Charlie was the first born of the Urie family in London. Where his father, Boyd Urie was a traveling business man who traveled to various cities such as Berlin and Paris. As a child, Charlie was always fascinated by cars. He could be seen playing with toy cars. which he received each time his father returned from one of his business trips.
