Nishkriya
The Sword
THE KING’S ARSENAL
Cost: - (1m) ; Mins: Essence 5; Type: Permanent
Keywords: Heretical, Obvious, Panoply
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: Two or more of the Heretical expansions of Vitriolic Corona Endowment
The Dark Emperor need not be limited to the weapon that is visible - he commands kingdoms and powers unimaginable, that something is not in his hand at this moment is but a trifling hinderance.
Restructuring reality on a whim, the Infernal may reflexively spend one mote to change his current Vitriolic Corona Endowment weapon activation into another weapon activation he knows. This does not count as a charm activation. Such an action might suddenly allow him to parry or perform other feats that his current armament are incapable of. For example, the Infernal might shift from Pestilent Maw of Hungering Flames to Black Blade of Oblivion, in order to slice through an incoming projectile. Likewise, they might shift to Lash of the Bitter Tongue in order to swing across a wide chasm.
The Panoply effect of this charm takes the shape of the last weapon activated. Said weapon becomes holstered in a manner appropriate to its kind - the Lash coils around the Infernal’s arm, the Blade sheaths at the Infernals side or across their back, the Claws retract. Should the Infernal activate the same weapon that is representing the Panoply, then the weapon appears where it is ‘holstered’.
