Bio: Bobby Baxter was born with increased muscle growth. As he grew up he found his muscles grew at twice the rate of a regular child his age. Many school yard fights were ended with a single punch. His father soon noticed Bobby's gift and hurriedly signed him up for boxing lessons. At the age of 20 he becam the world heavyweight boxing champion, a title which held onto for 15 years until he was found out to have a power and was banned from participating in any boxing match ever again. After a brief stint as alcoholic Bobby has since sobered up and has decided to use his powers for good, forming the Lawful League.

Bio: Thomas' father was a smuggler during prohibition during the 20s, and so for the first 11 years of his life Thomas had a very comfortable life. One night, while Thomas' father was out on a run a group of men were sent to his house to send a message. Thomas was able to hide while he watched gangsters kill his mother and kid brother, then the men waited for the father to come home before killing him.


At age 11 Thomas was an orphan. A quiet and reserve boy, Thomas kept mostly to himself, however that didn't stop the older boys from trying to pick on Thomas, so he had to find ways to avoid them. He became adept at climbing and hiding.


At the age of 18, Thomas found himself on the streets with no direction in life. For the last year of his life Thomas has been getting into trouble, but staying out of custody. Not much of a fighter, Thomas uses his small size and agility to stay out of danger

Bio: Wilson is the son of a New England lighthouse-keeper and a water-breathing outcast from the legendary lost city of R'lyeh. Due to his heritage, he possessed various superhuman abilities, including the powers of surviving underwater, communication with sea life, tremendous swimming prowess and the toughness needed to survive the deepest depths of the oceans. Eventually, Wilson decided to use his powers to become a superhero, donning the identity of Longshoreman, defender of the coast!

I probably should have specifier. Alas, I was in a hurry. So I'll go through your list:

• Flight- allowed
  
• Fire manipulation- maybe more along the lines of shooting fire
  
• Super Speed- not crazy fast (no light speed or sound speed)

• Telekenisis- in the setting we'll call it magic. And not modern magic, more like circus magician magic (levitating objects, disappearing, etc)

Bio: Vincent Gazer was just a simple dock worker before the incident. He tended to find a lot of things that "fell off the back of a truck", and sold them for fair and reasonable prices. Then, one day, he "found" an ancient Incan golden armband. On the band was a depiction of the Incan god Quetzalcoatl appearing in many different forms. Gazer, a stickler for quality, put it on, in the process activating the armband's mystic powers! While he fiddled with the many gems on the armband, he accidentally activated it and was transformed into one of many ancient heroes stored within the band! One frantic escape later, Gazer quit his job as a dockworker, and became the menagerie of heroes he is today!


Personality: Gazer is quite crafty, is always eager to help, and likes speaking his mind. However, Gazer is also a mild kleptomaniac, must take charge in every situation, and gets frustrated easily.


Powers/Abilities: There are twelve gems on his armbands that, when three are pressed in sequence, transforms him into one of many heroes, with their own powers and equipment. These heroes range from useful to utterly impractical, and Gazer does not have the foresight to keep notes on which sequence turns him into which hero.


Equipment: Whatever equipment the armband provides, Gazer has. Otherwise, Gazer has his uniform, his keys, a wallet with $60 in it, and a watch.

Bio: (I hope you like diversity) From a young age, Audery has been aware of racial injustice. It was already hard as it is with her family struggling to get food on the table before the depression so when it hit, making it to the next day was a challenge. Audrey had learned of her powers one morning when discovering her parents had been taken or even killed. The only clues she had to what happened that night was an explicit and hateful letter left on her parents bed; it was coated in racial slurs and promises for world domination. She was unsure of where her powers came from but if there was anything she was going to about, she was going to save her parents and fight to eliminate social injustice.

Other: Audrey has a rare condition called Synesthesia, this causes her senses to be mixed. Words, sounds, and images tend to have a flavor, color, and personality. This makes it very easy for her to remember pretty much anything. Audrey prefers to work alone, she trusts little to no one.

(He doesn't have a mask because he doesn't need it, his hair color changes and it grows longer, also his features become smoother and younger so people don't recognise him.)


Bio: Maximilian "Max" Pegesus was born in Greece. His mother and father died when he was still 3 weeks old, their family house was struck by lightning, which killed them immediately but somehow Max's young cells absorbed the lightning instead of it killing him.


He was later adopted by his aunt and uncle, who raised him lovingly until they died from a hijacking when he was 15. He decided to move to America at this stage, using the money his family had left behind for him.


He trained everyday when he got to America, focussing more on archery and later when he fell from a building when he was 20, he floated in the air instead of falling and thus discovered his flying abilities. When he was 23, he mistakenly struck a large building with lightning, but the lightning drained his energy until he could hardly even walk, and thus he never used lightning again. He chose to be a superhero because he was unable to save his aunt and uncle, so saving other people is his way of fixing his redeeming himself.


Personality: He is calm, observant and loyal. He likes to keep to himself at times because of his abilities, but he aches for friends and people he can call family again. He can be brutal at times, but is also merciful.


Powers/Abilities:

Alias: Futurus, the Voltaic Man

Bio:


Nick Watson was but a lowly wannabe journalist covering the latest discovery of the great Doctor Rossum: A chemical derived from a strange species of newt from a small island near Sumatra that behaved similarly to protoplasm but could be readily manipulated, allowing one to potentially manufacture living beings to their liking. During the unveiling, Rossum’s laboratory was attacked and his research stolen. Watson was wounded trying to save the doctor’s life and although it was futile, the bullets going right through Nick and into Rossum’s body, the good doctor was impressed enough with the young man to grant him a second chance.


For you see, the stolen research was incomplete! Only Rossum himself held the final piece of the puzzle, for the chemical could not only be used to create living organisms, a long and costly process with a very high chance of failure, but it could also be fused into a human being in a much safer manner, theoretically creating a man unlike any other, a man of the future. The professor felt the world was not ready for such a massive leap and intended to keep it hidden, but it was the only chance of saving young Watson. Knowing his time had come and no amount of help guaranteed his survival, Rossum sacrificed himself to save another.


Nick Watson was changed, reborn. No longer a mere human, he was now a wonder of the Electric Age, a representative of the bright future that might come to be. He was now Futurus, the Voltaic Man, and he swore to use his abilities for the good of mankind.

Powers/Abilities:


-Can alter his appearance into his transformed self at will. Technically, his “transformed self” is the real Nick Watson now, a side-effect of the Rossumite treatment. He is simply able to alter his body to its previous state visually.


-Can produce, absorb and control vast amounts of electricity


-Can use magnetic levitation on himself


-The Rossumite that was bonded to his organism grants him heightened regeneration. Not Wolverine-tier unkillable, but he can survive some punishment and recover from altercations without need of medical attention, and his aging will be greatly slowed.
