It will be before the time skip, I think around the end of the Arabasta arc, when Luffy defeats Crocodile.
@Redx15 Please expand your character sheet a little. Also explain your Devil Fruit.
@zeone3000 Your DF is a bit too OP, please edit it a little. Increasing the size of a cannonball to 100 times it's normal size is a bit too invincible.
