Malabix, the mad king that ruled over Aslor with a iron first had tracked a dangrous assassin to the small town of Maxvile. In hopes of killing the assassin he had is man slaughter the town folk. Luckly the assassin named Nailstorm was able to save some if the town folk and plans on teaching them how to fight Malabix and free Aslor.

Just as the turmoil in Maxvile subsided the renowned knight Oberon rode east to the town to provide aid and protection to the attacked; he had always despised the king but this act of hatred against common people forced him to take up arms and he began to ride into town as smoke billowed from some of the village homes
