Plot Overview
*The City has been at war with two opposing gangs. The Wolf's gang and the Dragons. They have be able to control the city with tough tensions for so long. Each side has a piece to represent their gangs. A woman might wear a dragon bracelet or a man might have a wolf tattoo.
*Each side has been about to spite the other.
