The government started out idealistic; a saviour to lift the people from the depths of despair. Built on the foundations of a strong central Technocracy. Crime decreased, people didn't go hungry and the workings of a proper economy were put in place. People rejoiced. Yet the government ruled with an iron fist, censoring all media and shutting down protests. Its naive ideals of working for the populace became less about the people and more about the money. They see the rebellion as an uneducated mob whose squabbling and stalling will plunge their country back into anarchy. 


Now that the initial high has worn off, corruption has taken its roots and the economy is flatlining, people are starting to whisper. How much longer do we have to live under oppression?

A wealthy heiress and venture capitalist before the war, she decided to use her leadership and ruthless cunning to bring order back to the city.


A soft-spoken man who was once a lawyer before the war. He is in charge of diplomatic relations with other states and the official information provided to the public.


Once Morgan's Business Rival, the two have joined forces. He and Morgan often still butt heads but both value the other's opinion.


A young woman Alex's age in charge of boosting industry and providing infrastructure, she works closely with Anya.


A young woman slightly younger than Alex in charge of providing public services and making sure the government runs smoothly. She works closely with Amira


Head of National Security and unofficial Minister of War. He deals with regulation of information passing to the public and with espionage. Alex's best friend since college and fellow aide to Morgan during the conflict. He also knows Cliff but even when Alex and Cliff were dating, Ruban was arguably closer to him.

Alexander Wu

Background: 


Alexander was born in the United States to Chinese Immigrants who were killed in a murder-robbery by raiders. After fending for himself, he was taken in as an errand boy by travelling merchants. He proved himself an invaluable asset and salesman, often being left in charge or negotiating his own trades. Especially of interest to him, were the books. He read every one of them under a flashlight before they were sold. He began talking and writing about the things he learned and spouting off his own vision for the future. His bosses were so impressed by him they raised enough money for him to apply and attend one of the few remaining universities for Economics.
