Because of this, they can detect disturbances in the land, and they can also locate hubs with ease. When underneath a hub, they have full control of their powers, regardless of experience. It has also been said that bearers of this gift will also get visions when close to a significant area. Every High Priestess since the overseer has had the gift, it appears seemingly randomly, regardless of the genes of a bearers parents. They are essentially the hounds of the government, using their powers to hunt down those that oppose then. Some are also researchers, who receive funding to study the fundamentals of arcane energy.
