The Unwanted RP

Legendless

Netherworld Overlord
There was barely a sound in the hallways as Alice moved down them.

She had left her room behind twenty minutes ago. She was thankful that last night she had been moved into a single room. She knew people would kill for that. Not that the room was technically single. She could eventually get a roommate. But so far her luck had been on her side. At least in that regard.

Breaking into the school was easy enough now, it barely felt like an effort. When she, Ty Lu and Kenny had made plans for how to meet, they really worked hard to make sure it would work and not be easy to detect. Recruiting that girl Lena who was really good with magic was a plus. Even if she only lasted a year at the school. A simple touch on the right door opened the school building to her.

Alice moved down the hallways. Sylvan had guards that went through the building, the main office and sometimes the dormitories and other buildings like the science one, but many were old and easy to evade if you knew what you were doing. Alice had practically memorized their routes. Four years. Many more. She had been doing this for a long time now. She smiled remembering Ty Lu coming to her, offering her a chance not to have to hide. She remembered Kenny laughing and making jokes and teasing the mermaid. The few members who had been older than her. Rui, Wes, Tyler, Karen. Most of the original - those recruited during Ty Lu's lead - had left. And now she was the leader.

She dodged a flashlight. Not that it mattered. She could just glamour, but she didn't want to waste her power on something like this when it wasn't necessary. She eventually made it to a door in what was part of the science wing. Some of the classrooms were used, redone once the science building had been built, but a few were left as they were. The one she stood in front of had something exploded in it she heard. Now no one used it or went inside. Sometimes Alice wondered if there had been others before them who had to hide. She touched the keyhole and leaned forever and whispered "Unwanted," next to it. A click was heard and she slipped inside.

So she was first after all. She moved to a couch Various furniture had been brought in and other items. She sat down and waited for the others to appear. Maybe she'd get everyone tonight. She had an announcement.

----

Peace sat up in her bed. The weekly Hater meeting. She got out of bed and put on her sneakers. She also put on a hoodie. She thought she looked sort of ridiculous in her pajama's pants but it was whatever.

She peered at her still sleeping roommate. She seemed blithely unaware of her movements each week. Sometimes Peace thought of waking her. Of telling her everything. About the danger that lurked in the school, they were surrounding them even now and how their was a savoir. How he was going to protect them all against those freaks and that she should joined them. Should help them get rid of them before they finally turned on them and murdered them all.

But she never did. Somehow it didn't seem the right time. Maybe soon. Maybe when Dark Shadow said they needed more members she would go to her. She knew her roommate was human. There was no way she was some monster. Peace didn't believe that.

She left the room as quiet as she could. She headed outside, to where the meeting would take place. She was excited hoping that something would happen. As much as she liked listening to Dark Shadow, and oh how she did, she wanted to do something. Something to show the monsters they weren't ones to be messed with.

(So all members should be heading to their respective places. AGP is choosing the Haters place. All neutral should still be sleeping or maybe not. Up to you.)

Cross leaned his head on one hand as he looked out the window. He never got much sleep here, not by someone else's fault but his own choice. In an open area like this, so many spirits hid within the forest, but were afraid to display themselves in the presence of many humans and within buildings. But at night, when the humans went to sleep . . . He smiled as a small air sprite swerved around his arm in some manner of dance, giggling with a light-pitched jingle that he knew no others would hear. The night sky was open, and many of the spirits whispered of the whisperers mentioned silent steps and hidden walkings.

"Looks like their meeting up again."

Cross muttered to himself and looked up at the sky.

Ghost loomed throughout the halls. An eerie silence was just too familiar. His eyes darted toward a crushed candy bar that had probably been stepped on, and floated by without a word. He didn't hear anyone, but he knew a lot of the students liked to roam around at night. It was just a natural thing. Nothing much.

Ghost's head looked up as he heard the very faint sound of light footsteps. Who could it be? He saw a girl. Alice, was it? Go inside a room. That was weird. The doors were suppoed to be locked for the night! Ghost grumbled and drifted over to the door, easily slipping through. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Somehow his solid-defying ability didn't work on any of the places around that area. Then he remembered the girl said something, yet he was too far to hear what it was.

Ghost stood there-well, floated- and stared blankly at the door. He lifted a pale knuckle and knocked on the door. Since he was a phantom, he didn't know if anyone would hear that, but he tried anyway.

"Hello...?"

He rasped, looking dreary eyes up at the door.

Jonathan looked over at the clock on the wall, it was almost midnight. "Almost time..." he muttered to himself as he sat up from his desk. His room mate, Thomas, said he was going out for a walk or something, but Jonathan knew better. He was assigned a room with a freak we vowed to wipe out, and to make matters worse he was four years younger than he was. It was lucky for him that no one knew who the 'Dark Shadow', the leader of the Haters, really was. This gave him an advantage over his room mate. But that meant he had to leave meetings earlier than before to make sure he got back before his small room mate.

Jonathan shrugged off the thought as he got dressed. He wore a black wrapped mask that only revealed his bright green eyes. Then he wore a long black jacket with his hood pulled over to hide is face, he had to make sure his identity was kept a secret no matter of the cost. After quickly getting dressed Jonathan slipped out of the dorm room and made his way towards the dense forest, keeping to the shadows. On his way he saw a girl walking near the building for their meeting. There was no way the girl wandered near it by mistake, it was deep in the woods, away from the school, the place didn't even exist as far as anyone else knew. Looking closer at her, he got his answer. The girl was a neko, he had seen her in the hallways, someone new here. Jonathan knew exactly what he was going to do.

Sneaking up behind her, Jonathan twisted his arm behind her back and covered her mouth. "What is a neko bit** doing on my ground. Trying to find our meeting place are we?" he whispered harshly in her ear. The girl made a struggle to shake her head, but Jonathan knew better. Shoving her towards the building, someone was standing outside the door. Approaching the guard Jonathan talked in a rough, deep voice. "We hold the key to cleansing our home" The man nodded and opened the door for him. Walking inside someone else came up to them. Jonathan shoved the girl in his direction, "Tie her up and keep her quiet." he ordered. The man nodded and did as he was told. Tonight was going to be interesting.

Thomas made his way to the meeting room nervously. He hated having to room with Jonathan. Something about the older boy unnerved him, but then again, Thomas was pretty shy and most people unnerved him. He had to work on that. He was part dragon for God's sake! He needed to stop being such a wimp. Still it worried him. What if he found out? Alice had told him about their enemies the Haters. She warned everyone to avoid them and to appear as normal as possible. They were against them and everything they were.

Thomas wondered how much Alice really knew. She seemed to have this kind of fierce hatred for them. They mostly scared Thomas, but Alice seemed to be strong. Maybe she didn't have to be afraid. Maybe she wasn't scared like him.

He eventually made it to the door. It was weird for him. It had only been a month since Alice came to him. He was afraid she'd hurt him whens she revealed she knew what he was. But no. She did the opposite. She saved him. He didn't have to hide when he was with the others. He finally found a place to belong. Thomas was so wrapped up in his thoughts that he almost didn't notice the ghost. He looked around. He hadn't seem him before. Was he dangerous?

"Um...hello?"

----

Peace thought she had seen someone as she walked into the woods. The woods had sort of creeped her out at first, but she was getting better. She didn't jump as much. She knew she had to risk it. If only for their purpose. Besides who knew where the freaks might be.

She said the password to the guard and entered. She hadn't been a Hater for too long, but she felt better being among those who knew what was right. Who felt like she did. She spotted their leader and beamed but something was...off. He had someone with him.

"Who is this?"

Rina looked up through the trees, shifting herself so that she'd fly on her back. She noticed the dark sky, and she smiled, happy about how fun it was at night, to be able to fly again. She didn't care that they're were around her, she ignored them.just as they ignored her.

While turning around, she noticed a tree coming right at her, at a fast speed. "Move!" She yelled, trying to dodge the tree, but it didn't work out the way she had wanted it to, because the tree hadn't budged and she didn't move quick enough. She sat on the ground, after running into it, and then stood back up and jumped back into the sky.

Jem had been sitting up in his bed for hours thinking about meeting with the Haters again. He wasn't new to the whole ordeal, but he was new to the fact that he had a roommate. He was probably sound asleep in his bed and Jem swung his feet off of his own bed a couple feet away from his roommate. He knew the school system must have had his name down wrong somewhere because up until now he had never had a roommate and had enjoyed it very much. He reminded himself to send a letter to his father regarding this, who would then give the school hell for it. Of course, that is if his father even wanted to acknowledge his existence anymore. He would be proud to know that Jem was a part of the Haters at least. Which brought him back to his first problem. How would he stay in the haters group without The boy questioning his sneaking out? He decided he would figure it out later and thanked whatever gods were listening that ha had fallen asleep just in time for Jem to sneak out

Jem maneuvered himself down the halls and past the guards using the couple of years experience he had. On his way to their meeting place in the forest Jem sighed and looked at the full moon. It was a great night for...hating. Up ahead he heard footsteps unsynchronized with his own and noticed a girl walking to their meeting spot. Briefly Jem panicked and thought she was a human but she knew the password and went through without a struggle. Must be a new girl. Jem thought and quickened his pace, saying the password hurriedly and pushing past the man.

The girl Jem had seen was just ahead of him and he stood next to her, about to give her his name when she said something. Following her gaze to the floor he noticed a Neko laying there all tied up. "Nice catch." Jem commented. "How'd you get this one?"

[ Uncultured-Buffoon and anyone else that is a hater. Nobody know who the leader is, he hides his face and his identity. The only thing you know about the leader is that he goes by 'Dark Shadow' and is a guy ]

Uncultured-Buffoon Er.. I'm confused. Aren't your characters and my characters roommates?

Ghost blinked and turned to Thomas. He looked pretty harmless, to say the least. He blinked again tired and gloomy eyes, pointing towards the door infront of him.

"...You can see me?" Ghost said, a bit surprised. "That means you're like me.." He mumbled to gimself and floated around the dragon-boy, inspecting him closely, levitating in several circles around him. When he qas certain, he spoke to himself again," Wow... Half-dragon..." Ghost said and smiled a grin that showed a row of sharp teeth.

He then flew over to the original spot infront of Thomas, and said in a ghastly echo-like voice. He pointed a shaky finger to the door,"... Do you know how to get in there...?" he rasped.

Rina just realized that there was supposed to be a meeting tonight. "Buuuuuuu!" She moaned, flapping her wings towards the building, making the crystals on each side jingle. She quickly landed on the roof and ran down the staircase, towards the door, rushing past Ghost and Thomas, saying, "Unwanted," quickly, and running into the room, just to find herself tripping and landing a face plant once again. "Stupid feet," she groaned.

Camden had layed in his bed for what seemed like hours until his roommate left. He had a sneaking suspicion about where Jem was heading off to but it was just that. He had no evidence to prove his theory but.. Camden mentally shook his head to clear himself of these thoughts. He was probably just being paranoid.. Right? He wasn't so sure.

Camden countinued to pretend to be asleep until Jem left and then he stayed there for a good ten minutes until he had completely assured himself that he'd gone. Camden stood quietly and eased out of the room -there was still a chance that someone from another room could come out for some reason. His footsteps were silent as he made his way down the hall and into the school.

He was pretty sure they hadn't started yet and- wait.. Was that talking? Camden crept closer and watched an unwanted member talking to a ghost who happened to also be a member and another member sprawled out onto the ground. Just what exactly had he stumbled upon? "Hmm.." Camden stepped forward out of the shadows and offered a hand down to the girl to help her up.

--

Solace was excited. The haters were meeting tonight! She could hardly keep still. Solace fidgeted until her roommate finally

fell asleep. She jumped up out of bed, not really caring about the noise she made and practically sprinted out into the forest.

As she neared the meeting spot Solace slowed down to a walk but she couldn't help humming lightly to herself. She felt like some sort of ninja. Sneaking around without anyone noticing. She became completely quiet when she reached the place. Solace quickly said the password and was granted access. She looked down at the neko bound on the floor but remained unfazed, feeling no sympathy for the creature.

Cross smiled a little as the air sprite flittered away into the night air. He looked behind him, noting Andrew was nowhere to be seen

"Wonder where he's gotten to."

Cross whispered to himself . . . or rather to any around who would listen. He got a few chimes sounding, the laughter of the spirits nestled in the grass outside.

Jonathan turned around to the three members that just arrived. Peace, their newest member was first to ask about the bounded freak. "Caught the thing lurking near our place." he said in a gruff voice he used to disguise his real one. "Neko" he spat out in disgust.

He turned around to another member, "Put her in a chair." the guy nodded and ran off to find an extra chair. Tonight was going to be the start of the cleansing of these freaks. They would all finally get to do since day one, take action against these abominations.

___

Victoria sighed lightly as she set down her pencil on the small desk in her room. She had barely notice that Ren, her small room mate, had left the room about thirty minutes ago. Victoria said nothing or even looked over at her, it was none of her business what she was doing, nor did she ask.

She got up from the desk and walked over to their window. Tonight was a full moon, again she sighed. It seemed like the days were getting more and more boring. At least she had an exciting friend, but most of the time he acted as her brother. Which bothered her, but never said anything. Victoria didn't want to burden anyone so she rarely said nothing. Maybe that would change this year.

___

Andrew quietly opened the door to his room. When he got in, Andrew noticed that his room mate Cross wasn't sleepig but seemed to be looking out the window. He looked over at him and nodded, "Hey." he said nonchalantly as he wiped the sweat off his forehead. Andrew loved to do runs under the full moon, the view was nice, plus he didn't have to deal with any annoying people, not that there was many in this school.

This school was different then the ones he and Victoria attended before, it seemed like most of the students were hiding something. But then again it could just be Andrew's head messing with him as usual.

Pushing away the thought, he grabbed a towel and a few other things and slipped out of the room and to the showers.

Rina blinked at Camden, and gladly accepted the kind gesture. "Thanks!" She said, and jumped into the air and floated, she had enough of this walking thing; She already did a lot during the day, so she decided to take this time to her advantage. She smiled a sharp tooth grin, and remained drifting around the room.

Cross looked back over his shoulder as Andrew walked in

"Hey--"

And promptly back out.

"Well, that was short."

Despite being roomates, Cross had not talked with Andrew much at all. Actually, he hadn't talked much with most of the people in the academy. He had talked with Ashley a few times, as well as a few other of the unwanted, but never at length. He was never wanting for company, not with the spirits of mother gaea herself in contact with him.

Andrew took a quick five minute shower and headed back to his room. Again, he nosielessly opened the door, just in case his room mate went to sleep. But when he stepped in and shut the door slowly and quietly behind him, Andrew saw that Cross was staring intenly out the window.

A small grin appeared on his face as he set his stuff down on nearby table and walked quietly over to him. When he was directly behind him, Andrew spoke nonchalanty. "Enjoying the view are we?" He said with a grin. He used to do the same thing to Victoria to scare her, it worked all the time on her.

Cross smiled as his roomate came up "silently" behind him. Three separate spirits warned him of his approach.

"Not exactly, enjoying the noise."

He spoke in the same nonchalant manner as Andrew

Andrew let out a lightlaughter as he waved off Cross on his way back to the small table. "You're just no fun." He then picked up his stuff and started to put it away. "Then again your not a scaredy cat like Tori." He said with a slight hint of laughter in his voice. He said this more to himself than Cross, guessing that he had not meet her yet. Then again he never knew with Victoria.

Jem narrowed his eyes at the Neko. It had been silly of her to walk around at night in the first place and he felt the urge to ask her if she was stupid or had been born with a problem but he fought that urge. She was in the hands of their leader now, the strange boy (or man) who never showed his face and hid his voice. At times he reminded Jem of batman with that voice and he had tried to imagine what his life was like. Of course, with no other inspiration besides batman he always assumed that the leader had come from a rich family with lots of connections and standards, which was why unwanteds were just what they were named. They weren't a part of the status quo so they had to go. At least, that's what his own life was like. If he could at least pretend to connect with the leader on a personal level that would make these meetings more interesting than they already were.

Jem snapped out of it long enough to clear his throat. "I apologize if the question is a burden but how are we going to go about doing this particular cleansing?" He asked, looking around and surprised to see that the group grew by one person while he was day-dreaming.

A neko? Peace drew closer to the girl and watched her struggle in vain. Her eyes pleaded at Peace, but the young girl ignored it. She deserved it after all right? She flicked one of it's ears, surprised by the feeling of fur. One of the older members yelled at her for getting too close and she drew back.

She turned to look at Jem when he talked. She wondered that as well. How would they go about doing it? This would be her first time seeing something and something inside her called for blood.

"Let's kill the *****. Make there be one less," she suggested, although not as loud or as strongly as she had inside her mind. Murder was still wrong and it made her uneasy but they had killed plenty of humans. So shouldn't they get the same treatment?

----

Thomas nodded slowly. He moved back from the ghost. He was off putting. But the ghost seemed to have no qualms with personal space and started examining him. Thomas got a crazy idea. If he was a ghost then maybe he spied on people while they changed or were in the shower or something. He blushed a deep red at the thought of the pervert ghost. He seemed harmless, but Thomas still didn't like it. He liked his privacy and he got embarrassed when he got changed for gym or when he went swimming. He wasn't all that proud of his body, especially since he had scales to hide under his layer of clothing.

"Um, yeah. That is what I am." He watched Rina - that was her name right? - ran past him and open the door. He pointed at her. "What she did. That's how you do it."

Alice heard a bit of a commotion outside the door. Although on the inside it was sound-proof, it wasn't so much the oppposite. She stood and was surprised when Rina came tumbling in. She moved over to the girl and offered her a hand.

"Are you okay? There is really no rush to get here."

(S n o w, if Rina was inside the room Camden wouldn't have seen her unless she kept the door open. Just saying)

Ghost sighed. Oh well. He mumbled a few things and started and wander off. Around the school to see if he could frighten some of the younger members with a bad dream. He walked past several walls, yawning and taking not much notice to the sleeping people. He just didn't feel up to it today. Maybe because of the weird atmosphere?

He finally got to a room where two people were roommates. One was staring out the window and the other looked like he was trying to surprise the other. Having used to no one seeing him, Ghost yawned again and sat cross-legged floating in the air. He was practically touching the ceiling when he 'sat on the air'.

There was something off about the two. He felt that the one looking out the window might be talking to someone. Neh, probably his imaginatio.. Ghost Evans coughed a bit in his sleeve and continued to watch whatever was going on.

(wait forget that post! I was typing when u were postin my bad ^^)

"Tori?"

Cross looked back over at his roomate. A slightly quizzical and curious look in his eyes. He somewhat shut out the whisperings of the spirits as he spoke to Andrew.

"Who's Tori? If you don't mind me asking."
