She collects the body's of those humans who commit suicide or those that have been murdered.
Personality: she is very curious and adventurous. She is always looking to learn new things especially from the humans. She has a quiet by scheming personally, she is always trying to one up others and is secretive with her true intentions.
Likes: coffee, books, human teachers. Learning
Dislikes:people who are oblivious and people who are loud
Viewpoint on live human consumption: survival of the fittest but she tries not to cause too much commotion

Backstory (2 Paragraphs minimum): She was born in a family that was selfish. Her parents cared little for their daughter only giving her the bare minimal to survival. "Surival of the fittest, the strong eat the weak." was their model after each meal. She was always hungry growing up but was too scared to kill the humans. Then when she turned 10 her parents stopped giving her food. They claimed she was old enough to fend for her self and even kicked her out the house. She struggle to find anyone to kill, and relied on scavenging on the remains from other ghouls kills. This did not satisfy her though and she was ever growing hungry.
She eventually found her first target, another girl her age. She befriend the kid and tried to lure her into a dark place. Once there they both where ambush by a pair of ghouls, Rei's parents. The parents where about to kill the girl but Rei intervene summoning her Kagune for the first time and stabbing both her parents in the back. The human girl ran away after being rescued, leaving Rei with an empty stomach and 2 crippled parents. So what did she do, she feasted on her parents. They laughed and smiled at her decision, claiming that they where proud that their daughter became strong like they dreamed.
Despite those events Rei still protested against killing live humans or ghouls. To her it caused too much attention. She had to eat some way though. Month by month she preyed on humans and weaker ghouls until one day a ghoul made her an offer. He claim he knew a way she could eat humans without killing them. She did not kill the ghoul and listened to is offer and it was something she never regretted, That night, she learned about places where humans would be found dead. From then on she became a scavenger and only killed in her version of self-defense. When ever she got in an fight and 'accidently' killed some one, she would not let the meat go to waste.
After all:
" it's a Ghoul-eat-Ghoul world - you either eat or you get EATEN!"
