Theo grew up in a wealthy family. When he was 10 his parents sent him to a private school. Throughout his life, he wanted more, more of everything. So, when he became a graphic designer, he knew he could create anything he wanted. This caused him to drop out of college and pursue a carer in graphic design. He quickly climbed the ranks in his department, reaching the head of his department in less than a year. When the CEO stepped down, she wanted Theo to take over the company, now, it is one of the most successful companies in the country. When he heard of Spelltec, he saw it as a way to further his companies success.
Personality:
Theo is best described as a businessman, but he is laid back. He likes to make deals whenever he can, although he only goes after a deal when it is necessary, he likes to sit around and let the deals come to him. He is confident in his ability to lead, and rule. He doesn't see anyone above, for he thinks he is above everyone else. His main style of design is very clean cut and neat, he hates anything that is messy.

With weapon creation, Theo can create any weapon that he has seen before, be it a sword, bow and arrow, gun, you name it, the bigger the weapon the more straining it is to create. The weapons he create will be white in appearance and only last 20 minutes
Blinding light: Rank S:
When the spell "blinding light" is used, the room it is used in becomes blindingly bright. This makes it so that no one can see except Theo and those he chooses. This spell takes a great toll on Theo's eyes, as he can not see shortly after the spell wears off. Blinding light can only last for 90 seconds.
Light minions: Rank B:
The spell "Light minions" is not a very powerful spell. When cast, it summons three human-like creatures out of light. These minions are killed easily, usually taking one hit to kill.
Absence: Rank A:
Absence takes out all the light in one room. Like Blinding light, Theo can see in the dark of "Absence," although unlike Blinding light, people with light sources can use those while absence in effect. Only the main lights are cut off during "absence". "Absence," only lasts 60 seconds.

With this spell, Theo uses his tablet to draw out objects. These objects are white and are lighter than they normally would. The bigger the object Theo draws, the more straining it is.
