Zeial:

School of Justice- the school of Justice is a political party, as well as an ideology for bounty hunters. They are one of two ruling parties of Zeial. They currently hold the majority in the city's council so for the most part, they run local and international affairs. However, besides being a political party, the School of Justice is a bounty hunting order. They train bounty hunters to take down priority targets in exchange for a sum. The hunter's code of Justice is very strict yet they hold morality in higher regards than they hold the rules. Therefor, bending the rules is acceptable if there is a proper excuse for it. Otherwise, you will be severely punished. The school of Justice was founded a few decades after the creation of Zeial. They are about a century older than the second school of bounty hunting and rivals, the School of Order.

Zeial:

The City of Zeial- millenia ago, the area that is today Zeial, was nothing but flatlands. Those flatlands were under the control of the Kingdom of Salicia. Salicia was much larger geographically than it is now. An odd hybrid race teetering between man and robot arose several centuries after the fall of the Navajian Empire (Vaulken's predecessor). This race of robots believed that the Salician government was too soft on its people. So they rose up in rebellion. A costly war between Salicia and the rebel robots finally ended in victory at the hands of Zeialan race. Salicia ceded lands and Zeial had now begun construction. The city underwent massive overhaul of traditional architectural techniques. A floating city in the sky. The so-called "City of Tomorrow". Zeial is split into sections. Those who were poor or middle class human, we're in the lowest parts of Zeial. Wealthy humans and middle class natural born Zeialans were settled in a slightly more organized and spacious middle part of the city. The wealthy and the bounty hunting elite, we're at the top of Zeial. Zeialan culture is focused primarily on the trends of the wealthy. Night clubs and DJ-ing are common nightly things to do. The music of Zeial is highly electronic and popular culture places a lot of emphasis of music stars. The other side of Zeialan trends are bounty hunters. The best bounty hunters are considered to be celebrities. They are interviewed after successful missions and are well-recognized throughout the city and even the entire continent. Next is the heart of Zeial, the core. The Core, or the Mainframe of Zeial is a piece of machinery unlike anything else in history. Artificial intelligence that manages every type of traffic in the city. One giant, cubic, brain that sends electrical impulses through millions of cables, servers, and computers to keep the city alive. The Mainframe is located in the deepest parts of the city, underground. Only government officials and authorized bounty hunters are allowed to take the enormous elevator shaft that takes you down to the generators, the city's muscle. Below the generators are four long staircases that lead directly down to the Core. Anyone found trespassing receive a death penalty. Zeial is north of Salicia, south of Falghord and northwest from Vaulken.

The Gods:

Anubis (it isn't the Egyptian Anubis)- the god of light and well... created light

Ivenn- god of blood and gave his blood to the earth so that it could be fertile

Si- the god of souls, and god of the afterlife. Evil spirits remain trapped within his cloak for eternity, while the good spirits move on to Eden (the so called heaven)

Nagh- the god the night, he is meant to provide balance and counter Anubis' power. He also maintains the weather and temperature of the earth so that the environment isn't uninhabitable.

Ciela- the goddess of the peacock. She created all life.

The City-States:

City-State Rivalries- Salicia is the main peacekeeping nation. Most people like them, and they are not snobby. They only get involved if things get really out of hand. The only long-standing grudge they hold is against Zeial as they have a bloody history but it's been, for the most part, let go. It isn't like Salicia wants to reconquer Zeial or anything like that.

Zeial definitely has a little bit more of a hostile attitude towards Salicia simply because of the political differences they have. A huge rivalry that Zeial has is with Vaulken. As you know, Constol was part of a collaborative project from Zeial and Vaulken. They both agreed that the city shouldn't govern itself at first. They ran into problems as both cities began wrestling for more control. Eventually it got to the point where the two were prepping for war. The other cities states knew that a war between the world's military giant and technological powerhouse would be disastrous so they stepped in. Eventually, it was decided that Constol would have an independent government with Zeial and Vaulken exercising little to no control over Constol's affairs. To this day, the two cities tend to bicker over minor things.

Bohnz is basically the product of "where can I put all the criminals so that they can do what they want, but don't have to worry about them?" Thus, Salicia created Bohnz. It actually ended up being one spanking rich city. However, it was very expensive to maintain control over it. So after Zeial finally achieved independence, Salicia's economy was in shambles. So Bohnz said, "hey, could we be independent too?" And Salicia couldn't say no. They would risk another rebellion with even messier rebels and they simply didn't have the budget for another war, or even to keep hold of Bohnz. So they let them go, no strings attached. So, Bohnz went out and basically did what pirates mostly do, find something that can make you rich and take it. That's where Marai comes in. This is by far the deadliest rivalry currently and it continues to be so. There was already one war, in Falghord, frowning upon the actions of Bohnz, helped Marai win. The two cities settled for boundary line. Marai won't raid Bohnzian ships if Bohnz doesn't raid Maraian islands. Still then, Bohnz does whatever it can to stretch the limits of this contract and it's all the other city-states could do to keep them from going at each other's throats.

Constol has been around long enough to hate on anyone so they're pretty chill with everyone.

Falghord has been around for pretty long. These are very quiet and prefer to keep their hands clean. They don't particularly enjoy getting involved in international affairs. One exception was obviously the incident with Marai. Falghord don't really like Bohnz too much. Falghord has a belief of being a model of virtue. Steadfast, courageous, equality, etc. They are a determined people and the fact that their naval counterparts are basically the opposite of that, grinds their gears. Because of that, they can be a bit biased against Bohnz on a few points and pretty skeptical of them.

Lastly, Vaulken. There's not much more you need to know about them when it comes to relations with other city-states but Vaulken has a fairly dark history. Salicia has some pretty bad blood with the grandfather of Vaulken, the Navajian Empire. There is still some guilt over the war between the two states and even though Vaulken and Salicia prefer not to talk about it, blame is still held mostly on Vaulken for causing the conflict.
