Personality
James Dean Hunt prefers to stick to himself, not bothering anyone and just going about his business. That attitude has served him well as his life though it does give him an air of mystery.
He is quiet and observant, preferring a passive almost uninterested approach to life.
He is a bit narcissistic and thinks he has he head on straighter then most other people his age.
He has a very tight sense of justice in the way that he sees things in black and white. You're either right or you're wrong to him. He values honesty, loyalty and trust above all things and will give you back 100% of whatever you give him.
He is very much not a fighter but he will if he has to. Violence is not something he's prone to at all.
He's a hard worker and when he commits to something he sees it through to the end.
When James loves something, he loves it hard. He has the sort of personality where he'll listen to the same song over and over never tiring of it if he likes it. He could eat pizza every single day of the week. When he really gets into a person he has a need to constantly be around them. He can be overbearing at times without knowing it.

History
The Hunt family are not well off by any means. They are lower middle class hard workers who have scraped together a life through years of diligence and perseverance. He lives with both of his parents and two younger sisters.
James knows the value of a good days work. Since he was a young boy he often went into the woods with his father who works as a logger. The two of them chopping down trees, hunting deer and fishing in creeks. While it may seem like a rough life for most people, James truly appreciates the values and skills he's learned.
Even though he is intelligent enough to go to college he doesn't really know to desire anything more than to become a logger like his father and raise a family near the woods he loves.
The reason he got into Disney High at all was because of his stellar grades as normally he probably wouldn't dream of going to such a nice school.
He's a member of the woodworking club and often leads the sessions due to his wealth of knowledge.
