Empress Amalasontha Von Geloyra
"Why do we wake ourselves from paradise?" - Empress Amalasontha Von Geloyra

lich_queen_by_adriandadich-d6t9g1n.jpg

Name: Empress Amalasontha Von Geloyra

Race: Lich Lord

Age: unknown

Gender: Female

Personality:
Ancient and unyielding Amalasontha Queen of the undead is cold and ambitious, she does not like living things but tolerates them as they are useful outside being resources of undead soldiers. Her emotions are rarely to surface as she is alone for most of her time, this results in her believing that she is superior to most beings that she comes across. When she speaks, and especially with lifeforms she speaks with a sort of royalty, speaking down on the lowly forms with callous words. She is bold and calculating, speaking with her she would attempt to gather information while giving nothing in return. speaking to allies she would imbue a sense of strength into her words, being bold but not going to far, a good queen has to be assertive after all.

Amalasontha is prone to episodes of insanity while in combat and when alone due to her lonely nature and due to her getting drunk off fresh souls. While not in an episode she simply takes the best course of action and doesn't put effort unless needed to. Being lonely and a widow of sorts she longs for the day she finds someone remotely like her past husband, but due to this she is even more caged believing she will find someone once her heart beats once again. She has a weak spot for children and mothers.

Physical Abilities:
+She does not need to eat.
+her strength depends on how many souls she has siphoned.
+She does not need to breath
+so she can just walk on the ocean/sea/lake floor including all of her undead compatriots
-Sunlight sets her on fire abit slowly and immense pain comes from it.
-holy items have the same effect as sunlight.
-she is forever hungry

-/+She has imbued her very being into a staff making her technically immortal. she can resurrect herself if enough souls have been consumed by the staff.
-/+the staff is both a sword as the 'stick' to hold it with is a blade and the 'hilt' is an ornamental metals in the shape of skulls and green fire comes out of it.

Magic Abilities:
+Create other Lich knights as generals loyal to her.
+create entire legions of undead given the area is packed full of previous dead.
+siphon others souls through touch
+conjure green flames, intensity and destruction depends on souls consumed
+Conjure portals to her dimension to bring in more undead as well as fiery brimstone

+Living things around her (plants) start to die off as she siphons their lifeforce automatically corrupting them.
+She can take over other undead unless another lich whose power surpasses her is controlling them, this is signified by her green blaze of influence.
+Given the amount of flesh and bones she can create constructs of death.
+during the night she can conjure a black metallic substance and use it to enforce her undead or herself.

-Only limit is the amount of bodies she has access to and how many souls shes consumed

Named Abilities:
Αναστασιος:
Resurrects dead bodies to fight for her, these bodies can be at any state of disrepair as the only thing needed is a body to move. These beings are self aware but dumb as bricks, they will follow command of anyone Amalasontha tells them to or simply Amalasontha herself. Amalasontha may also see through their eyes if she wanted and give them orders from across the world giving her information. Lich knights and Dracoliches may also do this.

Contionem Advocaverunt: Amalasontha may summon portals to her dimension, these can be any size and any number of things may walk through, this is only limited to how much lifeforce/souls she has consumed/stored.

Ossa Magi Creaturae: Amalasontha can gift living beings she has found useful or otherwise loyal and intelligent lichdom, they turn into Lich knights who can command undead of their own and are usually leading Amalasontha's army as well as being her guards.

Gehénnam: Amalasontha's signature green hellfire, that resonates with all her undead as well as her eyes. This fire burns with a passion like no other but does not spread, screams may be heard in the absence of the crackling of normal fire. Depending on how much energy she decides to put into this they may simply be to light a room for mortals or to lay seige upon a city. The fire within Amalasontha's undead do not burn anything.

Augue: She may conjure up fireballs from her hellfire, these do not explode and they do not spread, they simply burn their victim away into a fine pile of ash

Officinarum Commune Dixeris: Given enough bone and flesh Amalasontha may construct things made out of the material. from mountainous walking colossi to simple buildings.

Altius Immortuos: Amalasontha being a Lich Lord means many things, there is an unlimited amount of undead she may control, she may also take over other undead, this is signified by her green flames, another thing is that nothing can take away her undead from her and anyone attempting to influence her will be cursed to 6 days of joint decay, 6 days of starvation and 6 pentagrams on their flesh.

Incitato: If Amalasontha is pissed off her eyes and flames (including the ones on her undead) turn red. This in turn means her strength as well as the strength of her armies increase, the more mad she gets the more intense the flames get, the stronger everyone becomes. her hellfire becomes much more destructive and explody-y.

Falsum Corpus: Her body as elegant as it is, is not living. there is no blood within it is simply pale skin ontop of a skeletal structure, although magical in nature if one were to pierce the skin or if she simply doesnt want to repair it green fires can be seen within. It is easy to repair the only limit is how many souls she has consumed.

Manducare: Amalasontha consumes souls by simply being near someone who is killed or if her undead kills someone. Simply being near lifeforms inately means she is eating them although slowly, lesser lifeforms such as plants are eaten much faster therefore dying right on contact.

Inmortuis Draco: She may summon Dracoliches to fight for her and become loyal to only her. These beings are also self aware but also intelligent they breath her hellfire and fly via magic. their size and strength vary heavily and they may also resurrect undead. when other undead are around them they become more powerful.

Inconcussam Virtutis Atra Metallum: Amalasontha can create a dark metallic substance similar to mthyril that she can use to reinforce her undead or to make armor/clothes for herself. This substance is toxic to living beings and eats away at their soul if held long enough.

Secundus Adventum: If the immpossible were to happen and Amalasontha's physical body were to 'die' She may come back once her staff (which is unbreakable) gathers enough souls/lifeforce. once this happens a large burst of some kind of force will explode outward but not leave any damage, instead it consumes all souls within the blast radius.

Imbuere: She may imbue her soul into anything she deams necessary.

Divina Corruptionem: Any divine beings/objects that comes into contact with her (touch) will start to be corrupted, slowly but surely, (10 minutes or something) the only way to cure this is the touch the godess of death itself.

Bio:
Of times past Amalasontha was a queen of a vast empire, her husband had always been away to conquer more land leaving her to run the empire and keeping it afloat. When her husband does come back they spend a long time with each other, often her husband taking her to newly conquered lands. She has had six children with two of them dying before becoming adults, and the other four becoming warlords of their own merit. Amalasontha cared for her subjects immensely treating the empire as her own child.

However things do not last as her Husband died during another war, leaving her to take care of the empire mostly alone as her children idolized him and thought she was too gentle especially with her treatment of newly conquered territories. It wasn't long until another kingdom declared war on her empire, and she had a duty to defend her home. Donning armor that she hadnt worn in decades she rode out to battle with her children at her side. At first the fighting was going well until in the heat of battle one of her sons stabbed her in the heart. Amalasontha did not know whether this was intentional or not, all she could do, was shed a single tear before dying.

Decades, or centuries had past before her emotions and a cult woke her from her tome, the cult had all killed themselves believing they will resurrect the good queen of past times, and they were right. However, this queen had changed, this queen had be twisted by thoughts of rage, loneliness, and a desire. Queen Amalasontha rose from her grave and slowly walked out of the tome to find a cloudy sky and ruined walls of the royal burial grounds. She walked back to where her throne used to be, she noticed people staring at her, people in the streets starving and clinging on to what little life they had.

Others had pores on them, most were simply lying on the streets of what was once her grand city of her great empire. Disgusted, and enraged of what had befallen it her emotions awoke something inside of her, a green fire that seemed to grant the dead of the past a life, a life that she controlled. With her new found abilities she set off to create a grander empire, with her rule, more absolute.

Over the course of a century or so she had conquered all the lands she found, maintaining order and control with her legions of undead, however with this power came a corruption that befell the forests, and land. Nothing grew anymore. Now with nothing to strive for Amalasontha became bored and seeked other magics to occupy herself with until she found a particular book that spoke of another world. It had read something along the lines of inate magical ablities do not work, with this information she crafted a staff, and imbued her very lifeforce into it

Leliana Rose Pierce
redheadsdd_by_hiba_tan-daf3qwy.jpg
Name:
Leliana Rose Pierce

Race:
Human

Age:
23

Gender:
Female

Personality:
Leliana is a dark, sarcastic and clever individual, she enjoys a bit of trouble here and there. She's arrogant and sometimes cocky. She's pessimistic and uncaring, or at least she claims to not care, most do not like Leliana unless they know her more personally. She knows how to keep a hardened expression, and she's feirce and not easily angered, unless you poke at her weak points. If angered enough, she could even be broken to a point of being homicidal. But by far, her best trait is her ill, inappropriate sense of humor.

Physical Abilities:
+ She's very agile
+ Stealthy
+ Quick Reflexes
+ Acrobatic
+ Good at climbing
+ Good with hand to hand combat/Martial Arts
+ She has a fairly fit body
+ She can hold her liquor well
+ She's a quick runner
+ She has honed her marksman skills to a razor point and she's quick with a blade

- She isn't good against pure strength
- She's unable to pick up heavier items
- Her body is not resistant to any types of magic and is just as susceptible to anything as a normal human being
- She's terrified of water and cannot swim, though she is to prideful to admit this.

Magic Abilities: Shapeshifter
+ She can shapeshift into any animal, creature, insect or anything of the such as long as she's seen it, or read a description on it.
+ She can shift into a human being as well, so long as she's seen them, and can mimic their voice if she's heard them, etc.

Limitations:
However, more bigger/powerful forms like a dragon or such, take more strain on her physical body, and she cannot remain in these forms for long, or she could go unconscious and revert to her natural form, fainting to the point of exhaustion. She can become physically very weak from this, and does not remain in these powerful forms long.

Bio:
Leliana was born as a result of a one night stand with a wench and a pirate. She was thrown out the moment she was born and expected to die on her own, however a practiced Thief too her in. Leliana suffered many heartbreaks and struggles as she grew up to be a very famous known thief that terrorized many villages and town, using her unnatural abilities to her advantage and taking her wrath out on the world that turned its back on her once too many times.

She also has pins, lock picks, hidden knives and more hidden in her gear, along with a black bow strapped to her back.

Zekes Liotre
"What was it that you wanted again? Immortality? Well, Aren't you the greedy one... Alright... But it will cost you..."

Zekes Liotre, Master of the Fallen Tower

Class

Necromancer/Demonancer/Godcaller

Race

Human

Alignment

Chaotic Neutral

Abilities

Blood Regenerist

One of the talismans that Zeke’s has carved into his own bones, this talisman causes his body to regenerate at a supernatural rate, giving him enhanced endurance and the ability to lose a massive amount of blood without suffering ill effects.

Examiners Touch

Another of his bone carved talismans, the Examiners touch gives him deep insight into the ailments of anything and anyone he touches. While he can’t always discern the exact name of an ailment, he can determine the symptom chain and the methods of treating these symptoms properly. This ability also allows him to determine his targets weaknesses as well, giving him a significant edge in battle.

Solemn Vow

The third of his talismans, and actually the first he was endowed with, and unwillingly at that, it was a vow placed upon him by his master, one swearing him to a life of service to the darkness he committed himself to. When he nears death, his body will be fully restored by the dark gods he is sworn to, but with a bit more of their influence in his mind. To date, he has only perished once, and that left him with another of his abilities.

God-Borne Eye

As a result of his first death, Zeke’s left eye is entrenched with the power of the gods of chaos and destruction, At a great taxation to his mind, he can unleash the power of these gods, enhancing all of his abilities and spells, granting his body release from his physical restraints, and allowing him to tap into the power of the gods themselves. This strength is inherently always active, and slowing consuming Zeke’s body and mind. However, it is limited in the time he can use it at it’s maximum power level before he is consumed by the madness growing within him, which keeps him from using it in all but the most dire of circumstances.

Spells

Necromancy Category

Corporeal Calling

Using spells carved into his very soul, Zekes can call upon the souls of the dead. Depending on their morality in life, he can manipulate them to different levels. Those who led a positive life are easier to call, but harder to manipulate, while in the reverse, those who led a negative life, are harder to call, but easier to manipulate once called.

Shadow Walk

Using a spell carved into his soul, Zekes can exit his own form and enter the netherworld itself, stepping past the gates of the afterlife, violating the ancient taboo’s of necromancy which forbid such practices and tend to anger the gods themselves. Being a godcaller, Zekes makes tributes to the various gods, avoiding their wrath through proper payment.

Soul Stealing

Another spell carved into his very soul, this spell allows Zekes to, at great cost to his psyche, tear the very soul out of someone. This is something he does not do lightly, nor would he do so without great consideration. The process seems to take seconds to outside observers, and usually requires Zekes to have a much stronger ego than his target and have no doubts that he can complete the attack. Within the attack, Zekes and his target enter the realm of death, and fight for life itself. This ability puts him at great risk of having his own soul drained out, rather than his targets.

Actuate Blood

A spell carved into his flesh, this allows Zekes to manipulate blood, either his own, or that of a target. This grants him a great deal of power, he can either use this power to directly manipulate and influence a person's blood, and in turn, their body. This spell requires a great deal of concentration, and is typically not used as a battle tactic, but he has trained to use it in combat, despite his initial misgivings about doing such a thing. To manipulate someone else’s blood, he has to bring them in contact with his own blood. However, after he has done so once, he can activate the spell at range at any point in time, and not only can he control them, but he can also see through their eyes, hear through their ears, and speak with their mouth. This requires a full trance, but it is one of his most powerful spells in his arsenal.

Actuate Flesh

Similar to Actuate Blood, Zekes is able to directly control his own flesh, and the flesh of the dead, or flesh that he has recently removed from a target. He has in combat stripped the flesh from his enemies bodies in a fluid movement of destruction. To remove the flesh of a foe requires a mixture of Actuate Blood, Flesh, and the last of the Actuate spells, Actuate Bone. With Actuate flesh, he can manipulate his own flesh to become stronger, and more durable, or to become more elastic, and able to take a greater deal of damage. He can also cause it to part, to avoid oncoming damage when he activates his god-borne eye, as well as direct manipulation of other flesh.

Actuate Bone

This spell is carved into Zeke’s very bones, it allows him to manipulate his own bones, either to mend broken bones, or to enhance his existing skeletal structure in some format. He can also do this to other targets, however this requires a great deal of concentration and control. It also leaves him heavily drained. If he has the bones of the dead at his disposal, he can manipulate them into blades of bone and various other implements, armor, or other weaponry

Reanimation

Using a powerful ritual, Zekes can reanimate dead bodies, however, this is not life, and these bodies are dependent upon Zeke’s energies to keep them active. It creates a husk that imitates life, but is not truly alive. It can take direct orders from Zekes and obeys his will, but beyond that, the bodies are simply mindless sacks of flesh.

Resurrection

The greatest power of a necromancer, and their deepest taboo. The return of life to a body. Zekes can only perform this over several days. It requires a great deal of power, concentration, and will, as well as a huge amount of reagents, and sacrifices towards proper gods and deities. Within the Necromancers sect, few are allowed to perform this act, and of those few, Zekes is one of the few talented enough to do this. It taxes him heavily leaves him with little power afterwards. It is one of the few spells he is unwilling to perform while under the influence of his God-Borne eye.

Create Life

A forbidden art that no Necromancer has ever succeeded at and not been summarily punished by the gods themselves. This spell requires specific reagents that were all but lost to the ages, Zekes’ master was one of the few that knew the necessary reagents for the spell, and he passed them to Zekes alone. It is a spell that has horrifying implications, and is something Zekes has never done due to the moral quandary it presents. The body created would be a new, soulless life, and the counterpart spell is one that is entirely separate to the creation spell, to imbue the body with a soul. However, a skilled necromancer, would be able to be immortal with this series of spells.

Imbue Soul

In addition to the creation of life, there is also the imbuement of a soul. As creating a body without a soul is similar to reanimation, imbuing a soul into a body is something that must be done to give the body it’s own will, free or otherwise. With this spell, a necromancer would be able to create a new body for themselves, and, upon death, imbue their own soul into a new vessel, thus becoming inherently immortal. This spell requires a great deal of preparation, and is not to be done lightly. It is a crime against nature, creation, and the gods themselves.

Demonancy Category

Transform

Using a combination of demonacy and necromancy, Zeke's transforms his form into a slightly demonic apparition. This allows him access to several powers he normally wouldn't have. However, while in this form, he is vulnerable to anti-demon magics and attacks.

Strength of Madness

Upon transforming into a demon, Zekes becomes significantly more powerful both physically, and with his spellcraft. It also opens up an entirely new branch of power to him, that of Demon Fire and Possession

Demon Fire

As powerful as normal fire is, Demon Fire is far more powerful as it burns the victims very soul. In addition, it tends to burn away their life force and soul, killing them, but leaving the body unharmed for later use. Zekes can control the power at which the fire burns, burning away various parts of a persons energy, be it psyche, soul, life force, or abilities.

Posession

As the ability states, it allows Zekes to possess someone, however, this leaves his body vulnerable and without defenses, it can be possessed. Possession can be subtle, and will allow him simply to spy on active thoughts, or, it can be bold and fierce, and allow him to directly control someone. With enough force, Zekes can force someone's soul from their body, however, it would render him nearly powerless in the process.

Consume

Rather than going the long route and using possession, Zekes can simply slaughter someone, and devour them in his demonic form to gain their knowledge and memories. This also restores to him a great deal of blood, flesh, and bone, giving him a great deal of natural resources to survive with.

Summon

The summoning of various levels of demons requires very slight tweaks to the spell itself, each spell requires a greater seal and a blood sacrifice. The sacrifice must be that of the summoner, or that of a dying sacrifice for the demon to be given free reign. Zeke’s is unique in his ability in that he is able to summon nearly any level of demon with merely his own blood and seals inscribed upon his own flesh, allowing him full control over any demon summoned.

Control

Even when he hasn’t summoned a demon, Zeke’s is able, through a manifestation of his raw power, to control a demon through a revision of it’s initial contract with its summoner. This not only undermines the initial summoners control, but it also gives him control of free demons through pact binding and direct soul control.

Banishment

By using his souls own energies, he can force a demon out of creation and back into it’s own world. This takes a great amount of power and drains Zekes Immensely.

Levels of Demons Zeke’s has mastered Summon, Control, and Banishment over

Lesser

Middle Level

Greater

Lord

Godcaller Category

Divine Summon

Through various pacts and agreements, Zekes is able to summon various gods. These gods are typically lesser deities and have only slight influence over the world. They are finicky and more often than not, they do not respond, or create various mischiefs that make them less than worth the effort to summon.

God-Borne Eye

Through his God-Borne eye, Zekes is able to call upon the gods of chaos themselves, granting him immeasurable power for a short period of time. This corrupts him immensely and is very dangerous, as it can draw him into the realm of the gods, thus ending his existence.

Summon Greater Divine

Using a sacrificial series of spells, Zekes is able to summon one of the greater gods into being for a few moments. This creates a massive amount of strain upon him as a summoner, as the god must either inhabit his own body, or another vessel.

Divine Blessing

Using the gifts of the divines themselves, a practitioner is able to call forth the powers of the gods, giving them divine blessings, be it of enhanced speed, vitality, strength, or simple survivability. This sometimes leads to unforeseen consequences, and has, on occasion, been known to create oases where there was no former watershed, and spawn forests from nothingness. This is an ability few would be foolish enough to ever use.

Blessing

While the divine blessings are powerful in their own right, the standard blessings are those that use talismans for imbuement. A practitioner places a blessing upon a talisman, and is able to use this talisman to aid them in battle or in life. It is one of Zekes primary sources of income, as he tends to bless talismans of bone and sell them, or bless entire homes from time to time.

Weapons & Armor

Rather than using standard armor, Zekes instead crafts bone plate armor to cover himself. If need be, he can do so using his own bones, however, this leaves him weakened. As a result, he has over the years grafted massive amounts of bones into his own, intermeshing them and creating intricate weaves within his bones to not only strengthen them, but increase blood production by maximizing the native area of his bone marrow. In addition to this, he also utilizes blood itself as an armor via necromancy to reinforce his natural flesh, making him nearly impervious to blades.

In addition, he also carries a necromantic staff, it is a long bone scepter with a skull adorning the top. In combat, he can extend the weapon into a scythe, an axe, or even craft it into a longsword.

Character Equipment

RH

In his right hand, Zekes typically wields a Necromantic dagger, one grafted of his own bone stock and that of a demon's, giving it great power over the living, the dead, and demonic entities as well. He also has hundreds of tiny carvings throughout the daggers length. While the weapon is mostly used as a soul-scribe tool, it is also incredibly sharp, modifiable, and he is able to submerge the weapon into his own flesh to keep it hidden.

LH

In his left hand, Zekes wields the torn out eye of a beholder demon. The tool is still living, and embalmed at the same time. It is typically a black orb, but when channeled, it gives Zekes direct control of the Beholders powers, which, the beasts being famous for mind control, petrification, and illusion spells, it gives Zekes a massive amount of control over the battlefield.

Head

Upon his head rests a crown of bones, namely fangs of blood-letter demons and greater demons and arch-demons. This crown gives him immense fortitude and is directly grafted into his own skull. He can remove it, though it takes him a few moments. While equipped it grants him a great deal of physical resistance and mental resistance to enemy attacks of the mind.

Chest:

His chest is adorned by a Pig-Demons ribcage, giving him immense armor, at low weight cost. The ribs are still adorned by the creatures hide, is entirely black in appearance with whitish barbs poking out the side. The armored hide is nearly impenetrable, but has no real direct magic effects. He has many pouches sewn into the inside of it containing reagent, rather than keeping them in a bag.

Legs

Curiously, His leggings seem to shift constantly in tone. They are made from basilisk hide and offer him a great deal of elemental resistance. They wrap all the way down to his feet and cover them as well, rendering him highly resistant to cold based attacks coming from below, as well as electrical attacks.

Waist

His waist holds a belt made of bone fingers. Each finger holds a sack, or pouch, containing various tools, or reagents. The belt obeys its wearers wants and wills.

Shoulders

Upon his shoulders rests the enchanted hide of a great white wolf, it’s head still living, the beast's body had been crushed in a rockfall and Zekes gave it new purpose, as his guardian, companion, and giving it nearly unending life. The creature protects him day and night, never tiring, never resting. Should anyone move against him, the creature is known to growl savagely and even lash out.

Arms

His arms are dressed in a pair of long gloves, that meld into his actual gauntlets. These gloves are made the gut of a dragon according to the merchant he purchased the material from. They are fireproof, and acid-proof and highly resistant to damage, allowing Zekes to handle very caustic material without worry.

Hands

His gauntlets are made of sharpened bone, they are poisoned with carrion diseases that Zekes can unleash with little more than a touch, he calls them Withering Touch, as almost a comedy to himself. They are one of his first inventions, and were very amusing to his master, as while they contain horrible poisons and diseases, they also contain the cures for most toxins within them, though what gets administered is up to Zekes at the time of use. This allows him to “cure” someone, but then also pass along a horrible diseases they could catch from another source, which gives him a great deal of control.

Wrist

His wrists are adorned with heavy manacles, they are spirit bindings, linking him to the souls he’s taken, and them to him, so that he can call upon them at a moment's notice.

Knee

Despite his leggings, he still wears heavier armor on his legs, to prevent possible damage to himself in a physical way. He has strapped on bone splints that he has manipulated to conform to his body. The splints are simply reinforced demon bone and are resistant to physical damage and fire damage.

Neck

Around his neck is a chain made of chain links, each link has etched into it a rune of power. He is able to use these runes at will. It’s pendant is a greater demons fang with a ruby encrusted into it. In this, Zekes has created an energy siphon that constantly drains a small amount of the surrounding energy into it. It is a veritable endless cache of power after many years of draining.

Feet

His boots are made of wraith-leather, making his footsteps silent. The dark material seems otherworldly in nature.

Ankles

Around his ankles is a small leather kit, his left containing lockpicks, wire, and several small vials of acid, his right containing a vial of demon blood, several small fingerbones, and corpse dust, all reagents in his trade.

Under

His underclothing is much simpler, it’s dark linens, loose leggings, and a long sleeved shirt.

Accessories

He wears rings beneath his gauntlets, each of them is a resistance charm purchased for a great deal, each dealing with a different element. His ears are adorned with earrings that whisper to him when someone is coming behind him, they are made of a demon's fangs.

Story

Originally the son of a wealthy merchant, Zekes father was murdered in front of him. He was sold at a slave auction shortly after where his master purchased him. His master, the former Master of the Fallen Tower saw great potential in him and trained him as an understudy in the arts he practiced. Over the years, Zekes took to the trade aptly and when his master eventually granted him his tower, retiring to it’s depths.

Zekes has practiced the necromancy trade much like a doctor does his own, curing ailments, speaking to the dead, banishing specters or demons, and aiding those in need, for cost. While his rates have never been exorbitant, he has gained a decent amount of wealth, though he covets little of it and keeps the towers coffers well lined.

He is well known throughout the land, and is known to be not only powerful, but also to have a softer heart than most others within his trade. Secretly however, he is very ruthless, and willing to kill someone simply to acquire needed reagents, seeing little difference between life and death.

Personality

Calm, Collected, Almost arrogant, but within reason. He is neutral to most situations but quick to action and violent without anger. Simply put he is methodical and shows little emotion.

Bio: Angelo Alabasta came from a world without magic, or so he thought. As a kid his mother would would put on a mask and preform magic tricks for him. His mother would do things that Angelo could not explain and then follow up with "Nothing is impossible as long as people believe. Keep believing Angelo."

Following in his mother's footsteps Angelo became magician and worked to be as great as her. On his twentieth birthday his mother took him to the attic and handed him a mask. There she explained their families magic. As his mother preformed a ritual with him she explained that their family has long been magicians guiding the world with a gentle hand. Angelo accepted this destiny and became one of the greatest mages of his family.

After rewriting the world and returning peace to the planet Angelo found himself in a bar listening to the story of a man sitting in a corner. The man believed that there was a book that could lead him to another world. Angelo smiled at the man, and the book appeared in Angelo's hands.

The Comet The Comet

How big of armies.

Which dimensional type for pockets and how does he maintain the pockets he uses.

If he's using base teleportation to push people into dimensional pockets, is the mass he stores inside each variable pocket going to alter his energy use and how much more he can store?

What I'm asking, is does he have an entire planets water supply on hand for when someone sets a fire, or does he have a molten plane ready to set said fire, or does he have a stored space with enough supplies to last infinitely.

Also, with dimensional gifting, will you be following the aspect that your characters typical resource points would be cut off, which, while it's a pain, is logical and probably something that will be standardized. Or will you be attempting to tap in to pre-existing dimensional folds, this rendering half of the play's mechanic inert

I'd say like troops of 6-9.

I'd say a small piece of land, running off of it would mean getting lost in the multiverse, basically.

He's not teleporting, more like walking into a portal. I could add that the more mass stored in his pocket = mana/energy drain.

Now that I think of it, I'm thinking of making the dimension one that's constantly changing based on his thoughts. And again, the more drastic the changes- mana/energy use and drain.

I don't understand what you said last.

Deidrick "Arc" Davenport
Asa Waring.jpg Name: Deidrick “Arc” Davenport
Race: Fairy
Age: 18
Gender: Male

Appearance: Deidrick is 5’6” with an ideal ballet dancer’s body type. Availed of an unusually large wardrobe, Deidrick is usually seen in designer T-shirts and skinny jeans, with expensive dress shoes and an oversized flannel shirt tied around his waist. He wears three or four bracelets on each wrist, an elegant choker made of interlocking silver runes with a pendant. Deidrick always wears a fine, crimson silk scarf that is 2 ½ times longer than he is tall. He levitates his scarf so that it floats behind his head before draping down his shoulders and wrapping around his arms, to drape down to just above his calves.
Deidrick wings.jpg
Asa's Pendant.jpg
Personality: Though his personality can be varied, like the inside of a shopaholic’s walk-in closet, Deidrick is first and foremost a caring person. On a normal day, Deidrick is flamboyant, friendly, and talkative, with moments of over familiarity and bitchiness. He claims to be a bitch in sheep’s clothing, but because he cares about others’ feelings, he unconsciously keeps himself under wraps. He is rarely anything more than vaguely pissed off, but can explode when bottled tempers overflow the tanks.

Physical AbilitiesStrengths
  • Incredible agility, flexibility, and speed
  • High endurance and stamina
  • Acrobatic
  • Immune to extreme weather conditions
  • Biologically immortal
Weaknesses
  • Human weaknesses to damage
  • Lacks raw physical strength
Magic Abilities
  • With or without the manifestation of wings, Deidrick is capable of unencumbered flight. Wingless flight is slower, but winged flight makes the wings vulnerable to attack. Sufficiently damaged wings fall apart and require Deidrick to use a great deal of energy to repair them. Deidrick can mimic and store up to 10 distinct kinds of wings, excluding his own.

Bio
Born to a human father and fae mother, Deidrick has always been fascinated by magic. He always wished for the ability to cast spells and change the world, like the characters he read about in books. He went through life imagining the way he would affect things if he could do magic. Eventually, he convinced himself that he had magic, and it just needed to be practiced getting stronger. Often, he’d cast made up spells to make red light change green, speed the arrival of elevators, make flowers grow faster, etc. He didn’t care that the spells never worked nor did he allow himself to doubt their power. If he wanted more magic, he couldn’t doubt the powers he already had.

Deidrick came into his powers, at the age of 13, when he was struck by lightning. The lightning put enough strain on his body to unlock his fae abilities. The subsequent absorption of the vast amount of electrical energy woke and ignited the dormant spark of fairy magic within. His parents were pleasantly surprised to discover the happy coexistence of fae and fantasy that Deidrick had become. He was completely unprecedented. While fae creatures were common in his world, the winged fairies of legend were thought to be just that, legends.

Khaos Varsh
Name: Khaos Varsh

Gender: Male

Age: Didn't bother counting

Race: Elf

Appearance:
Xerxes.Break.full.360345.jpg

53351.jpeg

Pandora was captured long ago by Khaos. She was young and a bit too curious and he took advantage of her curiosity. Upon capture he gouged out her eyes Her eyes are 2 of the roses on his hat. When her eyes are closed they appear as normal roses. Occasionally the roses will open to reveal amethyst colored eyes staring into the world. Pandora herself wears a purple decorative mask that keeps the damage around her eyes hidden. The slots for the eyes in the mask are nothing more but black holes and almost appear soulless.

Pandora is typically quiet and will only speak when spoken to. She has great animosity towards other spell casters especially elves. She is still able to see using heightened senses but cannot see details. Unless she looks through her own eyes upon Khaos' hat.

Personality: Witty, unpredictable, literally quite insane, cruel and rutheless. He enjoys causing chaos to spice things up so to speak. He is quite the manipulative sort and has no regards to safety.

Physical Abilities: Agile, stealth, a great deal of stamina (due to not being an inferior human), Can run for miles before tiring out. Excellent dexterity and sharp eyesight. Limitations- he can be stealth but his own personality for enjoying/ wanting chaos prevents him from doing so. If he uses too much of his magic abilities his stamina declines and thus slow him down.

Magic Abilities:
Push- Khaos can manipulate weak minded creature in an almost hypnotic state. He pushes his ideas and will into them so it will become their will and ideals. This ability is able to pass any defensive spells against hypnotism. Limitation- If the creature is well trained in protecting their own mind then the harder it will to push ideas and thoughts. Khaos will either have to expend more energy to try and bypass the barrier or he is simply unable to do it all together.

Telekinesis- Khaos is able to move any inanimate object with his mind. He can also plants and an immobilized creature; this includes the dead (heard rumors of zombies walking about?). Limitation- Moving objects depending on weight can be taxing on him physically and mentally. It takes more energy to move immobilized creatures and due to the link can leave him exposed mentally (partially why he is insane).

Fairy Dust- This is kept in small glass vials that can be shattered upon impact. The dust directly comes from his fairy slave (more or less).
The dusts are as follows:
Black Dust- When shattered black fog will surround a 50ft area and can raise any dead within that area at the command of the fairy. Limitation- This will can only work if there is dead in the 50ft area and will only last for on hour. The dead can be difficult to control.

Yellow Dust- When shattered it will swirl into sand creating a quick sand in a 10ft span swallowing anything standing upon it into the earth. Limitation- This can include himself so the dust is rarely used.

Rune Magic- He has a deck of cards on his hat with elven runes written on them and can use them for such purposes.
The magic cards are the following:
Stun- The card is thrown at the opponent they will be stunned for at the max 15 seconds. Limitation- Depending on where the card hits either the opponent or around the opponent determines the length of the stun. (I.e. if the card his the player directer then a 15 second stun would occur).

Immobilize- This will immobilize the opponent allowing Khaos for the chance to use Telekinesis on them. Limitation- This has to hit the opponent directly. Using the card and the telekinesis will be very taxing on his energy.

Shield- As it implies he can throw the card down in front of him to make a shield. This can be maximized to a dome that extends 10 ft around him. The card can also be played in hand and made into a normal shield. Limitation- The dome takes a major effort to keep active especially if it is taking damage it can eventually be broken through. Same with the card in hand it can be broken.

Bio: Khaos was banished from his elven kingdom after the death of his mother the elf simply went crazy. He was well advanced in magic and noted to be dangerous both to others and himself. After he found and captured his fairy companion he simply roams his world creating chaos and mayhem wherever he can. The humans see him as a god of Chaos and he simply did not decline such accusations. He uses this fear to gain whatever he wishes.

Name
Luxta Odinson

Race
Aryan

Age
28

Gender
Male

Appearance
994c601dfddb078002bb60fa948d2d0c.jpg

Approximately 6'5, 260 lbs.

Personality
Luxta is a very warm and welcoming man although his exterior would imply that he is a bloodthirsty savage. Although he could use his size and strength to intimidate those around him while he is in his physical form it is an ability completely alien to him, seeing that he is often looked down upon by others of his own race. Even in the most grim of battles Luxta has always smiled and charged forth, feeling no fear as he cut through or crushed his enemies.

Physical Abilities
+Extremely Strong, no human can compare strengths with him.
+Quick reflexes
+Skilled with almost all weapons
+Has a good bit of stamina
-/+Luxta is below the average height and strength of other Aryan men so he has always had to learn to fight quickly and with efficiency. Although this isn't terrible he won't know how to apply his overwhelming strength in combat for awhile.
-In the moonlight Aryans become bloodthirsty savages and become more beast than man, only other Aryans are safe from harm. While he can resist and attempt to get out of the moonlight it would be a slaughter if he stayed in the moonlight for too long. Apparently it was a bargain to make Aryans strong and tall between a king and Loki.

Also Aryans aren't just over sized humans, they have different anatomies. They have no appendix or spleen, lungs are much larger, two hearts, thicker skin (about half an inch), and very slightly pointed ears. Atlanteans and Moors are closer to humans while Celts are like caucasian goblins, short and hunchbacked. Aryans aren't elves either.
18c909172a2041b3f2df2cbdd3ba3677.png

Magic Abilities
Celestial Body
Luxta is engulfed in the body of a celestial being which is a staggering fifteen feet tall and made up of a bright golden light, with white freckles covering the faceless being. Equipped with a huge battle axe and scythe the being will slaughter anything that crosses its path. While Luxta is technically the creator of the body he is not the one leading or commanding it, something more is taking charge, he is just there for the ride. No matter how long Luxta is in the body, whether it be a minute or an hour, he returns in an unconscious state. The celestial body can be harmed by swords, spears, arrows, and other weapons but there are no extremely vital spots on the body. Luxta can not always summon the celestial body, sometimes he is too weak and sometimes he is left clueless as to why he can not summon it.

Gates of Valhalla
On a few rare occasions when the battle seemed unwinnable a golden gate, of the same material of the celestial being, opens and unleashes a horde of golden clad warriors. Most of which Luxta knew personally, the few he didn't know were the heroes of old, ancient warlords, famous adventurers, and mythical kings who slaughtered entire armies in their final moments before entering Valhalla. In these few occasions Luxta fought side by side with the warriors until the final enemy fell to the ground in horror and death. After their duty was finished the warriors returned through the gates, to feast and tell stories until the next battle..... or Ragnarok.

Lightning Summoning
His most controllable ability is that of the summoning of lightning. When he raises his blade to the upward and says the words jolts of lightning strike his sword. Not only does it make his sword glow brightly but at this time a simple swing or pointing of the sword at an enemy shoots bolts of blue lightning at them. Sometimes it only knocks his enemies out, sometimes it roasts them inside their armor.

Grass Men
Although it is a strange magic it is very enjoyable among children. If given a handful of grass, wheat, barley, or flowers he can mold them into small humanoid beings that seem to have their own will and reasoning. They only last as long as the grass stays green so watering them is a necessity. When his war party traveled through villages for food or horses he would create hundreds of them. One time after a night of drinking he had his men make a miniature arena and had grass and wheat men fight to the death in a huge battle, his friends even made wagers on specific warriors that seemed to stand out.

Bio
Luxta was born in a world where technology never surpassed the ninth century. For hundreds of years Aryans, Celts, Atlanteans, and Moors did battle with one another. A war between races that rarely ceased, in some havens they lived side by side, but the gods of the Aryans stirred hate as Atlanteans murdered and stole from the populous. Aryans hated Celts for having the green lands, Moors hated the Aryans for knowing the secret of steel, Celts hated Moors for their huge palaces, and everyone hated the Atlanteans because they pillaged and slaughtered more than a Aryan in the moonlight. On and on again each race pushed the other to the brink, when one grew too powerful the others came together, when things settled they all attacked one another until another arose.
None of the races could truly get an advantage over the other, until Luxta was given the power of the gods of course.
After an Atlantean raid Luxta, a young boy at the time, lay with a large gash across his chest, destined to die he begged Odin for a final journey, a final gift. Odin accepted, but it wouldn't be Luxta's final journey. Sitting high upon a silver throne was an old man, at his side was a hound twice the size of a bear. "You fought bravely for such a small boy, such bravery could even surpass that of my sons. You will not die here, boy, you will serve me until you die in battle like a true Odinson. The gods of the Celts, Atlanteans, and Moors all wish to have their creations surpass mine, but I shall not allow it. Now leave, boy, and learn your place among mere mortals, for you are blessed by my blood." With those words Luxta awoke to himself about to be set to flame on a pyre. All around him men and women shrieked and reeled back in fear as they saw a boy rise from the dead.
Soon enough Luxta learned of his magical abilities, starting with the summoning of lightning, then the playful grass men, the celestial body, and finally the Gates of Valhalla. With these new found abilities he created a war band larger than any other. He marched through the Celt marshlands and slaughtered all those who resisted him. He marched through the Moor palaces and burned them to the ground if they gave him any resistance. Then he simply slaughtered the Atlanteans, not the women and children of course. After his conquests he was pronounced the hero of the new age. Soon enough rebellion sprang up in the conquered territories. Huge armies of each race banded together to fight Luxta and his "Odinsons". The final battle was at the edge of Aryan territory, a host fifteen times the size of his own had amassed outside a few small forts. Like always Luxta never turned down a fight, he charged forth with out fear and called upon the lightning. The battle was a slaughter for his enemies, in a matter of minutes Luxta had already killed an eighth of the rebels, but his losses were mounting. Doing what he needed to do, he summoned the Celestial Being, reaping and swinging the mighty axe like clockwork. Soon Luxta found that he was the only one battling, all of his friends had been killed, and their souls had ventured through the gates of Valhalla. Slowly but surely his body gave away and he blacked out.
When he awoke he was in pitch black darkness, had he gone to hell? Unsheathing his glowing sword he found that he was not in any hell of his knowledge but a blackened cavern. Looking left to right he found that he had a likely exit and the entrance to something, his instincts told him to go for the exit, but when looking at the large marble doors he felt something tugging at his soul, was this the final journey? Pushing the marble doors open he entered a dimly lit corridor, the walls lined with glowing crystals and large statues of an ancient people. As he ventured on he heard whispers, feet scampering the floor behind him, and gentle breathing. Soon after opening the final door he heard a shriek of terror further down the corridor, he could tell that no more doors were ahead of him since the shriek was unhindered. Sprinting at speeds to match the quickest wild beasts Luxta found himself a large cylindrical room, and at its center was two figures. A woman lashed to a black stone table and a robed figure over her with a large blade in hand.
Luxta charged the robed figure and knocked it dozens of feet away by simply running into it. When the figure arose Luxta was faced with death, a reaper, a ghoulish being, face rotted and eyes gone, its teeth blacked by meals of man flesh and maggots. Turning to the woman on the table he saw that she was of no race he knew of. Her eyes were large, hair was red (no race has red hair in his dimension), her ears were pointed like his own but much larger, tears flowing down her pale face. "Please help me, I'm the last of my people, he fou-" she was cut short as Luxta cut her left hand's ties with a dagger and dropped it onto the table so she could cut herself free. Turning his full attention to the monster before him it let out a cackle as it revealed a rusted sword from within its robes. "You need to come with me, its magic is too powerful for me and you are a simple mortal." The girl pleaded with Luxta. "To Valhalla!" Luxta shouted as he raised his sword and jolts of lightning struck his blade, seemingly coming out of the walls. With a sly smile he turned away from the gawking woman and towards the monster. Without a second glance Luxta charged the creature and clashed blades with the beast.
Within seconds Luxta learned that monster was stronger and faster than himself, obviously arcane magics making itself this way. Luxta also found that the beast was not adhered to the ways of sword, it swung wildly and angrily while Luxta parried and jabbed. After a battle that felt like hours Luxta shoved his blade through the chest of the monster and the creature returned with the same wound. Both fell to the ground, Luxta gasping for air as the creature grasped for something inside its rancid robes. Revealing a book from inside its robes the beast attempted to turn over on its chest so that it could read from it. Seeing this Luxta tore the monster's rusted sword from his chest and crawled towards it until he was in striking range, then with a final attack he put the blade through the skull of the beast. Tearing the blade from his chest only brought death on quicker and Luxta knew these were to be his final moments, but something tugged at his soul, something telling him to read the book. Opening it with shaking hands Luxta was only able to read the first few words before darkness overcame him once more.

Armor/Robes

Alec's set of armor and robes may look casual to the naked eye, but it is actually much more advanced than one may assume. Alec Miller, having been born during the 1800's, has a lot of industrial equipment and weapons at his disposal. Things that are built into his set of robes and armor include a type of wingsuit which allows him to glide for a decent period of time. He activates this wingsuit by using one of his abilities, which can be found in the "Magic Abilities" section. Aside from the built-in wingsuit, there are also a number of containers for on-the-go storage. Most of these containers can be found on his belt. In these small, leather pouches, Alec stores things like medicine, poison, and sometimes throwing knives. Finally, Alec's robes have strong armor plating beneath, and the plating was hidden so as to not attract unwanted attention. One other thing he has that is not shown in the picture is a face mask that he can pull up for an even stealthier and more menacing look. More additions to this suit may or may not be revealed later on in the RP.

Weapons

AC Hidden Blade.jpg

This gauntlet is what Alec almost always wears (as opposed to the black glove in the picture). Using his powers, Alec can force the blade to either retract back into the gauntlet, or to activate it, giving him the use of a deadly blade. This gauntlet and blade is actually a powerful source of magic. In fact, without Alec wearing this, he would be powerless (will be explained in the Magic Abilities section). The thing that is really special about this lethal weapon, however, is that even though it can project magic onto anyone who wears it, but it also has magic of its own. The blade has the power to absorb certain elements like fire, water, and even electricity, if you are willing to get struck by lightning of course. For example, if you waved the blade over a candlestick or a pit of fire, the blade would absorb the power of fire, and would then be able to project fire at any given moment. However, the one weakness this gauntlet and blade has is that if you absorb something other than fire, like water, the blade would then only be able to project water, and no longer fire. All in all, the blade can only hold onto one element at a time, and not multiple ones.

Corvo Sword.png

Much like the hidden blade and gauntlet, this sword can also retract itself, with the help of Alec's power of course. It doesn't have any magical influence, but it sure is sharp.

Phantom Blade.jpg

Residing on Alec's other wrist, this is known as the Hidden Crossbow. The darts are much smaller than what is presented in the picture above, but they are mostly consisting of sleep darts or incendiary darts. The crossbow, when not in use, can basically close up, so nobody sees a guy walking around with a loaded crossbow attached to his wrist. Something else that is not shown in the picture is the fact that the crossbow has a revolver type of system; darts are set in place around the circumference of his wrist, and once a dart is fired, the other one is loaded in.

Aside from Alec's primary weapons, he also holds other special accessories such as extra darts for his Hidden Crossbow, smoke bombs, and a small sword he uses as a last resort. More additions to his set of weaponry may or may not be revealed later on in the RP.

Personality

One could say that Alec Miller was all about business. Living as a thief and assassin, he takes his work very seriously. However, he does have a good side, except it has been faded over the past years of murdering and stealing, but it's still there. Unlike most people he works with, Alec knows how to control his temper, but he does tend to get overly stressed in some situations. He also tends to be too prideful, most likely due to his magic (which in his dimension, almost no one else has), his weapons and equipment, and how wealthy he is. Overall, if you were to classify Alec as either a hero or a villain, he could be both, as he is willing to help people other then himself, but then again, he also loves the thrill of a successful robbery, or a successful assassination. More personality traits will most likely be revealed later on in the RP.

Physical Abilities

+ Climber
+ Fast
+ Strong
+ Quick Reflexes
+ Swordsman
+ Stealthy
+ Marksman
+ High Tolerance For Pain

- Bad Stamina
- Gets Sick Easily
- Has Trouble Concentrating
- Gets Tired Easily

Magic Abilities

Telekinesis - This power allows Alec to move objects or even people with his mind.

+ Uses it for his wingsuit, retractable sword, Hidden Blade, and Hidden Crossbow.

- The bigger the object or person, the more concentration it takes
- Can only use it for a short period of time

Teleportation - This power allows Alec to vanish from one place and appear in another.

+ Useful when wanting to get somewhere

- The place he wants to teleport to must be in his direct line of sight
- Takes even more concentration than telekinesis, so Alec can only really use it effectively when he is not in combat or not doing anything too stressful.

Sensitivity - This power basically makes Alec extremely susceptible to any type of medications, or even poison.

+ If Alec has been severely injured, he can take medicine and be good as new within a day. This is because of this specific power, which makes him at least 5 times more sensitive to healing medication.

- One severe disadvantage to this power is that it also factors in with things such as poison.
- At least 5 times more susceptible to poison.

Magic Abilities (Conclusion)

It was mentioned beforehand that without the Hidden Blade, Alec is powerless. Well, this is true; the blade allows him to use his telekinesis and teleportation. It even effects his sensitivity power, so if he has been poisoned, taking the gauntlet off would suppress this power, thus weakening the effect of the poison.

Bio

On the year of 1816, Alec Miller was born. Raised in a good household, Alec had an overall good life. That is, until he turned to the age of 13, when both he and his family discovered that he possessed magical abilities. In this dimension, magic is extremely rare, and those who showed even the slightest signs of powers were outcasts and known as monsters, for the people feared them. When Alec was aware that his parents knew, he was sure that he would become an outcast, just like everyone else. Any other kid who developed powers in this world would be so feared by their families that they were, in some cases, literally thrown out on the streets or killed.

However, Alec's family had a different view. Yes, they were afraid of what he could do, but they still loved him. Alec's parents explained to him that he had to run as far and as fast as he could. The town Alec lived in was a small one, and word had already gotten out of what he was capable of. And so Alec said his goodbyes, and he ran as far as he could.

26 years later, and Alec now lives as a thief and assassin. He has debated with himself whether he should go back, and see whether his family is even still alive, but even if they were, he could not go back to that life. Hell, there was a wanted poster of him just about everywhere, even outside of the big industrial city he lived in. Alec works for a man much like him, and works alongside other assassins and thieves. Although he gets along well with his boss and his comrades, Alec always seemed to be favored due to his rare power and his Hidden Blade.

Speaking of the magical Hidden Blade, Alec had found it in the rubble of some burned down house on the outskirts of the city. This blade is what allows Alec to use his powers. When he was a boy and had discovered his powers, he could use his telekinesis to some extent, but as he aged, he got less and less powerful, until he eventually needed the Hidden Blade to give him his powers back. The last element the blade had absorbed was fire, so it figures that someone wasn't too careful with it when they found it. Alec deemed the blade the perfect fit for him though, as with his telekinetic powers, he could activate the blade and watch as it lights up with flames, and use his telekinesis to manipulate the fire, or any other element it may absorb in the future.

Everything else including the sword, the Hidden Crossbow, and the suit of armor and robes was all crafted by Alec himself.

More Backstory on Alec Miller may or may not be revealed later on in the RP.

Extra

It has been a while since I've RP'd, so if I missed anything or if there are any mistakes I should correct, I'd appreciate it if you would point them out to me.

Gates of Valhalla- is this information or an actual ability he can surface... also what is the limitation on this ability?
No it is not an ability he can control. It has only happened when he was in a time of great need, pretty much endgame type scenarios that I would clear with you before writing in.
When the gates open about fifty or so warriors come out, they are skilled but not invincible. If they are stabbed or shot in a vital area they simply crumble into dust and vanish. Their most strong tactic is intimidation. Who wants to fight gold clad giants from heaven?

He would create magnificent works of Iron, Copper, Steel, Gold, And even Admantine. Of course It all went to shit when he read that blasted book.
