Background: Gantu has been on this earth for a long time, longer than a man should. He was born long ago to a tribe of nomads who worshiped an embodiement of nature they believed to exist. Gantu never belived in that very much, he was a selfish and cruel young man growing up. Selfish enough to sell his people out to his enemies, for a small moderate of gold. It was then that he learned the diety his people worshipped was all too real. He was cursed with the blood of of his people for his betrayal, and now he lives as the Beast and the red monk. Wandering the world perfecting his body and mind, while training others to do the same. He has adopted a very peaceful and calm demeanor, in stark contrast to his other half. The good deeds he does are an attempt to make amends for the sins he commited and he hasnt wavered from that goal in over 1400 years.

Spoiler: The Beast

The form of Gantu's curse is the Red Behemoth. A huge 22ft hulking beast with ungodly strength and durability. It possesses heightened senses and the ability to launch its spines as a ranged weapon. The spikes that alighn the beast along with its skeleton are many times harder than steel and it posseses a regeneration factor that makes it nigh unkillable. As if that wasnt bad enough its abilities all climb to higher levels the more damage it takes. As tremendously powerful as the beast is it isnt withour its weaknesses. While transformed Gantu looses his intelligence and is taken over by instincts alone. It also only lasts a maximum of 10 minutes, afterwhich Gantu is rendered unconscious for a few hours. Luckily he can control when he triggers the transformation, though once triggered it lasts until he reaches his limit. It will also trigger on its own in response to any lethal damage he takes.
