Disguised as an apartment complex, the Foundation's Humanoid Facility site is located somewhere in southern Canada and operates as a containment and research center for sentient anomalies. Only Foundation personnel are able to enter the building. Any civilians that attempt to enter the building will find themselves unable to do so even with a stolen key or memorized passcode; the door handles are actually sensors that detect the finger prints and bio-signature of the staff.
The surface levels of the facility are mostly dedicated to low class research and experimentation, nothing that would seem very out of place in your average laboratory. However as the floors extend below ground they increase in security and confidentiality:
Sub floor 1
Subfloor 2 and 3 are higher class research areas that deal with subject matter highly out of place in your average lab.
Sub floor 4 is the 'Clinic' in which quarantine and medical assistance occur.
Sub Floor 5-7 Contain the SCP holding areas.
Subfloor 8 is restricted communications
Subfloor 9 is storage.
