiend's party, a fight broke out between his parents that ended up involving his siblings. When he got back home, the whole event was recounted for him by his sister, June. From then on, he made sure to always keep his family one of his top priorities.
Once Tracy graduated from high school, he decided to move out mainly due to not being able to pay the funds for a college education. He took up different kinds of jobs in the city while living in an apartment and sendings portion of his earnings back to the rest of his family in order to help them financially. Eventually, while in the city, Tracy developed a love for music and began to develop some of his own music. Through the Internet, his music became more and more popular and people even began to purchase his music. As his popularity grew, Tracy began to work at various clubs as a DJ, helping him earn even more money. As time passed, Tracy discovered that he possessed the conduit gene. One time, as he was DJing, he noticed that some of the neon lighting from around him was dimming and that small trails of neon light trailed from the lighting fixtures and to his hands. After some experimenting with this newfound ability, Tracy made a special performance at one of his venues only to attract the attention of the DUP.
After this incident, the DUP began to target Tracy, but he always managed to slip away from them until Booke Augustine herself intervened. Augustine was nearly successful in capturing him at one of his venues, but was barely unable to due to the mass of people at the location. Eventually, Tracy was driven to Seattle and still does various performances at different underground locations in the city. At the moment, he is very high on the DUP's list of wanted conduits.
