Supernatural Abilities:
-The ability to transform into a verity of plants
-The ability to grow and manipulate plants at will.
-The ability to communicate with plants.
-Can receive sustenance from the sun

Strengths Associated With These Abilities:
-Can transform into almost any small plant with practise.
-For obvious reasons, being able to grow a garden of most anything in a matter of minutes can be extremely helpful.
-You know those tree limbs keep banging on your window at night, and you have to put in all that work to cut them off? Elliot can just get the tree to move it's limbs, and your problem's solved.
-Flowers are expensive, so being able to grow them can both save you, and make you, a lot of money.
-Gossip. Elliot knows a lot of gossip, thanks to the plants. If you want to talk about him behind his back, then don't do it near any plant life, or he will find out. Plants love to gossip.
-Elliot can live on sunshine and water. No lie, that's all he needs... (Granted he does still need other nutrients to stay healthy, but he typically supplements these things by turning into a plant for a bit, and getting them through his roots, or eating a few small insects, much like a carnivorous plant might)


Weaknesses Associated With These Abilities:
-Limited to one tree form
-Has only mastered one poisonous plant to the point of regular transformation
-Elliot can't shrink what he grows. If he grows you a rose bush, you have a rose bush, and the only way you're getting rid of it is to dig it out.
-Quick to dehydrate. Elliot needs twice the amount of water as a human
-Lack of sunlight will kill him. If he's confined indoors for a long period of time, he needs lots of vitamin D and access to windows.
-Can't digest anything a carnivorous plant can't consume. It will make him sick.


Personality:
Elliot is very down to Earth, and is commonly referred to as a hippie, or tree hugger (in all actuality hugging other trees without permission can be seen as sexual harassment on his part, so he tends to avoid that). He has a passion for nature, and prefers things to be natural rather then man made. He can't stand the feeling of synthetic fibres, and can, and will, tell you every positive use for marijuana that there is (and often cites a majority of his wardrobe for this argument).

He believes firmly in the belief that there is a natural balance to the world, and that the humans have thrown the world out of balance. Elliot is quite upset about this, and tries his best to get the humans and other creatures he meets to become more one with nature, and help restore some of the balance.

Elliot is also a born gossip, and loves to hear juicy details. He can't keep a secret to save his life, but is usually good about keeping secrets from other creatures, as Elliot usually only gossips with plants. He has a gift for bending the truth, and nothing he says should be taken at face value. That being said, Elliot can lie his way out of almost anything, so long as the person he's lying to isn't privy to his tendency to do so.

Elliot is actually a very sensitive soul, and extremely empathetic towards other creatures. When he sees someone crying, he'll start crying. He's very determined to help a friend in need, and is always there to talk to if someone needs to vent their frustrations.

Elliot is a very kind person, who would lay down his life for his friends, and do to every effort to help those in need, including volunteering and donations. He often volunteers at soup kitchens, seeing how his way with plants allows him to be a very good cook, and get a lot of filling nutrients into relatively poor ingredients.

Backstory:
Elliot was born into a small forest in the central USA, and lived there amongst his people until he was fifteen. Elliot and all the other dryads with the ability to transform in his community were forced to take on human forms and flee their forest home, after humans cut down the forest to make room for a building plan. Elliot was lucky enough to be blessed with the ability to transform, but his mentor, an elder dryad by the name of Maple, was not able to transform, and was killed. Many of his community found new forests to live in, but Elliot refused. He would be fine as long as he had sunshine, water, and a connection with plants, so Elliot decided to enter the human world, and join the hordes of other dryads passing themselves off as human nature activists.

Elliot soon realized that there was little he could do without money, so he started making money by selling flowers, and organic plant foods. Most of the money he makes goes towards the cause, or the shelters he volunteers in. He figures that he should be the better person and help the humans, despite what they're doing to his own people. He finds this easier then harbouring hatred for the ignorant humans.

Home:
Typically he rents apartments, or rooms from private land owners, but he can, and will sleep in a plant form if he needs too, and sometimes does this in the summer for the hell of it.

Supernatural Abilities: Profound agility, nocturnal, night vision, a resistance to uncooked meat, high running speeds, minor animal communication

Weaknesses Associated With These Abilities: The inability to keep hands off uncooked product, the desire to consume humans if meat-withdrawals become prominent

Personality​

Personality: After being alive for many centuries, Adar has adapted to the custom/style transitions that humanity as a whole has accomplished, but he generally flips between "50's male with slicked-back hair, faux-leather jackets, thick boots" and wearing pastel sweaters that drop down to his mid-thigh. His sardonic humor is generally mistaken as rude, but it's a defense mechanism against the inner turmoil dwelling within him. He hates the fact that he's been living so long and finds no purpose in continuing on. He wouldn't categorize himself as "suicidal" but he would eagerly accept the offer of death.

Strengths Unassociated With Abilities: He's taken up many hobbies with all the times he has on his hands, which includes the following:
Computer programming
Playing the cello
Reading all types of literature
Being persuasive when he needs

Weaknesses Unassociated With Abilities: He hates social interaction when it comes to large sizes (has only ever been to one concert), lacks self-control, regularly bails on planned occasions, too many crises about the meaning behind life as he hasn't found his yet.

Backstory​

Backstory: Growing up was rather difficult for Adar, but at this point in time, all the memories meld together. He has no real perception of time considering he's lived through so much of it. He's lived near dozens of places worldwide (mostly to stay on the run so no one gets suspicious), and currently has moved to the U.S. so to "start over" as he has so many times. Every couple of years or so, he can't handle the pressure laid across his shoulders and he kidnaps an unattended child and consumes it like his father did before him. It's in his genes, he can't help the desire.


Education: He's been through multiple college courses to their fullest extent, but only advertises his Doctor of Juridical Science degree.

Religion: Polytheistic toward the Greek gods because he knows they exist. They haven't interacted with the world in so long, but because he's a product of the myths, he can't help but believe.

Family: None. Considering the lore of his father, he was banished to the stars by Zeus years after he was born. In times of urgent need, he finds himself kneeling on the floor praying to his dad for guidance and help, but that's only for solace. Not once has his father responded. He has no known siblings and his mother died years ago considering she was a mere mortal.

-He needs to be in water a lot. If he doesn't get a daily dose of water he will cease to exist. He can die.
-He's clumsy on his feet, still unused to walking on land.

ABILITIES
Supernatural Abilities:
-Super Strength: Due to being from deep depths of the ocean he's quite strong, while his upper body strength isn't that great, due to him hardly lifting a finger sometimes. His tail is lethal, a few hits can break a metal door or break a block of ice. One hit from his tail can knock someone unconscious if he was putting force behind it.

-Limited Shapeshifting: This is only limited to turning his tail into legs and blending among humans.

-If it's too hot, just ask and he can make you a little cool area to chill.
-If someone is bugging someone he can just slap the hell out of them.
-He can go into depths of water no one has ever been.

-Like many fish he can become dehydrated easily if he gets too much sunlight.
-He can sometimes make his voice work too well. Causing him to get into sticky situations.
-Due to his moodiness sometimes the weather gets really funky around him.
-He has to be careful not to break peoples eardrums with his screams.
-Sometimes fishfolk tend to ask him to run errands.

PERSONALITY
Personality:
Sion is lazy, point and blank. He spends most of his free time lounging around and doing nothing productive. He's a very relaxed person, he hardly takes things seriously and when he does it's point for concern. He's quite playful and mischievous , doing harmless pranks. He loves his job, working around the other fish. He knows some of them hate him for not letting them free, but that's business and he needs the money. Most of them were bred in captivity and wouldn't survive out there anyways. Sion is very creative and loves to make things out of nothing. While he's not without his flaws he can be quite cruel at times, icy even if wronged. Someone might even peg him as a bitch.

If he doesn't like you, you'll know from the start. With thinly veiled sarcasm and insults. He hates liars, and when he catches you lying, you'll never hear the end of it. Sion shows a more outgoing side than the many reclusive merfolk, he's not afraid to start a conversation with anyone who passes by. If there is something he wants and he can't afford it, he'll just sweet talk someone into just giving it to him. While this might make him a thief, he really doesn't see it as so. He never goes for anything big, just most of the time if he's forgotten his wallet or out of money and didn't realize it. He'll just lay on the charm. He does enjoy peoples company, he doesn't like being alone. He deals with anxiety and paranoia a lot and being alone only makes it worse. That's why he thought living with a bunch of people would be beneficial to him.

BACKSTORY
Backstory:
Born in the Atlantic, Sion was the only child of Tisphone and Adrian Michaels. He was always a curious creature, wondering what the surface was like. He spent a lot of time wondering the sea and trying to make friends with everyone he met. Sometimes the merfolk weren't that friendly to him. Though all merfolk saw each other in their school as family. They took care of one another, Sion was always the odd one out. He would sometimes sneak to the surface to watch how the humans lived. He found them to be cruel creatures, but couldn't help but find them fascinating.

He had basic schooling down in their city, how to read and write. Along with Math and Aquatic Sciences. When he reached ten he befriended a human on the surface, they grew close. They spend hours talking about how their worlds were so different. How his day was like, and more. One day the human stopped coming and he missed his friend. He would spend his days in the reef beds just talking to the fish. They seemed friendly, except when he was hungry then he would stay clear of them.

At age eighteen, still not having forgotten his old friend. Decided that he would leave the ocean, blend in with the humans and live among them. He found that the two species weren't that different after all. He pulled some strings and got a human identity and went to college, majoring in Marine Biology. At twenty three he now owns his own store and is looking for a place to stay. His home was starting to feel lonely and he hadn't even started to try to find his old friend.

The sea was his home, but he wanted to be with the humans. Now he looks for places to rent for cheap.
