  Appearance:Vali's most noticeable feature would be his heterochromic eyes which he was born with. He is often described as handsome when being spoken about. His clothing style is a little laid back. It is like this because he believes that by wearing nonchalant clothes people won't pay him as much attention as they would others.His daily consists of a simple T-shirt and a pair of jeans.

  Personality:
  
  
  He claims to love humanity although his definition of "love" is much different than one would assume. What he specifically loves about humanity is the unpredictability of human nature and greatly enjoys putting people in enjoyable or chaotic situations in order to observe their reactions. With a thorough understanding of human behavior and tendencies, he is able to determine people's thoughts and predict their reactions with high accuracy. Vali is cunning and charming but his manipulative nature prevents him from making any genuine or lasting bonds with others. He has a very jolly and mocking personality, speaking informally with most people as if they are close friends and often using nicknames. He even talks like a girl on occasion, especially online where he actually does pretend to be female. He plays on both sides, so that whoever wins, he will have an advantage.
  
  
  He likes to play a twisted of the game Battle Cry with Checker and chess pieces himself in his room, often using the chessboard as a representation of the battles in Tokyo giving him the fitting appearance of one who watches over the world and controls their actions. The rules he plays by are also beyond normal people, which seems to be a metaphor for the way he lives his life. He does not take his chess games to be a serious representation of the world however, as he usually prefers to observe people acting as they see fit instead of controlling them, and he even once set fire to his chess set in his excitement.
  
  
  Although Vali enjoys conflict, often showing up wherever there is potential for one, he usually stays out of it, preferring to observe the fight instead of directly taking part in it. However, when provoked, he quickly puts his opponent in his place, simply proving his superiority without actually beating the other person. Therefore he is usually seen as the one starting fights, but hiding in the shadows instead of directly taking part.
  
  
  Though besides this An free spirit full of adventure and general curiosity of the world, it's hard to keep this guy in the same place for too long. Along with searching to quench his never ending thirst for adventure,
  
  
  Vali can also be a very large hearted, sincere individual, particularly for women and children. Philosophical in nature, he possess a strong sense of right and wrong, and loves to exchange views on spiritual matters such as life after death, the transcendence of higher intuition. This side isn't seen too commonly unless he becomes fairly close to you, friends would often comment on going so 'deep' at times, he can out philosophize the stoniest of stoners.
  
  
  At times he can be quite full of himself, whether it's ranging from fighting abilities, intellect, etc. At times he believes he is incapable of making mistakes, in in reality he actually makes quite a bit of them. A lot to be exact. When not channelizing his pent up energy in any productive way, he can be quite restless and hard to be around, and can push things too far. He wants to see success immediately, at whatever the costs, and becomes highly irritable and angry when it is not achieved instantly.
  
  
  Although possessing a 'sweet face', at times this booger of a child can be overly blunt. A bit too brutally honest to politely phrase things. To his credit he is working on curbing this negative behavior trait and to speak more 'tactfully' although at times he slips-whoops.
  
  
  
  
  
  History:
  
  
  Vali was born along with a sister to two fairly weak ghouls in the 20th Ward, his parents were the type of Ghouls who sympathized with humans, only eating when they absolutely had to, and even when they did settling for already dead corpses, left behind by other ghouls or the victims of suicide. His sister was the same as them but Vali on the other hand, never took on their way of life, and even as a child he held her sadistic personality, often using his Rinkaku to maim and torture animals in her free time, much to the protestations of his parents. These sadistic traits only grew as he aged, and the boy was no doubt a prodigy at wielding his beautiful yet deadly kagune, eventually fed up with his antics his parents kicked him out when he began to practice his 'techniques' on humans. His sister chose not to follow him believing that he was a monster. This saddened himself a great deal and as he was leaving to pave his own path.
  
  
  After a year of living by himself he thought it would be good to see his sister again. As he was approaching the house he heard the sound of feasting happening. As he was opening the door he saw that the sound came from very old frail and skeleton like ghouls. As he was about to ask what they were doing here he noticed the body they were eating it was his little sisters. Filled with a sudden rage he released his kagune and engaged the two ghouls in conflict in a matter of seconds it was over. As he was about to finish them off he saw in their eyes the eyes of himself the eyes that had cast him out of his birth place. Realizing that these weren't some random cannibals that these were his parents. From that moment on he vowed two things 1 he would never to harm girls as a favor to his sister and two he would never be connected with his parents. he chose to spare their lives as a show of mercy but said that next time he saw them they wouldn't be so lucky.past from this point is mostly unknown, as he seemingly vanished for multiple years before resurfacing as the owner of a small toy store, selling his own custom teddy bears to whoever shows interest in them. Since resurfacing he has become fairly well known for his persistence in making a sell.

  Kagune: Rinkaku- A total of four tentacles protrude from his lower back, two on each side. Bright blue in color with a black tint/shading on the edges, the tentacles are slightly unusual in shape. The ends are pointed into an incredibly sharp point, most likely used for stabbing and cutting actions. A luminescent type appearance, bright neon blue 'veins' appear to run through the tentacles, and fission at the point. Although decorative and almost 'artistic' in shape, they are incredibly dangerous, and highly prehensile, capable of tearing through flesh like wet paper.

  Fighting Style: Relying on his surroundings and environment, Vali does not tend to rely too heavily on just his kagune tentacles alone. If able to throw or break something he will use his prehensile tentacles to grab, rip, tear, or take down outside obstacles and use them against his targets. (whether it's throwing trash cans at the BCG, or pulling on a roof structure to have it fall on his prey). He can have a clever way of making things look like an "accident".
  
  
  When using his tentacles instead of outside stimuli, he often goes for the legs/ankles/feet to knock his opponent down and seize them by the ankle, only to throw their dangling bodies against the hard ground or brick walls to kill or severely disable his opponent.
  
  
  If possessing a particular grudge against someone, he may go as far as to use two tentacles, one gripping an arm or leg on the left side, the other doing the same to the right side, and he will literally tear his opponent apart into two bloody pieces. Slowly. And Painfully..
  
  
  Most of the times he keeps his kagune rather close to his body, to shield against impending attacks, and protect them from being severed when overstretched. Often times he will coil two of his tentacles into one large pointed appendage (almost like a kokaku) and which he will use to strike against a large target or shut down an enemy. With strikes, and stabs, his tentacle serve both to severe, kill and disable said enemy, along with acting as fingers to grab onto other targets or obstacles to use to his advantage.
  
  
  In general he plays rather ruthlessly and dirty, but doesn't disable a completely flat mind as he is known to use some strategy in his assaults. He is known to learn by watching and fighting other ghouls, at times he may even replicate a successful fight pattern if possible.
  
  
  Strengths:
  
  
  Very observant able to notice the tiniest crack on a wall and knows exactly where to hit it to have it crumbling down.
  
  
  Weaknesses: Women are his weakness he just can't find it in his heart to attack girls often leading him to try to talk his way out of confrontations with female ghouls.
  
  
  Eating Habits:
  
  
  Although quite capable of hunting down more 'prized' harvest, Vali oddly enough seems to curb himself on rather 'low quality' cuisine. Burden with a moral complex, he seems to go after the more 'scummy' type citizens. the type you would find behind a dumpster at Taco Bell at 3 am. Ranging from grossly obese child diddlers to mangy rapists or murders.
  
  
  When not literally digging through the sea of 'human garbage', he has a source of where he is able to obtain RC supplement tablets to satisfy his hunger if flesh is not available. It is a balancing act to maintain his sanity and curb his ever growing appetite, it is possible he might be a border-line binge eater.
  
  
  When in starvation mode, he is quite unpredictable and incredibly savage, his eyes maintain their feral red and black coloration, and at this point anyone in a target for him. Even ghouls are bound to meet a bad demise if in his way of his prey.

I've looked over it and I've seen a lot of issues, I just can't write them all down right now. First of all, it just seems like your character is at the start of his adventure/life, so C or B rating seems more appropriate to me. Nothing you've described about him is something beyond a B rank. Also, he wouldn't qualify for an SSS rank, so sorry about that.


RC supplement tablets don't exist.


Being a genius really doesn't seem consistent with his personality at all.


He seems to go from being a womanizer to an awkward creep to a rapist every few sentences. I'd like to know which of the three you're going for.

I suggest you go back to your previous kagune and stick to class C, B or A. This character would be rejected because it doesn't qualify as a SSS class, and it's kagune is too powerful for an A through C character.


We expect a really high level of dedication out of those who want to be high-ranking ghoul. For example, they should've done the research to spell Kakuja right, bothered to write SSS in at least all caps, know that RC supplements don't exist, reread their sheet to correct confusing usage of he and she, use proper punctuation and write a personality and background deep and complex enough to be believable.

Iv'e wen't back to A rank xD I have also added more to his personality besides being a manipulative prick but I realize that I just don't know enough about the anime/Manga to type a good enough sign up sheet for a SSS ranked ghoul so yea I guess I made it a tad bit better I have no idea please pm me on the ways I can improve it more I added a little more depth to his personality I went back to my old Kagune
