This will be the place for your CS. My own CS will provide you with an example of what is required. The following are the rules for the minimum of what your CS must contain:

Basic information:
- At least one realistic image, either painted or a picture. If you cannot provide an image, you are allowed a description of your character, but it must be a decent paragraph and have no unrealistic features. (No animal traits, no strangely coloured hair or skin).
- Your age and birthday (between 20 and 150).
- Your length and weight.
- Your expertise: Potions, Herbology, Defense against the Dark Arts, or Transmutation is recommended. Once a position is filled, it's filled; to ensure the balance I won't be taking doubles.
- Your Hogwarts house. The Aurors are a British institution, so I will not be accepting American or European characters unless there would be a good reason for the Aurors to take them on.
- Your blood-status: muggle-born, half-blood, or pure-blood
- Your social standing: lower, middle or upper class (this can be either muggle or wizard standing, whichever is more relevant to your character)
- Any other thing you encounter that you feel belongs in basic information, such as markings or scars.
- Don't write your sexuality, if your character is a particular sexuality, let the roleplaying speak for it. (But please don't get overtly sexual, you're on a mission!)

Personality:
- A phobia
- Four good traits
- Four negative traits
- At least two paragraphs of description
- I will not be accepting loners, or those that wouldn't fit into a team dynamic.
- Make sure your characters have both flaws and strengths, this will definitely make them more dynamic.

Wand and Patronus:
- Take the test on Pottermore in character to determine this. I recommend that you flesh out their background and personality first, effectively finishing your CS before you get a wand, house and patronus. If you google for a random email generator, you can quickly make a throwaway account for Pottermore.

Background:
- A well thought out background. I am not setting a minimum to this, because different stories require different lengths. I do however want you to really work with the wizarding world, and put your character in it in a believable manner. Really show me what motivated and made your character the way he/she is.

  Full description:
  At first glance Phil appears to be a rather dull, bookish man. He prefers the company of literature, doesn't like to stir any controversy and tries to avoid any personal confrontations. Yet that dull exterior quickly sheds if one gets to know him; Philantros isn't easily swayed from his altruistic beliefs, treading on the edge between determined and fool-hardy. Although he doesn't like confrontation, he has a quick mind, and will use it when words need to be exchanged. Although he prefers not to be in charge, he doesn't hesitate to do what is necessary for the right thing, nor is he afraid to make sacrifices both personally and physically if it is for the greater good.
  When not driven by his moral compass however, Phil can be rather annoying. He doesn't talk much, unless it is about the things he enjoys, and he can corner you with a lengthy conversation about charms or clocks. Although it takes him a while to attach to people, once he does he can be rather naive and too trusting. When it comes to his personal things, he is a very peculiar man, needing them all to be in order and the way he left them. He doesn't like it when people change or take things from him, or mess with the systems he has. His worst trait however, might be his insecurity, and he tries to cover that up by pretending not to care and distancing himself. Of course this doesn't work, and with his inclination to get excited about friends, he can be very talkative one moment, only to get uncomfortable and shut people out the next day, or even the next hour.
  
  Philantros is claustrophobic to the point of panic attacks, especially in man-made structures that have locks (magical locks especially). Caverns are fine, unless he gets stuck.

  Wand: Cypress wood with a Phoenix Feather core, 12 1/4" and unbending flexibility
  Wood: Cypress wands are associated with nobility. The great medieval wandmaker, Geraint Ollivander, wrote that he was always honoured to match a cypress wand, for he knew he was meeting a witch or wizard who would die a heroic death. Fortunately, in these less blood-thirsty times, the possessors of cypress wands are rarely called upon to lay down their lives, though doubtless many of them would do so if required. Wands of cypress find their soul mates among the brave, the bold and the self-sacrificing: those who are unafraid to confront the shadows in their own and others’ natures. [Taken from Pottermore]
  Core: This is the rarest core type. Phoenix feathers are capable of the greatest range of magic, though they may take longer than either unicorn or dragon cores to reveal this. They show the most initiative, sometimes acting of their own accord, a quality that many witches and wizards dislike.
  Phoenix feather wands are always the pickiest when it comes to potential owners, for the creature from which they are taken is one of the most independent and detached in the world. These wands are the hardest to tame and to personalise, and their allegiance is usually hard won. [Taken from Pottermore]
  
  Patronus: Bloodhound
  Those with the bloodhound patronus tend to be gentle, easy-going people with a talent for finding what they want and getting things done. It is difficult to dissuade a bloodhound from doing something they want to do, and they generally dislike leaving things unfinished. [Taken from Tumblr]

  Phil has made several objects of his own, and likes to tinker with utilisation magic. He has a silver pocket watch that reminds him of tasks, and encourages him when he needs it most. His cloak is self-fastening and has anti-theft protection (it will attempt to strangle thieves to teach them a lesson).
  He owns a top floor apartment in Sheffield, his home town, where he experiments with magic and clockworks. It's full of books, mechanic parts and all sorts of enchanted objects, including but not limited to; toy birds that fly around and sing, magic chess sets in various stages of construction, and children's illustrations that move and change. Those are the nice things, that some would say he wastes his talents on, but there are also several charms he keeps that are less innocuous. Although he refuses to do curse work for people, he likes to obtain cursed and ancient items to practise curse-breaking, and from time to time creates new curses as experiments, to figure out how the magic works.
  On top of some items being inherently dangerous, it's safe to assume that Phil has cursed important items as a ward against those with the intend to steal them, or those that would breech his privacy.

  Philantros was born to two muggle parents: Dinant Lofty, a clock and watch maker, and his wife Prudence Lofty. At a young age, Phil already showed a talent for magic, when he and his father worked on clocks together: whenever he needed a part or piece, it would be right beside him - even if his father had put it away in boxes or on the shelves. Soon enough other strange effects happened, such as pocket watches saying the hour out loud, clocks that ran without ever having to wind them up, and small, skittish 'creatures' made of forgotten parts that scattered under the bookcases or desk whenever someone entered the room.
  Although Prudence was nervous about these strange things, believing them witchcraft, Dinant marvelled at it, recognising that his son had an amazing gift even if he didn't understand exactly how it was possible. His parents decided to let him experiment in the attic, on the condition that he kept it secret. Then, at age 8, his little brother was born: Timoros Lofty. Excited about his little brother, Phil took interest in his father's attempt to design and make toys.
  
  When a few years later his letter for Hogwarts came, everything fell into place. Suddenly a whole new world opened: both for himself and his parents. Although his mother was concerned about witches and wizards, frightened by religious tales, Phil and his father immediately fell in love with the wonder and whimsy of the magical world, wanting to learn as much as possible. His father accompanied Phil to London, to buy his first magic wand: Poplar wood and a phoenix feather core.
  It was quite a large adaption for his family, but after his first year at Hogwarts they had all warmed up to the idea, especially his mother. Phil showed an amazing ability for charms, but was curious about any and all facets about magic. Whenever he would come home he would try out new spells, and tinker with his father to create all sorts of amazing enchanted mechanics. He created his first, crude toy bird at age twelve, using it to entertain his little brother over the Christmas holidays. Soon enough he learnt how to charm musical instruments to play themselves (which annoyed his mother as it wasn't particularly good), enchant the portraits in the hall to make their clothes change colour, and made one of Tim's favourite puppets dance.
  
  Phil did well at Hogwarts. Although a Hufflepuff, it was clear that he had a great mind, and wanted to learn everything, making some wonder why he wasn't in Ravenclaw - but Phil preferred how easy-going everything was while in Hufflepuff. There was no pressure, no expectation to be smart, ambitious or brave, and he could be himself and make friends. Yet not everyone wanted to be friends: being born of muggle parents, there were some that saw him as lesser. Especially those in Slytherin, but he also felt the same sentiments from some Ravenclaws and even Gryffindors.
  Bit by bit he learnt that this world of magic, was not as wonderful as it at first seemed: there were real dangers and prejudices. He tried to steer clear of the darker sides of magic, refusing to cast curses because he didn't enjoy them. In his defense against the dark arts classes, he focussed entirely on how to cleanse and clear black magic. In general though, his focus laid in charms and harmless magic, practising and reading up on advanced charms already in his fourth year.
  
  Over the Christmas holidays in his fifth year, the worst of the magical world finally came out. A dark wizard terrorised Sheffield: Achreius Vir, and although not particularly powerful, hellbent on clearing the mudbloods from 'his city'. On a dark, early January evening, his house was invaded by Vir's purebloods. Although Phil tried to defend his family, he was overpowered by dark magic quickly. The only thing he managed to do was get to Tim before they could, but that didn't matter much when they were both thrown into the closet of the master bedroom. His wand was taken from him and broken, and the door was locked by magical means. He and his brother were left in the dark to listen while the purebloods accused his father and mother of stealing a wand - and subsequently lay down their judgement for the made-up crime.
  It was the realisation that these people would stop at nothing to kill him - or his little brother, that caused his innate magic abilities to surge. Although he knew of apparatition, he had never done it before. But with no choice left, the only thing that drove him was to get his little brother far far away from these people. In his attempt to get his little brother to safety, he remembered the summer he stayed over at a friend's house, and opened his eyes to find himself in a frozen, grassy field, holding Tim tightly - most of him at least.
  Although he had apparated Tim successfully, he had left a sizeable part of his chest behind: two ribs, the lower part of his lung, and most of the flesh associated with it. It nearly killed him, and the event had a lasting effect both on him and his little brother.
  
  Phil became more driven to research magic, and his close encounter with death made him less afraid to know and understand the darker sides of the world he was now a part of. He returned to Olivander's for a new wand, and after many tries was chosen by his original wand's sibling wand - a wand that had rejected him on his very first visit: a cypress wand with a phoenix core.
  Tim on the other hand, refused to acknowledge witchcraft, terribly afraid of it. Even the mechanical creations that Phil made terrified him, and while Phil finished Hogwards with N.E.W.T.S in Charms, Defence against the Dark arts, Ancient Runes, Transmutation, and Potions, Tim decided to become a lawyer in the muggle world.
  For a few years after Hogwarts, Phil tried to take on curse-breaking, travelling through Eastern and Northern Europe to undo the magic on lairs from medieval witches and wizards. Although he was good at it, he didn't enjoy the profession; it was dangerous, yet often trite, involving long processes to decipher and remove curses and jinxes. So at age 25 he decided to return to Sheffield, and settled for making magical toys, while offering services to break curses on private artefacts on the side.
  Until the request from the Aurors came in, and although it surprised him pleasantly that he had built up a reputation, he didn't know whether to accept. It was only after a few weeks of deliberating and doubting that he finally made up his mind; it would be better to do the right thing now he had the chance, instead of shying away from it. He could save lives, and if he didn't do it, he would be no better than the people who didn't stop the insurgency of Achreius Vir. Instead of endlessly hoping for a hero, he could be one.

in eugenia's case, this fear extends only to very present situations. being forcibly held down without escape, physically forced to perform an action, etc. agoraphobia may come into play should realization especially dawn on her, but usually, the situation should already be playing out for her fear to rise, and extremely quickly too. one moment someone could be tickling and playing around with her, and the next she could be seeing something terrible and shouting for said person to release her. like any panic, she will immediately get away from that situation and need some time to get over the shock of the situation. she typically goes into situations that result in this panic, without even realising it. she is yet to experience this fear on a grander scale than accident or an innocent situation. he prays she never will, but working for the ministry cannot guarantee that.

  Full description:
  Claus is the quintessential upper class gentleman. Well groomed, well dressed, and with a near permanent expression of disgust and haughtiness. Stiff and formal around both those he knows, and those he doesn't, he can easily come across as haughty and aloof, though part of this is down to the strict upbringing by his father. Duty and honour come before all else in his mind, the Prussian training quite ingrained now. He has no qualms in leading from the front, he sees such a position being natural to him given his social and blood status, two things that he very much believes in, and at times finds it difficult to answer to those he sees as being inferior to him. Whilst there are some of a lower social and blood that have won his respect, these people are very much few and far between. He has little time for facts or niceties, being a man of action and facts, preferring to have his nose in a good book. Whilst he has had a good enough upbringing to at least be polite upon first interaction, do not hold out hope that such pleasantness will continue beyond a greeting. Despite these he is not an evil man, ambitious and willing to do whatever it takes to succeed in life, yes, but he is not willing to cross red lines that he has set himself.
  
  Following a childhood boating accident, he has been left with a quite serious fear of open bodies of water. Despite attempting to train himself out of such a fear by taking numerous swimming lessons, it has done little to help him when actually submerged outside of a well regulated swimming pool, panic soon taking over if he is not careful.

The chill of a Dementor wouldn’t slow this Patronus down one bit as it put its hunting skills and talons to use, sending your dark assailant packing. Eagle-owls are known to be surprisingly fast, so those Dementors should be gone in no time at all.

  Claus resides in a terraced house in Belgravia, Central London. Set over three stories, it is an impressive structure, housing 4 bedroom, an elaborate dining room, 2 reception rooms, and an impressive mahogany panelled study. The prize of his home however is his library. A voracious reader, the library is full of tomes and books, many of them rare first edition manuscripts and prints, on everything from Herbology to History. There is another collection he keeps however, behind several wards and a rather innocent looking fireplace in the library, of somewhat darker material. The writings and teachings of wizards and witches some would consider to radical and dangerous, hence he is pretty much the only individual aware of their existence within his home. But to Claus it is simply another resource for him to tap into, how better to fight the the forces of dark magic than to study and dissect their own teachings. This secret room is also home to a wide variety of dark artifacts that he has collected over the years, for study and preservation.
  
  Claus' house is also residence to his House Elf, Faust, however as most Wizards of his class, he considers Faust to simply be property, and trusts him to maintain the house, but little more other than that.
