The states - They're kind of like siblings to him. He is relatively nice to all of them since they are a part of him and all.
England - His adoptive older brother figure. After his split from him their relationship hasn't been the best and they bicker a lot of the time but he does (secretly) care for him.
Japan- In the past they didn't have the best of relationships but because of their similar interests they have become closer to each other.
Belarus - When she tried to cut ties with Russia she came to him. He's basically a brother figure to her.
Lithuania -He worked as America's housekeeper for a bit. Their relationship is pretty healthy and Lithuania does worry about him at times
Russia - The relationship they have isn't a good one but they're more passive-aggressive towards each other than anything.
Cuba - Cuba dislikes him for a number of reasons that are pretty understandable. He openly despises him and even has violent outbursts whenever he sees America (or in those few cases Canada).
