The planet Terra, there are five countries each with a different race ruling it. The races are Human, Elf, Animal kin, Orc, Dwarf. This is the age of sword and magic with limited amount of advance technology, except in the case of the dwarfs which have steam power. Heroes have become a major resource in the power struggle between nations.
BackStory-incomplete
The world went into chaos after a rift opened up in the human capital of [Name Of Human City]. Demons poured through the rift and demolished the city within hours of opening. The neighboring cities tried to hold the demons advancement, but ultimately failed. Human city after human city was being destroyed, humans almost killed to the point of extinction. Some humans begged the surrounding countries to save them and only the animal kin and the elfs agreed to help while the orcs and dwarfs said it was a human problem. The three races formed an alliance which was named Tri-Arc. With the help of the animal kin and elfs, the humans where able to hold off the demons and even reclaim some remains of there cities, but the demons were not so easily pushed back. It was almost a stalemate at first, but the demons didn't require sleep and never feared of dying so they attacked relentlessly. The Tri-Arc started to lose their footing in the war and were being pushed back. It was a direr situation with almost no way out of, they could only watch as their land was ravished and their people slaughtered. But when all was lost, a group of humans consisting of warriors, mages, and rouges appeared and started cutting through the hoard of demons to the center of it all, to the rift in the capital of [Name Of Human City].
