Appearance: Dark brown straight hair which is cut to be short length, clean shaven face, dark brown eyes, wide chest and stocky build, tall, generally wears a grey hoodie and blue jeans or a brown work jacket with blue jeans. Usually wearing either work boots or sneakers. Always dresses himself accordingly when preparing for a job of some sort.


Personality: Reasonable, logical, truth-over-emotion type person. Samuel will try and do everything reasonably, although he will not mess around or tolerate very much before taking care of a problem. Generally mistaken as being angry or unkind, although it is not true.


Skills: Shooting, fighting, and general physical work when it comes to jobs.


Background: Comes from Brennings in Canterwall after moving there from Tennessee, although he has recently moved a bit farther north in the city into an area where Brennings and Yanklie almost "overlap".


Biography: Samuel lived in Tennessee from birth through his early life, learning to shoot, hunt, fish, and survive. He aspired to move up North to be in the big city, until he finally got there at age 22. He soon discovered the ways of the city, coming to dislike it as he settled in Brennings. He lived there for four and a half years until finally moving up closer to the central part of the city in December of 2013, away from the trouble he had become irritated with in Brennings. Two years before the move to the central city, Sam had become involved in small crime such as robbery until he had finally hit a larger store with a few others in his first planned and organized job. Upon finishing, he soon found out that the people working with him were inept and would rather fight over everything during the process rather than plan it out before or settle it afterwards. He went off on his own after that, the thought of crime in the back of his head for the next year or so.


Other Notes: He has a German Shepherd named Mack who acts as a guard dog and companion to him. He lives alone other than Mack.

Rose has a tendency to wear a leather jacket that has golden studs on the shoulders, With a red tank top, black jeans, and black combat boots. He wardrobe consists of a lot of black, red, and shades of gray. Its rare to ever see her wearing white, or other light colors.


Personality:


Rose has never been the most socialist of butterflies, she is quite and enjoys keeping her herself. While she is indeed quite, she isn't the type to stand aside if someone needs her help, or someone is harming someone she cares for. She is known for being a fighter, and was put on house arrest when she was fourteen for slamming a girls head into a locker because she called her best friend fat. Rose is protective, and stands by her opinions strongly.

Rose has been a tech-girl since she was able to use a computer. She learned how to hack into computer systems when she was thirteen by her eldest brother who was a professional hacker. He once hacked into Microsoft and stole $50,00. They never caught him due to his quick, crafty work. He was arrested for possession of Marijuana a year ago.


She is also skilled in using knives, She started practicing using knives when she was twelve, Its almost impossible for her to miss when throwing knives, unless distracted or severely injured.


Background:


Rose was born the youngest of three to an Italian father, and an Italian-American mother. They were gone sometimes months at a time on 'business' trips, which usually consisted of killing those who betrayed them and selling drugs. Rose was never beaten or abused as a child, she was actually loved quite a bit. She was raised into this f*cked up line of work. She was basically raised by her oldest brother, he taught her and her other brother everything he knew, from how to drive a car, to how to throw a knife perfectly between a person's eyes. When she seventeen, she was walking home from 7-11 when she saw four teens messing with something. She attempted to ignore it until she realized it was a puppy. The kids were kicking a tiny puppy that was maybe a few months old. Rose was shocked, she watched them pour nail polish removed on the poor dog and set in ablaze. They laughed before dousing the puppy in water to light her on fire again. Rose couldn't stand by and watch, she did the first thing that came to her mind, she grabbed the nail polish removed from one the teen's hands, and splashed it on the closest person, before using her own lighter to ignite him. The teens rushed to put out the fire, and Rose grabbed the puppy and ran. She ran all the way home, when she got there she cleaned up the poor puppy, and nursed her back to health. Her brothers were proud she had saved the poor thing, and they kept her. They ended up naming the puppy Bean, and she is the sweetest dog Rose has ever met. The dog is strictly devoted to Rose, and is extremely protective yet sweet.

He wears plenty of black and shades of gray. He often wears hoodies and black jeans, he sometimes wears a leather jacket, but its more rare then seeing him wear a hoodie, or shirt.


Personality: Alex is very quiet but manipulative. he doesn't tend to speak his mind, but he thinks badly of a lot of others. Yet he was taught to never speak out of turn, however when confronted he will savagely defend himself, and often hurts others in the crossfire. hes very protective of those he loves and will recklessly put himself in harms way to protect them, even if his life was in danger. he will fight until he can't stand. he has low self-esteem and often questions why he was bought into the world and for what purpose. whatever that is, he still doesn't know. even though he is very guarded towards others, his reasoning behind it is that he has difficulty trusting others after past events. he sees the worst in others, and will be quick to judge off of first impressions. aside from his hostility that he feels for strangers, he can be caring and humorous on rare occasions. he can be sweet, but he isn't easily swayed and ordered around. he tends to hide his more caring personality from the world and will only fade into that conscience around those he trusts as he fears getting hurt. he values his own life very little, and figures it is better protecting others than to lead his own life as he feels he would have no clue how to lead it.


Skills: Alex loves cars, he always has. He is quite the racer and skilled in driving a get-away car. He has lost the cops many times with the help of Rose who was able to help him by hacking into the city's control center and putting up poles at sudden moments causing the police to crash, or helping him find hiding spots by using the city cameras.


He is skilled in shooting guns, he always has a pistol on him and while he doesn't enjoy hurting people he will if he has to protect himself, or other people.


Background:


Alex was born the middle child out of three to an Italian father, and an Italian-american mother. Alex never got to see his parents very often as they were always out doing their business. Alex and his younger sister were raised by the oldest son, who was arrested last year after he was caught with Marijuana. Alex was informed a few months ago, that both his parents were killed in what is thought to be a gang-shoot out. It still hurt, even though he barely knew them. He has yet to tell Rosalyn about their death, he just never could find the time or place. Him and Rose live together in a decently sized apartment in the south side of the city.

Personality: All smiles and all jokes, Ji is a fun man to befriend. He likes to help too, lending money or buying someone a drink in the bar... But behind all that, Ji is a manipulator. He did all that so that the person will feel indebted to him, and so will help him in order to repay his kindness in the future. All his friendly act was just a cover to get inside a social group, to gain people's trust, to be able to gain their deepest secret.


Skills: Information seeker, he won't stop until he find out what he wants. Ji usually sells them to the target's rival or use it to blackmail the target.


Ji is also skilled in hand to hand combat, mastering Bajiquan, saying that "there is no better guard that your own self"


Background: Born in a middle class family, Ji lives a happy live until her father got framed for a crime he never did. This resulted in his father getting fired and her mother gone crazy. Scared of the condition of their father, Ji purposely send himself and his three sisters away to a relative's family.


Ji's hunch proofed correct, as his father eventually break down. He killed the mother before turning the gun at him self.


Ji know that he heve to take his father position and started working for his three sisters, that what eventually lead him to working dirty like this.

Appearance: A bone-thin girl of 112lbs. and 5'8", Pepper van Denend is a self-proclaimed fashionista. She follows high fashion like it's a religion and tailors her appearance to what the models of today are wearing. Dark brown hair frames a face with sharp cheekbones, plump lips, blue eyes, and eyelashes that see the usage of mascara very often. It's rare that you'll see her without a full face of makeup and an impeccable outfit. She loves to accessorize, particularly with Vivienne Westwood jewelry. Pepper declares that her style is "minimalist chic". She wears lots of simple clothing items, such as plain black t-shirts paired with white jeans, then covers herself with accessories. You'll probably never see her wearing bright patterns or have piercings, though.


Personality: Pepper is a snarky woman with the mind of an oily business executive. She's a bit sharp with her choice of words, and is always looking for a way to improve herself, even if it means throwing other people under the bus. There's very few people that Pepper actually enjoys being around, and she often puts herself before others, making her a bit of a shitty team player. Nothing seems to be good enough for her, and she is always working to reach perfection. However, if you do know how Pepper works, then you know that she's a master of manipulation and charm. She is always able to talk her way out of a sticky situation or get things to go her way just by spouting a few words out of her mouth. If she hadn't gone into the family business of human trafficking, she probably would have ended up with ties to crime anyways. Pepper is quite a talkative girl, and never seems to be able to shut her mouth. She has a way with words, and loves to run around with rhetoric so that people become confused. The woman may seem a bit wishy-washy, as she changes her opinions a lot, but she believes that in order to grow, people must change.


Skills: Pepper is the undisputed queen of the underground human trafficking trade. It is rumored that by her hand alone, hundreds of thousands of modern-day slaves have entered and exited the city. She has connections everywhere and has access to tons of weaponry and insider knowledge of the crime world. Her manipulative ways allow her to become business contacts with many people. She is a rather sly and cunning individual, who has practically no morals (or just really, really low ones), and will do anything to get people to buy her "products". Pepper has also been known to offer other "services".


Background: The daughter and youngest child of the notorious van Denends, Pepper was born into a family known to run a cruel and despicable crime syndicate located in Canterwall. They direct orders to their underlings in the less fortunate areas of the city, whereas they themselves sit upon cushy thrones in Green Hills. They mostly stay behind the scenes, and don't bring too much atttention to themselves. Hell, plenty of people don't even know they exist. However, the few who do know about them know to stay away. The van Denends (the name in Dutch means literally "dead end"--if you get into trouble with them, there is no way out) have three children, and each is responsible for a branch of their crime syndicate. There is Nathaniel, the oldest, who runs the ever-thriving drug dispersal branch. The trades occur day in and day out, with the cycle of drug abuse and dirty cash in the poorer parts of Canterwall. Then there's Felicity, whose name might make her sound prissy, but her muscular physique shows otherwise. She's in charge of the illegal weaponry, delivering weapons in order to bring up the crime rate and keep the family in business. Last, but certainly not least, there's Pepper. She heads the rampant underground human trafficking business, and a bit of prostitution on the side. Pepper mostly caters to high-profile clients, but often times will also get requests from those in gangs. Growing up in this type of an environment, Pepper was pretty desensitized to all the "bad things" in the world before she even hit puberty. She used to think that the family business was despicable--after all, what was the point in creating a cycle of drugs and sex when you had enough money to stop it? But as she grew older, she realized that money and power is everything, and that she needs to be a part of the cycle in order to stay on top.


Other Notes: She has a tattoo of one of her favorite quotes, "There is no such thing as karma or justice. There is only Nature, and Nature does not care." on her right shoulder blade in black ink.

She's also a perfectionist, and takes pride in her work. She also hates being belittled because of her age and/or gender. Seemingly childish, she goofs around a lot, but will always take jobs seriously.

Background:


Jas, believe it or not, is a geek at heart. She loves books, and in her free time you'll probably find her reading a book. Jas has been reading since young, and she comes from quite a well-off family. Her father was a businessman and her mother an architect. She was originally born in America, but they migrated to Australia when she was an infant. They sent her to a boarding school along with her brother- Christopher- who is a year older than her. She started learning archery at age 6, and two years later joined an extra-curriculum activity in her school- shooting. It was then that she discovered she enjoyed shooting a gun so much, and trained up her aim until it was near unbeatable in her school. She skipped quite a few grades, and by 13, she was in University. She graduated 3 years after with a degree in sociology, and moved to USA. From then on, she became a hitman, though she prefers the term mercenary or assassin, because hitman doesn't sound as cool.


Some see her as heartless, ruthless, considering she kills for money, but she doesn't really care.

Personality: Connor has always been.... jittery? Yes, jittery. Always twitching about something, not able to sit still for long, constantly drumming his fingers on something and bouncing his leg. He speaks the same way to, jumping around from subject to subject. He can get focused occasionally, so bless and charish those moments.


Skills: He drives like a mad man. Lead foot plus twitchy reflexes equals mad driver to most people. And being able to shoot out the window while driving his also a plus, so he does know how to use small arms, such as pistols and things like uzi's.


Background: He was born, like many others, a baby (couldn't think how to begin this). He was involved with cars since he could crawl, since his dad worked as a mechanic. Now, his dad wasn't hundred percent legal with his buisness practices. But, let's be honest, no one does anything 100% legal. His dad owned a chop shop, and raced illegally from time to time. So, naturally, Connor was drawn to going fast and cars. He was first arrested when he was 11 for wreckless driving, and his criminal driving career.
