As war looms on the horizon, politicians still play their little games at court totally unaware of the rebellion that will change the world.

In the 394th rule of the Immortal Emperor Sol Invictus, a rebellion was declared by High-Lord Protector Vespasiano Luna, in the province of Steiermark. Over 125'000 soldiers rose up in revolt, almost half of them Irregulars. In response the Emperor Invictus Sol sent their greatest general High Quaestor Amico Cerquoni to crush this rebellion, but the Imperial Army was soundly defeated by the rebels thanks to the advent of gunpowder. What was once called a nobles plaything is now a game changer on the battlefield, killing thousands in the blink of an eye and routing much more. After the rebels occupied all de jure lands in Claux, they moved to take the Imperial capital of Ostpreussen. The siege took 8 months to complete but the rebels were successful in capturing the Capital, and they succeeded in killing the entire imperial family. Although relative peace was achieved, there were still sporadic skirmishes happening all over the Empire, but even these stopped after 2 years. And the Luna family ruled the land and all the people were happy.

At least, that's what the history books told us. But what really happened? Was the Celestial War justified? Who exactly pulled the strings? What did the Merchants Guilds and the Trade Unions do during the war? What did you do to change history?

Come, and tell us of your adventures.

Join either the rebelling Lunas or the ruling Sols.

The Lunas

The Luna family started with Ivanoe Della Sol who would later change his surname to Luna, the younger twin of Gianpietro Sol who would later on found the great Sol Dynasty. The Lunas were accomplished diplomats, traders and politicians. Many a Luna were people blessed with beautiful epics, poetry, art and a silver tongue that would make even the One Below jealous. Of course this meant that they were inexperienced in warfare and had to rely solely on hired generals or mercenary armies.

The Sols

The Sols were a very militant family from the beginning, since their progenitor was actually a general in service of the Puritan Kingdoms. However, their members were also blessed statesmen, treasurers, theologists and philosophers. But these are only secondary compared to their military understanding and prowess. A Sol was always training to keep his or her body in shape. Playing games such shogi and chess to keep their mind sharp. During war, a Sol was always on the frontlines. During peace a Sol was always either training or managing affairs of the state.
