Brief: The United Venusian States, once the Venusian colonies of the USA. Unlike its larger sister colony on Mars, it has taken Capitalism to the extreme, removing personal freedoms entirely, they are one step away from reinstating slavery as people are barely more than property for companies to buy and trade, discard and hire as they see fit.

Brief: The Venusian Tsardom was once the Colony of the Russian Federative Republic and has become the haven of science, removing personal freedoms and sometimes using its own populace as test subjects.
