Thiells is a huge city filled with criminals, gangs and villains most of these villains have apprentices to help them out as they fight hero's, vigilantes, police and rival gangs for territory in order to rule Thiells while Heros, Vigilantes and the Police Commissioner try their best to subdue these gangs. But with the city officials being as corrupt as it is, its hard to jail the Villain Leaders for good as they always get out weather its through legal or illegal ways. Their are 7 type of areas in the city of Thiells each of the gangs operate and have taken control of one of them.
Solan Area: The Solan Area is a more of a industrial district with more factories and warehouses than house and entertainment business. This is the area where the gang What Ever Works I Guess operates in.
Slemp Area: The Slemp Area is more of the darker and more poorer areas of Thiells, the police rarely ever patrol this area so its easy to get away with things and is most criminals ideal area to keep low profiles in.
Trover Area: The Trover Area is known to be the middle class area with schools and a few entertainment type of facility's in it. Although it is known to be ruled by the Gang known as STRAWBERRY.
Kostine Area: The Kostine area is a type of business area with the mayors officer and the Police main Headquarters it is a well protected area and it is said that the gang to control this area will rule Thiells
Vice Area: The Vice area is known to be a popular area having lots of restaurants, stores, entertainment facility and hotels, it is the main go to spot for tourist. This area is ruled by The Eye Of Chaos
Javalin Area: The Javilin Area is know to be the port area having beachs, ports and bars along with quite a few beach homes.
Kingstone Area: The Kingstone area is the more prosperous area with the wealthy and government officials residing in it, the area is well protected either by personal bodyguards or police officers. This area is known to not be touched by gangs since their the ones that sometimes bribe the gangs to stay out of this area.
