"Honey!!! Wheres my Supersuit?"
1.) Power levels- Characters in this can be powerful, but not so much so as to he able to end the story by themselves. If your character can say, Freeze an entire lake thats too much. Suffice it to say Building level is the peak currently. That said, NPC characters can often exceed this limit, but this will usually be done in situations where they must face multiple player characters at once.
2.) Magic- It does not exist in this setting. Your powers dont have to have a rational explanation, and your character wis welcome to believe it is magic…however thats not exactly accurate. As in the real world, some of the things that occur are beyond our ability to understand.
3.) Aliens- Like magic are a non existent concept in this setting.
4.) controlling other players is off limits, You cannot kill another player without them being in the loop and okay with it. A character going inactive for A week or more will turn them into an NPC who has anti-death plot armor for another 3 days. On the Tenth day of inactivity the Protection is lifted and Your character will be removed from the setting. If you wish to leave the RP that us fine just let me know and we can work out a way to write your character out.
