As a taunt the Hacker Bow person will shoot them in the knee and ramble something about them use to being an adventurer like them. Deal with as see fit.
  

• [Road Rage] World: GGO, Threat Level-Moderate A group of street racers have been committing drive by shootings in the slums of the Captial. Suggest modifying Judge vehicles for high speed pursuit.
