Rules:
Powers vary from vampire to vampire, and human to human. Though both species can have certain powers, some call them gifts, others a curse. A human's differs vastly from that of a vampire. For instance, a vampire can have toxic breath that spreads a deadly poison that can severely hinder targets in combat or even kill them over time if they inhale enough of it. Others develop more psychic powers, or even both. Though most tend to develop biological mutations that make them stronger, faster, or in some way unique and circumstantially powerful depending on the power that they wield. None can wield magic like powers or anything like that, not even humans. Though some have been prone to develop pyrokinesis or some such to a minor degree it's usually nothing fantastical and often incredibly draining for continued use.
Humans tend to veer more towards powers of the psychic ability, pyrokinesis, telekinesis, and etcetra. Mostly powers of the mind though some do develop powers vaguely similar to that of a vampire. Above all the general rule of thumb is, powers are vast and usually different for each individual of each species. None of them can particularly do magic though some cases might seem similar to such to some degree.
