I actually think it'd be a better idea to have each of us make a team, with our RPing done from the point of view of a main character. It would allow us to play as individuals, while still interacting. Try to avoid killing each other too soon though, please. xD
So yeah, three character sheets each, as well as an optional for your Jonin member. They won't be taking part in much of the action, however, so it's not absolutely needed.

Well, that'd be three times the work but I like the idea. Is it possible to set up a three person sheet, with only the main character being relevant? Like, the other 2 only have informations like "Jutsu, age, height" and such. "Story" and these kind of things would only apply to the main character.

Why not just have those teammates as NPCs? The 'owner' of the NPCs controls them, and we don't have to go as in depth with them.
Edit: When you get the chance can you post your CS? I'd like to have a good idea on what mine should look like.
