Fandom The Secret of Gray Mann (PRIVATE)

Rexcaliburr

Legendary Golden Support
RED could not believe it. When Miss Pauling came with their monthly reports this time, she also had a letter for RED's Pyro and Demoman. It was rare for individual team members to receive letters for usually they were addressed to the whole team, but this unusual letter brought with it some news that the two in question certainly did not like.

That was a two weeks ago anyway, and now the two REDs sat around in the base of Mannhattan, where a massive moving factory controlled by the third lost Mann brother, Gray. He has been sending onslaughts of robots to attack Mann Co for whatever reason unknown to the mercenaries, not that it mattered. Their duty was to just stop the robots, and it had been surprisingly easy at first. They crumbled easily under the heavy gunfire and rockets, but now there had been a quiet lull. No robots, no movement, nothing.

None of this was why the REDs were unhappy about their situation, no. It was not because of morning patrols, staring at the factory over yonder. It was because in the same base, with them, was BLU. The enemy. Well, previously the enemy turned... teammates, united against a common enemy. Or so Miss Pauling said. Pyro did his best to ignore the BLUs unless absolutely necessary, and Demoman hid his unhappiness about it behind lots and lots of alcohol.

The RED heavy, Misha himself was quite upset himself in actuality along with his teammates. As he let out a disgruntled sigh, before sitting near the RED pyro and Demoman. As a result he held Sasha, close wiping the oversized minigun carefully with a cleaning cloth, as he leaned against the wall of the factory. On the plus side the robots were powered by money, however getting more support from Mann co on that front would have been nice given how important everything there were protecting seemed to be. After his daily cleaning ritual, Heavy figured that he'd get himself a sandvich from the fridge, maybe even some Russian literature, after all he was a well read man in such, and it'd help pass the time through the quietness, of course he'd keep Sasha nearby just incase he needed to spring into action at any time.

Meanwhile the soft beep of a level three sentry could be heard from a distance as the BLU engineer sat patiently on a crate on the right hand side of the factory near the bomb hole and upgrade station. It seemed he was examining blue prints of the bomb hole..that were titled "HOW TO IMPROVE MANN CO DEFFENSES" quite literary, drawn in uncharacteristically unneat handwriting, probably a product of Soldier. "Hm..." The engineer simply let out to no one in particular writing some schematics down, just glad that he wouldn't have to deal with any sentry busters for the moment, taking a sip of his beer, as he continued to work. The soft tick of the dispenser refilling its ammo reserves not too close off and the hum of the teleporter. He also of course was not terribly fond of the RED team being nearby. As far as he was concerned the pyro was the least problematic out of all of them, as the pyro was atleast skilled at taking out spies which was quite helpful to him. Of course he wasn't terribly fond of the Demoman for obvious reasons, regarding occupation and the tendency to destroy BLU engineer buildings in the past. He hadn't really thought of talking to the large Russian man on RED much either, though something told him he was smarter than he appeared.

It seemed the BLU soldier had put a bucket on his head and was currently wearing it like a hat...along with a buff banner on his back., as he examined his direct hit carefully. Eventually before looking over at the BLU scout, as the soldier just so happened to be in close proximity "Atleast those RED Team ladies make good cannon fodder.." He'd murmur, still not really liking the whole idea of the enemy being so close by as he seemed to make a bit of small talk. "At that, you're doing good son, Real good, showing that RED sonvabitch how Capitalism works!" He then said smiling a bit under the bucket helmet roughly patting scout on the back. Of course he was referring to the fact that Scout collected the money typically, and that Heavy coming from the USSR was not only on the RED team but was also what he considered to be part of the "RED SCARE". Of course soldier not taking into consideration while Misha was a soviet, his father had been on the side of the Tsars, not the revolution.
