Twitch yelped in fear as lightning flashed in the sky. Thunder seemed to be chasing her as she searched desperately for a place to hide from the storm. She picked up a stone from the broken asphalt and threw it at a window, smashing the glass. She crawled inside, cringing as the glass cut her arm.
