Here is where y'all shall post your character sheets....obviously. But also, here's the rules!

1. When creating a power, imagine it like a power from BNHA and not powers from superman or such. Powers shouldn't be able to kill everybody at will. Yes, they can be used to kill people, but you shouldn't have a power that just let's you annihilate a villain from the get-go. That isn't fun. Your power should also have a small drawback. Something small that could cause a mild annoyance, or something that restricts your characters from using said power all the time.

2. Give your character a reasonable age. Even though humans with superpowers have been born since 1950, there were only very few, like in the single digits. And remember, we're the new generation of heroes.

3. Just the basic rules of creating a character. I trust y'all ♥

4. Write Dreams come true at the end of your CS just so I know you read this.

5. This is a true rule if you want to join, communicate. What I want is for each of us to post at least twice a week, but please communicate if there's something that'll prevent you from doing so. If there's something that won't let you post for a long time, ask someone to post for you. I plan this RP to be somewhat long-term, so it'd be a shame to have it come to an abrupt end if someone leaves randomly.

Teammates and Fans shorten it to "Shin". Because its easier to pronounce.

Backstory:
Kyo was born to an African American military captain, Reginald "Reggie" Jackson, and an asian american linguist, Asanu Yukawa, who worked as a teacher helping military soldiers understand japanese while stationed in Japan and helping with translations during times of international negotiations. After an stealthy ambush attack on their HQ during an otherwise quiet night Asanu ended up saving Reggie from an attacking enemy by throwing a pot full of boiling noodles on the invader while Reggie was being strangled. Reggie then went on to protect Asanu until the invading force was defeated and captured. From that day forth a connection had been formed between them. After coming back to the united states, Reggie transitioned into the role of a police officer while Asanu continued her role as a linguistic educator working as a private tutor to those wanting to learn, English, Japanese, French, Russian or Spanish. Kyo was born the youngest and third in line with two older sisters. One of his sisters joined the military following in their father's footsteps. The other went on to learn multiple languages like their mother, studying literature in the hope's of becoming an author, and writing her novels based on multiple cultures and languages. Kyo during high school had taken a cleaning job after school at the city museum of international arts. It was there he became obsessed with learing about his heritage within the Japanese culture. So much that he moved to Japan after high school to live with some of his mother's extended family and even joined a dojo learning martial arts. He experienced and learned alot while there. And that's also where he discovered his powers. He has never revealed the events that took place while in Japan that awakened his abilities but when he finally returned to America he was no longer the same Kyomada Jackson that had left over 3 years ago. He was something different entirely.

Loves Sushi, anything to do with his cell phone, movies that tell historical events accurately, zombie killing video games, playing basketball with the homies, expensive high quality basketball shoes, hip hop and rap music, japanese art and historic heirlooms, eating cake and ice cream at the same time especially when it's not his birthday, girls that dont think he's a wierdo for wanting them to cosplay as Chun-li from street fighter.

Dislikes:
People that talk with food in their mouths. Bad guys with guns. Bad guys with super powers. Bad guys that are lawyers. Bad guys that smell funny. Anybody that smells funny. Little dogs that bark at everything. Movies that are not historical accurate. Anybody that makes fun of Chun-li from street fighter.

Power (and description of said power, how it transforms their body and such)
Shinigami has the naturally given ability to decrease the pull of gravity around his body allowing him to continuously hover and glide above the ground for silent movement and stealth but this is limited and should not be confused with flight. His power gives him increased agility, night vision, and heightened sense of hearing. Other than hand to hand combat his main offensive ability is to create what he calls night shade metal weapons made from abysmal energy, but he has no idea where the energy comes from. Only how to tap into it. He can create anything his mind can imagine but the more complex the weapon the harder it is to create. He normally chooses to stick to night shade blades such as swords, spears, needles, and daggers but has been known to use a nightshade bo staff or dual batons on non lethal enemies. He can create claws on his hands and spikes on his shoes to quickly scale up walls, as well as night shade metal chains to trap enemies, or swing long distances. Recently after extensive study on the engineering of a Desert Eagle handgun he has learned to create it using night shade metal but this is the most complex weapon he has learned to generate so far, and continually generating nightshade bullets can slowly begin to weigh on his energy if used too much.

Weaknessess:
Abysmal energy collects in more heavy quantities in darker environments but even in pure daylight he can use his powers, it's just more difficult and using his night shade ability creates weaker weapons that are much easier to be broken(imagine the difference between solid steel and a brittle stone sword). Bullets are less powerful when being fired from his night shade guns and any chains he creates are more easily broken. Being directly attacked with pure light based weapons, laser energy weapons, or fire based weapons such as flamethrowers, hurts him critically.

Strengths:
Being in deep darkness or being around lots of shadows increases his stregnth and capabilities drastically allowing him to create stronger and more durable weapons.

  Backstory:
  Viktor was born into a very poor family. Food was scarce and their house barely held together in the cold months of Winter. When he was two years old, he was sent to an orphanage in hopes he can find a better family one day.
  
  One day, when he was a young teen, he was been playing Hide&Seek with one of his best friends, when they suddenly slip and fell down a small hill near the bush they were hiding. Viktor found them pretty injured on a ground with a broken leg. In his attempts to lift his friend up, a cyan aura enveloped his friend and suddenly all of his injuries were being closed up, as if they were being reversed in time. In his surprise, Viktor let go and saw that his friend was now completely unharmed.
  
  A few months later, he woke up in a strange bedroom, which looked very "futuristically" as he described it. There, he met the first human with powers, U-Bial. After giving him an explanation of his powers, she asked if he'd like to be a hero, he said yes. He obtained the U-Bracelets and from there he became Vrimini Rewind, the time hero. He's become a "support" kinda of hero. Reversing injuries and returning items to their newest state.
  
  He's stayed at the orphanage as a worker, earning money for the orphanage as a hero, under the guise of just having a really good job. He has never been seen without his superhero costume and the only one who knows who he really is is his best friend and U-Bial. Not even the other heroes know who he really is.
  
  Power: [Time Warp] Viktor's power allows him to reverse or fast forward someone or something's time for a set amount of time. The most he could reverse/fast-forward someone's time has been 2 hours.
  
  He has Float as his flight ability.
  
  Likes: He likes to help people in need, and feeling appreciated. He also really likes to help out in his orphanage.
  
  Dislikes: He really dislikes any kind of alcohol, and he absolutely hates needles. He also really dislikes people attempting to unmask him.
  
  Weaknesses and Strengths:
  + He can heal his own injuries by reversing them
  + He can reverse any destroyed items within a small period of time.
  - Using his power too much can cause a strain on his body, which can distort time for him and cause a severe headache, which disables his powers.
  - He can't bring dead people back to life.
  - Due to his...strange hero costume, he can be easily hurt.

Superhero Costume/Appearance:
Her superhero costume consists of various parts.
The helmet is remniscent of a Russian Trooper pilot's cap with goggles, fully black. This cap has her emblem on it. The accompanying scarf has hints of a flame-like pattern. The remainder of her outfit is a black, long winter coat with the lower ends of this coat equipped with white peacock feathers with red 'eyes', and the coat's sleeves altered to resemble the heads of crows.

Backstory:
Akatsuki Hibiki is a resident of Russia and a permanent resident of Japan by means of her parents, having primarily Japanese descent. While her father was fully Japanese as far as he was concerned, her mother had a Japanese father and a Russian grandmother.

Hibiki spent a lot of time with her maternal grandmother, her babushka. While she and babushka were out hunting one day, Hibiki saw an eagle swiftly catch a rabbit. This gave Hibiki an idea - she turned into an eagle and caught a rabbit of her own. Normally, this would shock Babushka, but later on, Babushka revealed that she once used powers like these, and she was once one of various heroes, continuing on about how the baton might've been passed to her.

Babushka revealed that she once wielded the superhero alias Verniy - which meant loyalty, and how she preferred to choose an alias based on what she desired to instill as opposed to what she could do, and how she felt that the wielders of this name in the future days could have any kind of power but had to embody the name. Hearing this, Hibiki felt that this was a great name to have.

Verniy has the ability to control birds of all kinds via some kind of telepathic control - single birds or even entire flocks.
Verniy can also alter parts of her body to become those of birds. An arm can become a head, wing or leg or even tail, to put her powers into perspective. She can also sprout such parts from her back (though these are most effective for wings) and even as extensions of her spine (or tail area). This allows her to utilise the abilities of all bird species she knows of. If she were to gain knowledge of mythical beasts or cryptids existing in this world, she can assume those forms too. In the scenario of a future time travel arc where new species of birds arose in that era, she will be able to do them too, if she gains knowledge of their existence.
Any limb that is cut off or heavily damaged while taking the form of bird parts will regrow back to her original human self.
Additionally, she can fully transform into bird species.
She can also alter her size to match that of any bird she knows how to transform into, as a form of 'partial transformation'. While the upper limit, the elephant bird's 3 metres, does not provide much in terms of aid and hence is rarely used beyond menial tasks, the lower limit, matching the bee hummingbird's 5 centimetres, is a handy height. Her strength and weight is proportional to her size.
Naturally, her own abilities encompass the types 1 & 2 flight that heroes might have via the use of wings.

Her flight ability is the Type 3 Hover.

The true nature of Verniy's abilities.
The true nature of the ability taps into the powers of the mostly-extinct dinosaurs, which just so happen to have living descendants which encompass all bird species. She is initially unable to tap into 'Primal' powers, hence her initial limitation to modern-day dinosaurs.
All of Verniy's abilities are retained, however, now they extend to all dinosaurs. This means the upper limit of her size alteration is increased to the Argentinosaurus' 30 metres.

Weaknessess:
While her healing factor can regrow or regress bird parts back into their original human selves, if they were forced to be undone due to heavy damage or severing, the limb cannot alter its shape for another ten minutes due to the immense pain felt. Healing abilities and other means of quick healing can reduce this time. This applies to her wings as well, which means that her flight can be temporarily disabled with the right means.
Verniy is not the brightest mind in the team. Whether this is a side effect of her powers or her natural state is unclear, but the fact that the former is being considered brings home the point.

Strengths:
Verniy can swiftly shift between sizes via her size alteration.
She has a resistance to the Russian cold, which of less of a power of any kind of more of something she acquired by... just being herself.

Backstory: Lucas was born in Campinas, São Paulo. He lived in a small community in the border between Campinas and São Paulo, and lived a relatively easy life, although poor. His father was a police officer, and his mother a nurse at a local hospital. Lucas was, against his mother's wishes, bent on following his father's footsteps, becoming a police officer. He studied well and good, being raised in a loving family without any serious concerns. However, when he turned 15, a peculiar occurrence turned his life upside down.

A routine check-up with the doctor discovered a series of darker marks on his skin, and in addition, something peculiar: The marks were geometric. This, of course garnered the attention of doctors and researchers, and with the passing of the year, the marks started to become more and more prominent, along with a glow that emanated from him. His power became fully operational on a fateful day when he was 17 years old.

His father, still a police officer, was shot in an incursion into a favela, trying to arrest a dangerous drug trafficker. He was shot in the spine shattering it and putting him into a coma. Lucas stood by his father's side everyday, wishing for a way to help him. This despair and determination awoke something inside of him, and in a surge of inspiration, he decided to touch his father. He instantly "felt" a connection, he could "see" the wound in his father's body and the means to help. However, he still didn't have the full knowledge on how to use his power, so it was a trial and error. He used everything he could, foregoing his own well-being, to heal the man. At the end, Lucas' marks were glowing, but he lost all of the marks on his face, but managed to make his father recover fully.

Turning 18 years old, and with his powers fully manifested, he decided to take a different path than he thought all of those years: He started to help the police with his healing powers. This got the attention of the governor of the state. He was given a honorary degree of medicine and a job in an emergency hospital, along with paid studies from the government. He spent the following 6 years studying, then acquired a legitimate degree, on top of the honorary one.

Dislikes: Hot weather, peanuts, mornings

Power:

Celestial Energy - Angelus' power manifests physically in his body, with flowing tattoos that shine with pale yellow light. This power allows him to channel the light into two main uses:
-- Celestial Healing: Angelus can channel the energy from his body onto someone else, knitting wounds and curing maladies. The energy drains according to the severity of the wound, with a cut costing barely one inch, while a severe wound or disease can cost all of his reserves. He can't ressurrect people, but he can reattach lost limbs if quick enough.
-- Strainer: Lucas can strain his body past the limits of a normal human being, granting him strength, agility and resistance. However, the energy is drained in a steady pace, and if Lucas don't pay attention, this strain can hurt his body, should the energy reserves empty themselves out.

As long as Angelus isn't using the energy, it starts to restore itself naturally after 10 minutes. 18 hours are enough for him to go from empty to full.

However, Angelus can strain his ability further. If Angelus forces his ability while empty, he starts to burn on the tattoos itself, with greater efficiency, at the cost of permanent maximum reserve loss.

Miscellaneous: -Angelus isn't religious, however, his costume has religious motifs. His reason: "Wounded people usually get calmer when they see a man of the cloth. They accept whatever fate they suffer with ease, so it makes my job easier."
- Angelus has a warhammer that he uses as a complement of his physical powers.

Name: Atlantes Swift

Superhero Name: Conflagration

Appearance:

Superhero Costume/Appearance: He essentially wears the same thing as his regular clothes, just dyed orange to go with the fire theme. They’re also fireproof, or fire-resistant at least, to make sure he doesn’t burn them off in the middle of something.

Backstory: He was born and raised in Alaska, to a father who worked in a fishery and a mother who worked engineer. Both taught him optimism, the power of looking on the bright side, even if everything is terrible. As he grew up, he learned he enjoyed taking walks in nature, cooking, and he also learned that you shouldn’t get lost in the wilderness.

He first learned he had fire powers when he was 13, when he decided to keep walking along his usual trail, and ended going way too far and also finding a wildfire. He was mesmerized by the sight of the flames, and watched it for a solid hour. Then, he realized the flames would eventually reach him, and he ran and continued being lost until he remembered he had a phone. He would always remember this moment as the moment he saw a truly chaotic free fire.

One day, around when he was 16, his fire powers decided to show themselves in a blaze of glory (and property damage). Essentially, he exploded, causing the town to go up in flames. Since then, no one has particular trusted him around buildings.

Currently, because of the giant fire hazard he poses, he lives alone in a small rural town, and even then a good bit away. He is usually called to provide firepower or for intimidation (not usually, his appearance is not very threatening.)

Likes: Fire, being alive, not choking, Seafood, Nature

Dislikes: Death, being cold

Power: Pyrokinesis, or control over fire. He can also summon it, but it takes some heat from his body temperature, which is not good. His summoned fire also spreads especially quick, which is pretty dangerous. He can expand an already existing fire, as well as control the way it burns and what it burns. The bigger the fire, the less control he has over it. Distance is also a variable, closer is easier to control, farther is harder.
He can float, but it usually doesn’t help much.
Weaknessess: Asphyxiation, aka the fire tends to burn up the oxygen, so he starts dying. Also, smoke. It’s manageable in small amounts (small fires are fine.) but then the bigger blazes he can summon are much more of a problem.

Personality-wise, he’s reckless, and sometimes clueless. He isn’t very creative with his powers either, sticking to the simple attacks he knows. He also doesn’t wear armor, or any protection beyond regular (fire-resistant) clothes.

Strengths: He’s got a very strong, simple fireball. He compresses some flames into a ball, and throws it at something, and then there usually isn’t a something there anymore. He’s particularly effective when his fire has a large amount of fuel to consume.

Miscellaneous: Dreams come true...eventually. Also, not a good superhero, since his whole deal is burning things, and cities don’t like being on fire.

Backstory: He grew up in a household were his mother was the only one there for him, his dad died when he was young by murder. But even if he had his mother she was never around to the work load she had to take to take care of him. Although he did not understand it at a young age he started understanding harsh reality's of the world, and now he fights to make the world a better place, even if its just a little bit.

Likes: Music, reading, quiet

Dislikes: Ignorance, Liars

Power: Strength multiplier: The basics of this power is that his physical strength and senses are multiplied by 2, meaning that he has to keep training to become any stronger.

Weaknesses: The drawback is that it is heavily based on the users original stats, since its only a multiplier of 2 it wont do much affect if one is not at the peak of their natural body's limit. All this is bad if the villain is still to strong even after the buff.

Strengths: Unlimited use of the power.
