In the distant future Interstellar travel has become the norm, ships powered by liquefied uranium blasting there way through the stars as easily as a car drives down a road, people travelling from planet to planet as if they were counties in a single country, but yet Space is almost infinite and still needs to be explored colonised which is where you come in you are the crew of the ZX 4763 also known affectionately as "Parrot" because of her ability to talk to her crews, and your mission for the foreseeable is to explore uncharted space, to boldly contact alien species and go where no-one has gone before (insert Star-Trek theme here)
