Equipment:Raine is known for her stealth and deadly strikes. She is almost undetectable when she is working 'in the background,' which she prefers, rather than being a part of the main group that would 'charge into battle.' She has amazing reflexes, though she does not possess the likable amount of physical strength, barely able to lift anything too much over her own weight. Even though she is rather skilled at hand-to-hand combat, she can hit her target from quite a distance away due to her throwing practice.
It appears like she is skilled with blades, but she strictly works with specific lengths--she is most accustomed to the arm-length blades. Raine is also nimble in movement and agile, so it is hard to land a fatal blow on her, though she can easily be overpowered if someone with greater strength gets a hold of her. She is also the kind of person that not many would promote to lead, as she is someone who would rather follow than lead, and her judgement gets foggy when she is in charge of a certain number of people. Luckily, teamwork and being ordered to do certain things don't seem to trouble her.

(Sorry for being late. ;.Raine grew up with a frail body, and often was bed-ridden due to her early birth condition. Even though she recovered, it went at a slow pace, and so she couldn't do much of the activities she wished to do. Her relatives sent her the game system since her parents were always away on trips for their business, and they knew that Raine would be rather lonely on her own. Since then, Raine had been addicted to gaming, almost becoming an obsession.
When Raine did actually attend school, she was often looked down due to her lack of abilities, and grew rather bitter to the general population as time went on. She only loved the world of the game, as people were friendly with her and didn't ridicule her. Raine was aware that is was just a fantasy, and her fellow players would leave her as soon as they found out about what her real body was like. Ignoring this, Raine continued to immerse herself in the gaming world, and eventually honed out her skills so much (due to the long hours she'd spend in gaming) and became known for her skills (only in the gaming world).
By the age of 10, Raine was able to actually participate in athletic activities, though she was rather terrible at them, including many of the sports that specifically included a ball of some kind. She rarely lost her temper with those who teased her, but she had nearly injured someone since they had constantly approached her with malicious intentions. It was a secret that she kept to herself, but Raine had taught herself self-defense while no one was with her, since she had convinced herself that the world cared for no one, so one must be able to defend themselves. Of course, this came from the fact she practically had no family (with her parents away and her relatives rarely coming to see her; only with her 'helpers' in the house) and constantly faced the crowd that she hated to be around.
Despite being a game-addict, Raine was actually intelligent, scoring near-perfect on any exam she would take (though history would be in the lower 90's since it was her weakest subject) and was often reading if she didn't have her game system around her. She was always seen alone, and didn't mind much, though she did occasionally feel lonely, even if she didn't realize it herself. When playing the piano (since she didn't have much else to do) she often played nostalgic, or slightly 'sad' musical pieces.
When she was finally a junior in high school, she had fully recovered from her condition, and immediately picked up the activities she had loved doing, which helped her keep fit, making up for the times she had become terribly thin while being bed-ridden. At this time, she still loved to game, and continued to bring up her gaming reputation. When Raine wasn't actually gaming, she was usually drawing, or painting, since art, including music, gave her a peace of mind. Of course, the gaming itself put some stress on her as well, as the hacking 'crimes' increased rather rapidly, and had witnessed her fellow players fall as a victim. She herself had also nearly been wiped out of the game, though a couple of others had saved her from that fate.
Raine being a hard-core gamer, she wanted to make her favorite world (or gaming system) be safe and enjoyable for everyone again, and had tried to fend off the hacks on her own, though most of them proved fruitless. She was overjoyed at the invitation to be a Judge, and immediately got to work.

Sorry for how long it took to reply. I am curious though why he would be stuck? They fixed that bug when they brought out the Amusphere. Or is he using a Nerve Gear? Going by the bio you want him to be an ally to the Judges right?
I have to agree with Britt concerning the ability to bring things from different games. I'd say limit that to only one or items only and as for the battle ground that is pretty OP as well. I would say limit that to like being able to create say a limited power shield, a distraction hack, and maybe a support drone.
It depends on the actions of them. He is pretty much neutral... for now.
