She wields dual blades (Dust Strikers) - to which she calls Dusk and Darkness. Both shoot fire outwards from the blade - thus acting as both a dual flamethrower AND dual flame blades. Then, due to her semblance, when she activates her aura, the flames turn dark purple, almost black.

Personality:


She's pretty quiet, to be honest. She rarely speaks. One could even mistake her as a mute when first meeting her. However, once she opens up, she actually does talk. She's pretty nice if you're nice to her, and she's very loyal to her companions. She's smart, and willing to cooperate with others. Also, if you haven't guessed it, she's a small bit of a pyromaniac.

"Malvo's a member of the well-known Alaois family. Her father and uncle (Adrian and Reaver) are two well known and respected hunters, but does anyone know of the Alaois family's... darker past?


Adrian and Reaver, after graduating from Beacon and heading out into Vale, had ended up getting tied into the White Fang. This was due to Zelda - whom Adrian was with at the time - being a member. Zelda was also a close friend with a leader of the White Fang - Adam (Subject to change if the name is different here.) Zelda and Adrian's relationship would soon lead to a young wolf faunus being born - a little girl named Neon. Though, both Adrian and Reaver would either call her Malvo or Neo. She... was a special one - who almost died when she was born. To prevent such a thing from happening - Zelda (who's aura was... pure darkness. Best I could describe it without going into extreme detail) had infused some of her own aura into her daughter with a touch of... Something else. Something that was, at the time, unknown. This outcome's power... was known as the Corruption - and it is shown by the tattoo-like mark on her chest... Which later became her symbol.


When Malvo was about a year and a half old, that's when the White Fang had... changed. Their peaceful protests... soon becoming riots. Violence. Destruction. Nothing Adrian or Reaver wanted to be a part of. And, as you could imagine, it was no place to raise a child in. At least in their eyes. I don't blame them.


So, after having an argument with Zelda about all of this, Adrian left with his daughter and Reaver. The group went into hiding for as long as they could before Zelda found them - wanting to take Malvo back. The power she'd given Malvo, she claimed, could be 'very useful' when it came to fighting in the revolution. Of course, Adrian and Reaver declined allowing Zelda to take little Neo. This whole fight... resulted in Adrian killing Zelda - which, as you could imagine, didn't make the leader of the White Fang too happy.


Of course Zelda, having been allied with Adam, had told him about the power Malvo had held prior to her death. This... proved to be a bit of a threat. If Neo wasn't added as a member of the White Fang, she'd need to be taken out. There was no inbetween in this corrupt bull's eyes.


After Zelda was killed, Adam desired revenge. But he'd need to find them, first... And his men didn't find them until around Malvo's eighth birthday. By this time, Adrian had gotten together with a huntress from Mistral. A huntress by the name of Zuzana. She'd taken in Malvo just as if she were from her own bloodline. Which... is what makes this part even sadder.


Reaver had gone off to kill several invading Grimm, and Adrian had gone out with him - leaving Malvo alone with Zuzana. And, when the two returned, they saw the house had been ablaze. Rushing inside, they caught sight of something that even irks me just thinkin' about it. Zuzana had... perished. Murdered. And, in the immediate area, Malvo could not be seen. That was until a faint sound of crying came from upstairs.


What Zuzana had done was, when the intruders kicked down their door, she hid the eight-year-old in the closet upstairs to keep her out of harms way. Unfortunately... the same couldn't be said for Zuzana. There were just... too many of them. When they'd taken her out, a couple of them went upstairs to grab Malvo - and Malvo, heh... she let those bastards have it by showing them just what her aura and the Corruption could do. In the end, though, she was found crying - the room pitch black and cold... When Adrian and Reaver found her, they took her and fled far away from Mistral, eventually making it to Vale. 


Rumours quickly spread about the incident, ranging from the possibility of this being an attack by several mercs found in the black market, all the way to people thinking Malvo did it all herself. But Adrian knew, oh, he knew it had something to do with the White Fang.


Ever since that incident, Neo made a vow to become one of the best huntresses, to honour her deceased adopted mother, as well as her father and uncle. And, boy... is she determined.


Heh... I wouldn't be too surprised if she was also out for revenge. Poor girl..."




 


Extra:


- She's also got the Corruption coursing through her veins. Something she rarely talks about.


- She seems to hide her ears and tail for fear of discrimination, but... she's got a bit of a darker reason as to why she really hides them.


- She's got a mix of an Irish/Scottish accent.
