  Appearance: Mamo is often described as fairly attractive with his emerald eyes and dark hair. He often has a curious glint in his eyes, but tired with the pressure of an old past. His hair often takes on a normal appearance of being swept to the side yet extremely messy. He likes to style it in many ways, but he often gives up in the morning by slicking it back, putting it in a tiny ponytail/man bun, or just leaving it untamed. Unfortunately, due to Mamo's dislike of hair cuts and fast growing hair, it often ends up being long and annoying. Therefore, Mamo is no stranger to head bands and bobby pins. His body is lean, slightly muscular, and more on the slender side, and his face, albeit tired looking, is still youthful and a glint of mischievousness is always present on his face. Mamo's posture is horrible and he's often slouched or relaxed with his arms crossed.
  
  
  
  
  His sense of fashion would be described as I-wear-whatever-smells-okay and looks semi-acceptable. Though, his closet usually consists of button-downs, sweaters, t-shirts, jeans, and the occasional pair of shorts. An average day in the store would be a t-shirt with terrible jokes and a pair of worn out jeans. Color-wise, he likes to stay in the neutrals with pale greens and, surprisingly, a lot of black. Though when he has the actual thought to wear something intentionally, he tends to pick vintage or indie types of clothing. When out on a trip to scavenge, he usually wears dark clothing that covers as much skin as possible, a black hoodie that stretches a bit big for him, and a pair of black combat boots. The most noticeable thing he'd wear would be the orange, shoulder length wig he wears as extra protection against the possibility of the CCG finding out his identity. Despite ghouls having a fast regenerating ability, Mamo has a few piercing including a bellybutton piercing, one in each ear, and occasionally a septum piercing. He never seems to take them off, but on occasion will and just get the job done again (using a pin and ice cube) He also has a few tattoos including a wolf on his lower left torso, a wolf head on his back, and a small moon on his right heel. There is a peculiar heart shaped blotch on his left shoulder.

  Personality: On the surface, Mamo is that one guy who doesn't seem to take anything seriously and everything always seems to be a joke. It's like he doesn't have a goal or purpose besides to have fun. He lives and breathes on jokes and just being mischievous. Pranks are to be suspected when you see Mamo around. Nothing's better than a good laugh for him, and he seems to have a permanent smirk glued to his face. There's always that glimmer of mischievousness and wonder in his eyes that either means he likes you or just ready to pull another prank. Mamo will be one of the most childish people you will meet as well as one of the clumsiest. He prefers to be lounging around and conversing with people rather than actually working. At times, people get tired of his relaxed mentality and his passive ways.
  
  
  He can be extremely lazy at times, making himself comfortable first. Besides working around the store, he can be seen sleeping or goofing around. It can be difficult to see how Mamo is even an adult.
  
  
  Behind his carefree attitude lies a brilliant mind, clever and sharp. When it comes time to fight and protect, you can count on a huge change of attitude. Mamoru is able to react under pressure and does his best to get the top results with as little risks as possible. He is cunning and sharp as a tack with his ability to think quickly. If a surprising situation pops up, he'll be one of the first people to react. Mamo believes a second wasted is a second closer to death. If you're too slow, it won't be easy to catch up with him. He absolutely hates when someone does not take his advice thinking they know what they're doing and ends up being the cause of more casualties than necessary. You do not mess with an angry Mamoru unless you'd like to find yourself in a crater, knocked unconscious.
  
  
  His outlook towards humans and ghouls alike is very neutral. He understands humanity's fear of the ghouls, and the ghouls need to eat humans to survive. Mamo wishes to keep things as calm as possible between both sides. Ghouls often come to him in hopes of support when the Doves manage to leave them unable to fend for themselves. He has an affinity to help younger ghouls or humans when they're in trouble. Mamo sees the good in everyone before they show him the bad. He will always defend someone until they give him reason to do so otherwise.
  
  
  Despite his passive attitude, there are times when Mamo will fight with all he's got. In those times, it usually means life or death fighting against the Doves or even against other ghouls. He knows exactly how to get away and often prefers to fight without harming anyone to the point of death. Many other ghouls would consider him a coward for not liking to hunt or attack the Doves. In reality, Mamoru just cares about the well-being of the people he holds dear and acknowledges his weaknesses. He knows that he is not powerful enough to take on many investigators by himself and always acknowledges when it's time to leave. Mamo prefers to scavenge rather than kill for food. If he does, it is usually because the said person is causing unnecessary trouble (besides Doves).
  
  
  Mamo does have a fairly soft side, though. If you manage to provoke the feelings of over protectiveness, you won't be disappointed. Those feelings will end up front and center without fail when it comes to it. Mamoru has unending loyalty to his close friends, his family, and isn't afraid to fight for them. His loyalty is the kind where he would put his life on the line for someone. To younger ghouls, he adopts a big brother attitude and can become extremely overprotective. He will most definitely baby you. If someone does get hurt or even dies, he will be vengeful and absolutely merciless whether you be ghoul or human. He doesn't take kindly to the cowardly people who insist on hurting the weaker.

  Goals/Aspirations: Mamo seems like the type of person to not set goals for himself, but he is determined to keep the ghouls of his group out of the business of the CCG and hostile ghouls. Besides that, his primary goal, he also hopes to see the day where humanity and ghoul-kind could learn to co-exist with each other, peacefully.
  
  
  Fears: He isn't afraid of most things, but deep down he fears not being able to protect the ones near and dear to him. Mamo is afraid of loosing his store and jeopardizing the ghoul's identities that rely on him for food and even shelter. Above all, nothing scares him more than loosing his sanity completely while using his kakuja.

  Kagune: Mamo's Bikaku would be described as wolf's tail. It has a rather furry looking appearance with an unnatural blood red color mixed with stripes of black and dark gray. His tail is around his height and a half and about the width of his torso at its widest point. During combat, Mamo's Bikaku often moves to attack and defend as easy as an animal can control its tail. Mamo often sharpens his bikaku when defending to prevent physical attacks from a person directly.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  Recently, Mamo has begun to develop a kakuja due to scavenging the corpses of dead ghouls or killing those who try to stir up trouble. Though it is only a half-kakuja, it has begun to develop an appearance of a werewolf or sorts. When using his kakuja, often dubbed as Werewolf by the Doves, he appears to have canine looking muzzle complete with fangs although it only materializes on the right side of his face. His Bikaku grows longer and rows of plates and spikes begin to climb up his arms until they develop gauntlets of sorts complete with razor sharp claws. Since, at the moment, his kakuja is incomplete, the scales only materialize on his forearms, lower body, and right half of his face. His torso is completely unprotected.
  
  
  Rating: A, but there isn't much data about him because he often refuses to fight. At the most, he is an S rank with his kakuja, but he doesn't use it often.

  Fighting Style: Primarily, Mamo will first defend instead of attacking in battle. He often uses his Bikaku to maneuver by blocking blows and creating spikes blocking the enemy from getting closer. He is capable of releasing spikes and embedding them into the ground around him or other people within a five foot radius that looks similar to a fence. This does cost him a lot of energy and often prevents him from moving away. When forced to attack offensively, his Bikaku will sometimes sharpen and wrap around an opponent, either killing them by squeezing tighter or merely pricking them to create a distraction and escape. Most often, he just makes it slicker and uses it to slap users to the ground or impale them.
  
  
  Strengths: Mamo is clear and accurate when attacking to end the battle as quick as possible, and he tends to be level-headed and calm. He's an expert of escaping in one piece without much damage done and hiding his tracks. When forced to fight for his life, he has a large amount of stamina and is able to hold off attacks as long as he can. Though Bikaku is often known for being equally strong in attack and defense, his defense is a higher than his attacking strength.
  
  
  Weaknesses:
  
  
  Eating Habits: Mamo tries to keep feeding to a minimum, but he does eat when he feels the need to satisfy his hunger. He finds dislike on preying on anything still alive whether it be human or ghoul, but will eat corpses, particularly ghouls.
  
  
  Mask: Mamo's mask closely resembles a wolf complete with fangs. It's a black mask made out of what appears to be leather, and covers most of his face besides his mouth. When going out to scavenge, he usually wears a shoulder length, orange wig. Click here for Image
  
  
  Scent: Mamo, to ghouls, smells like strong coffee, chocolate, and smoke slightly laced with the metallic pang of blood. To humans, he smells just like coffee and cigarettes.
