Please review your profiles and stats one last time. Once the role play begins, you cannot edit your profile or stats.

Don't forget to subtract your Health Points when attacked and remove items when used.

Think of this role play as a board game. Move your character to one town/city/location one post at a time
(unless there is absolutely no other characters around you. You can skip towns if you're completely isolated).

Remember, that your targets are supposedly in the Slums.

You are unaware that they are other assassins.

Also, it is night time. What better time to kill?

If you have any doubts PM me or write in the 'OOC' thread.

Please avoid OOC chat within the 'In Character' thread.

No one-liners.

Have fun dammit.

Don't forget to display your stats, items, and location!

Sixty-two parked her 3000 Levi speeder between a beat-up metallic gold taxi car and a red, sports Levi car. Her speeder matched the white metallic plates and screws that she called her skin. It also glowed a faint blue underneath where it would levitate, it was a similar color to her bright alluring eyes. She scanned her perimeter. She liked knowing the whereabouts of all the beings surrounding her. A beeping noise went off as the scanner within her right eye finished calculating the estimate amount of beings within her current location, Downtown. The total population is 50,213. Forty-seven percent: humans, twenty-four percent: robotic beings, eighteen percent: Vampires, five percent: Werewolves, three percent: Elvish, two percent: Demonic beings and one percent: alien or unidentifiable. One of her targets are among the one percent. That particular target's name is Jack. She locked on to the targets deemed as alien or unidentifiable. The targets were highlighted with a blue aurora. Sixty-two pondered whether to highlight the robots in her area as a precaution. After much thought, she decided ロボット! and Scorpio would be easy targets to spot, so she deemed the precaution unnecessary. In addition, there were way too many humans to even consider highlighting them. Her scanner's screen would light up like a Christmas tree if she did. A small smile crept onto her lips with the silly thought. Sixty-two was particularly worried about Shadowstrike. His race was unknown and this made her uneasy. She couldn't even pin him on her radar even if she wanted to. Since the Slums is quite an isolated location, she hoped he'd be an easy target to find. Judging by the odd selection of targets she was commanded to eliminate, she believes they are a gang of some sort and perhaps, the Slums was their hideout. There was a slight possibility the targets may be outside of their predicted or presumed location, so she was ready to take down any target upon visual. She had their descriptions stored within her memory drive. She would flicker through the images and descriptions of the targets within her mind to remind herself of her goal at hand.

The gears moving her metallic limbs were whirring her into motion through the streets of Downtown. Her Anchor Brand blade would clatter against her metallic skin as she walked. The town was busy as usual with young beings craving adventure and excitement. Her mechanical noise could be compared to a insignificant fly with all the music blasting from local clubs and chatter of the crowds. Sixty-two's head whirred from side to side, surveying from the youths, poor folks and bot whores to the conspicuous exchanges, extravagant buildings and Levitational cars purring to and fro within the streets. At certain moments, Sixty-two would find herself distracted by couples holding hands or robots emulating humans to obtain their sexual desires. The robots' exotic attire always held her attention. Thoughts of what if she could obtain the programming to please beings and how it would be a nice change from her current programming. Eventually, she would shake the foolish thoughts and continue to her current task at hand. Eliminate 5 targets: Jack, ロボット!, Shadowstrike, David Lockett, and Scorpio. She will annihilate them and any being that attempted to stop her. "Must terminate target," she would repeat to herself every now and then in a monotonous voice.

It was a disgusting little area he was in. Even here outside of the worst part of the city he could tell that easily. However, dirtiness just helped him blend in all the more. That made life infinitely easier as an assassin. On top of that, the general darkness and masses of humans just added to his ability to blend in. To most people he would just appear to be sheltering himself from the worst of any weather in this city. This mission should be fairly easy. Five quick cuts with his blade from the shadows and it should be complete. At least, that's what he hoped when he'd first received the request.

Very inconspicuously he pulled out his order slip. Such a large sum of money, he'd figure his targets would have been fairly high profile. No, after a bit of research he found out that there was almost absolutely nothing on these people. That made them all the more dangerous. What type of person required such a high sum of money and then had no records? Everyone important had records, even if they were falsified. The fact that he couldn't find anything made him wonder just what type of people he was after. No one that was normal at the very least.

Granthor looked around the marketplace another time, wondering if he should delve deeper into the city quite yet or wait out his prey and strike from a still shadow... He put away the order strip and walked slowly down the pathway, letting the ambling masses conceal his movements and, hopefully, his purpose in being in this city. He pulled his robes a little closer over his face, casting his unseen face even further into the shadows of the cowl.

His best bet was to head to where the instructions said he would possibly find a target. He wrinkled his nose at the thought of entering the slums. If this part of the city was so distasteful then how horrible would an area known as the slums be? He didn't want to know but he never turned down or failed a mission. He was far too honorable to even consider that. The slums was his target destination then. He closed his eyes as he slowly ambled forward with the crowd. The map of the city seemed to appear before his eyes and he noted that he had to move through three other districts of the city before he'd reach the slums... Presumably his targets might be doing the same. Best to keep a lookout for anything that might resemble one of his targets on the way there.

"LoCaTiOn: MaRkEtPlAcE."

ロボット! said, staring up at the banner strung between two buildings, it read Marketplace. It wasn't really necessary to state the location, but ロボット! thought it looked cool. But in reality they were just reading out loud. On the stretch of road in front of them, vendors filled to the brim with interesting items called out their wares. It was teeming with people on the go.

"BeGiN: SeArCh FoR tHe SlUmS."

ロボット! jolted through another sentence, as they carried themselves to the nearest Marketplace vendor. ロボット!'s internal map had been damaged, due to an unfortunate incident involving water and a fishing attempt that went poorly. They stood out quite a bit, being 6'0 feet tall and having a tv for a head, not to mention a giant hammer sitting on one shoulder. People stared and shook their heads, it must've been normal for them to see such a sight.

"ExCuSe Me SiR, dO yOu KnOw WhErE i CoUlD lOcAtE tHe SlUmS?"

The market vendor jumped, as ロボット! set down their hammer with a loud *thump* the vendor winced, knowing this encounter would most assuredly cause trouble.

"Well ... yes yes I do ... for a price."

He shook his head, straightening his jewelry racks nervously. He was testing his luck, trying to extract money from this menacingly adorable figure.

"HoW mUcH?"

ロボット! Leaned inward to come closer to the bumbling merchant. They bumped their head, causing several of the pieces of jewelry to fall to the ground and shatter. The face on the TV switched to that of a sad one.

"I aM sOrRy."

Robotic sniffles could be heard beyond the screen.

"Yeesh, they aren't fully done with you yet huh kiddo? It's fine, they were all fakes anyways."

He wasn't lying about the fakes part, but it did cost him a bit of profit. Anything to get this weird giant robot child to stop crying. He decided that the money was most likely not worth it. If the robot even had any money on them.

"If you keep going down this street, you will reach the Slums, go straight down, and then turn right."

The robot nodded, wiping away pixelated tears. Hefting the hammer back onto their shoulder, they input their course into their damaged map.

"龍首,他已經到來。" As the doors to Dragon Head swung open, three notifiable beings made themselves present. First was Mark Ho, otherwise known as Man Kong. It'd been said he was arrested, how he'd been released? That's a question for another day. Second was Wong Lun Fat, there wasn't many things to note about him, his name was enough to send shivers down the spine of even the most cold blood killer. Behind the two appeared a hooded man, wearing sunglasses who'd been drenched in jet black. "大衛·洛基特" From the far corner of a room this name was called out, a man hidden in shadow stepping from such to reveal himself; said man being none other than Machine Gun Johnny(Onionhead). Dà wèi·luò jī tè stepped forth, his knees sinking to the ground before bowing his head in honor; Onionhead patted him on the shoulder before imploring him to rise.

"副山主,我相信你是來工作?" David nodded, rising his left hand while beginning to slowly pry the teeth of his last target's from his skin; indent marks being left behind. "那麼好吧。" Beckoning Mark Ho to bring forth a freshly upgraded cellphone, Onionhead handing it to Lockett as he began to scroll through the names and faces. "傑克,ロボット!,暗影之擊,血殭屍,和獅子。These are your targets, bring me their heads on a plate." Feeling a monstrous grip on his shoulder, he nodded in Mark Ho's direction "不燃燒他們這時候,你知道我喜歡我的眼睛清新。" With that David bowed once more before leaving Headquarters, a car waiting by the entrance to take him to the location.

Open. Sit. Close

"當到了這個時候,先生?" Releasing a frustrating sigh, Lockett glared in the direction of the driver "We're alone now, this car isn't rigged, I've already checked". A feminine sigh responded, the woman's shoulders dropping to a more relaxed position as she set off, blaring whatever music came first on the radio. "What a relief, I thought I'd have to talk that way the whole ride!" She back at him via the mirror, keeping her eyes on the road from time to time "So, got another kill?" David opened his palm "Five of them at once?! Jeez, I know Onion has faith in you but that's a huge number!" He shook his head "This is nothing to me. Mark just took down a whole factory, I'm nowhere near their level yet." She shot him a worried expression "Yeah, but those guys are super powered freaks of nature, you're only using your fists to fig--" Her eyes widened, his cold, masculine hand now resting over her mouth "If I can't do this..I am not worthy". Giving a sigh of relief, she smiled back at him, knowing it was impossible to change his way of thinking once he was set on it. "Alright then, Mr. Honor, sit back and relax; we're heading into Fixers' Hope now". As the jet black car speed toward their destination, David prepared himself for the potential war; his fists lusting for blood.

Granthor heard quite a commotion of to his side so, naturally inquisitive, he opened his eyes and looked off towards the noise, barely moving his head as he did so. He was quite amazed to see a certain species that he knew one of his targets to be. That was almost all to easy of a target. He shuffled slowly toward the figure as it left the shop. He didn't trust the changes in face on the screen. Robots in general he didn't trust so he tended to deal with them as quickly as he could.

He crossed the street slowly, using the masses as a cover of his movements. He knew he wasn't detected by the time he crossed to the same side of the street as the ロボットand slowly approached from behind. He took out his bottle of acid, that would eat through the mechanical parts rather easily, and coated his prepared Tantō with it. Now to the fun part, or at least the part he found most fun. The stalking.

Stealth Roll
[dice]16924[/dice]

He slowly and quietly approached the robot/human abomination from behind, concealing his blade in the deep flowing robes. A smile slowly grew on his face as he got closer to his quarry without it becoming aware. This was almost too easy, maybe he'd just been in the job too long and was becoming too skilled. He pushed the thought away, trying to control the arrogance he felt since he knew that would get him killed one day. He could't quite get rid of it though, this was easy. Almost too easy. A flicker of doubt ran through his head but he pushed it away. One cut was all he would need.

He reached the back of the abomination and slipped the tantō out of his sleeve, the blade shining dully with its liquid coating. With the smile curling into a nasty snarl he sliced out with the tantō and felt the blade start to cut through his quarry. Already he was thinking of that pile of money that he was going have by the end of the day. He slipped the tantō cleanly through the target and began to walk past as though he'd just bumped into the stranger.

"ErRoR: UnKnOwN sUbStAnCe." It was a loud announcement, and caused the people swarming around ロボット! like a rock in a stream to stop and turn. An exclamation point flashed on the television screen. "DaMaGe ReCePtOrS iNdIcAtE: 29.17%" An unhappy pixelated face replaced the exclamation mark almost immediately.

[dice]16927[/dice]

The people on the street started to back away. It was clear what damage meant, even to the most drunken man. ロボット! turned slowly searching for the source of the unknown substance. The tv rested on a man cloaked in all black. He looked to be walking away, just one with the crowd. The screen flashed to a picture of him, with the words "ElImInAtE" stamped across it. "TaRgEt LoCaTeD, iNiTiAtE bAtTlE." ロボット! jumped into the air, several feet higher than any human body could've done. ロボット!'s legs had springs crammed inside of them along with the rest of their muscles. While it might've hurt originally, their pain receptors were entirely cut off, which was why ロボット! didn't feel any pain from the attack and was currently leaping around like a grasshopper. They positioned the hammer downward, aiming it directly toward the opponent's head. "BlUdGeOn!" It yelled in its odd high pitched voice.

Granthor had been walking away, thinking that the acid would eat away at his quarry. Little did he expect his quarry to start screaming at him about how he had to be eliminated. He turned around just in time to see the stupid robot flipping through the air and ready to swing away with that giant hammer of its. Granthor started to back off but didn't really have the defenses to fend of the attack, all he could really do was attempt to dodge it.

Defense Roll

He took the blow into his stomach and felt the air ripped out of him. He went flying and when he landed he was pretty certain he broke a few ribs. He picked himself up and snarled at the abomination. That had hurt just a little too much for his liking. He focused in all his energy, preparing himself for his maximum efficiency. This target already warranted his strongest blow and they'd only exchanged a hit each. He slipped his tantō out and closed his eyes briefly before glaring at the target. With that he disappeared.

Attack Roll
[dice]16935[/dice]

He whizzed through the air, covering the space between him and the target in less than a second and lashed out as hard as he could with his blade. He felt the blow strike home and knew he'd put almost as much strength into it as he could. Hopefully it would be enough since he didn't know how well he'd fare in an extended fight with this thing.

"Must terminate targets," she said to herself again as she tried keeping herself from getting distracted by the many attractions surrounding her. With this environment, she knew she was vulnerable to excessive daydreaming. She felt the need to quicken her steps. Her mechanic limbs whirred more noisily as she hurried down the street. This location had all her weak spots. Mental weak spots. Sixty-two let out a sigh of relief when the clubbing music was barely heard. Her pace slowed to a more regular motion and her gears whirred rhythmically. She was now surrounded by a more serious crowd. There were mostly men and women in business attires and a few beggars. She must be in Chinese Quarter. Many sophisticated businesses took place in this particular district. Most of the owners were of oriental descent, so it wasn't surprising to find business names relating to dragons and such. As expected, Sixty-two scanned her surroundings. The total population is 22,086. Sixty-eight percent: humans, twenty-two percent: Vampires, fifteen percent: Elvish, eleven percent: Demonic beings, nine percent: alien or unidentifiable, six percent: robotic beings, and five percent: Werewolves. She was amazed by the shift in demographics. Though she wasn't surprised to find humans in being the main inhabitants of any district. This was originally their world until they unveiled the many other races among their own kind and outer space. If Sixty-two were to list all the Alien species discovered, she would end up righting an incoherent novel, but funny enough, the Alien race normally prefer their own planet. Hence, their there small numbers within her statistics scan. She decided to highlight the robots in the current area with a bright blue aurora since they have a small percentage and she has two targets within that category.

Many busy bodies moved in and out of buildings. She watched her surroundings carefully as she trotted through Chinese Quarter. Sixty-two's metallic feet make a click-clack noise down the sidewalk. Her presence was more noticeable, now that she's in a more quiet environment. Her mind flickered through the images provided for some of her targets. She recited their descriptions to herself and suddenly paused on Lockett. She arched a brow. Didn't she spot a similar figure not too long ago entering a vehicle? She re-winded her memories to that particular moment. He matched the description. She took a screenshot of her memories and began running in the direction of where she last seen the car; it seemed to be heading toward the Slums. She began to repeat the description of the car and the license plate it had. After several minutes of putting her mechanical legs into hyper gear, she spotted the car she screenshotted from her memories. "Target found. Begin process of elimination,"

Sneak Roll
[dice]16936[/dice]

Sixty-two failed to notice the red light ahead of the car she was chasing. At the last moment, she widen her eyes upon realization and skidded down the street until she bumped into the car which held her target inside, David Lockett. Her feet's friction against the floor she ran upon left two long, steaming indents.

"So tell me something, David." Silence warmly embraced the journey so far, David seeming to focus for the battle ahead. "Hm?" Now officially having his attention, his lip luscious driver capitalized on the opportunity "Why don't you get yourself a lady?" She began unfastening her jacket, her cleavage beginning to surface "I'm sure there's lots of women who'd be interested in you." David couldn't help but sigh, averting his gaze toward the outside. "Women are no more than weaknesses, reasons for men like me to fall." Speaking as if he's had experience, he continued "Having a woman means looking out for someone other than me..that's something I can't afford." As her finger hovered over the auto-pilot button, she looked back at David; lust engulfing her common sense. "Well, I think you need to loosen up. If you don't have some fun, people will think you're a--" Her eyes widened in horror, immediately snapping her position back to the car "Robot!" David shot her a perplexed expression "Robot?" She screamed out, placing her foot on the gas as a holographic image of the rear view appeared before him "ROBO--"

SLAM! BUMP! CRASH!

"什麼他媽的?" Quickly unfastening his seatbelt, he tightened his fists and prepared to exit the car at any moment. "這到底是什麼東西?" David sighed "Well clearly it's a Robot, didn't all of your screaming earlier clarify that?" Viewing the monitor, his mind sprung into instinct mode "使用故障左右搖擺, we're running it over." Hesitantly nodding, she spun around, now facing the mechanical monstrosity and pressing as hard as she could on the gas. "Here goes nothing!"

[dice]16937[/dice]

"Did I get it?!" Continuing to speed forward, they hadn't entirely looked back to check how much damage was done to the robot or even if any damage was done at all. "That doesn't matter, keep driving." She let out a panic sigh 那是什麼東西? He kept his eyes on the rear-view monitor "I'm not sure..but I don't think that's the last time we're going to see it. Anyway, head Downtown, we'll try and lose her first then head back towards the slums." She nodded obediently "收到!"

Sixty-two downloaded as much information as she could from the target while he was before her within the car. She set a permanent lock on him, giving his silhouette a red aurora through her scanner's lens. The car sped off, but then spun with a loud screech as the wheels turned about and quickly came back with great velocity. She placed her hand onto the hilt of her sword as his car came forth. The female driver looked frightened as she drove to strike Sixty-two down. She may have to kill six targets instead of the original five assigned to her. As an assassin, she expects additional casualties. Within her mind, Sixty-two calculated her next move. She jumped into the air in time to avoid the car crashing into her. She clung onto a light post and ripped it. Then, she threw one third of the light post under the car to fake being hit.

She swung her blade around majestically while she was mid air and aimed where her permanent lock located Lockett. She striked through the roof of the racing car, but there was a slight chance her target may have evaded her attack. She hoped this wasn't the case. She needed to complete her objective and he was twenty percent of it. Failure is not an option.

Scorpio wandered the slums. She always stayed there since every other place wouldn't accept her due to her past and appearance. She'd recieved orders to kill 5 targets so she scavenged her gear from her stash. She had a small place in the Slums to herself where she hung out. That's where she grabbed her gear from before heading out to the streets. She wasn't exactly the stealthiest assassin, especially due to the fact she was a giant robot scorpion. Her red eyes almost glowed in he dark night and her skin was so pale that she almost looked like a ghost. Scorpio continued walking about the slums, her guns in pouches at her sides.

The robot had begun to bleed dangerous amounts onto the pavement, but stood up straight as though nothing was happening. "DaMaGe InDiCaToRs ReAd: 99.0%" the robot's metal gleamed through the crimson. "MiNiMaL rEpAiRs NeEdEd." However it didn't look very minimal. In fact the robot was on its last leg, as it waited for it's opponent to strike it. The sword came down, directly into the TV, sending glass shards flying everywhere. the cracked screen flashed from that of an angry face to that of a happy one.

It raised the hammer again, staring at the fallen foe. Pausing, they placed the hammer back by their side. "PrOtOcOl InDiCaTeS tHiS lAcKs HoNoR." The robot explained, as though this battle would have anything to do with honor, falling back a few steps and waiting for the next attack.

The smile was wide as he felt the Shadowstrike hit home. The blow had been telling, that much was obvious. There was almost no one that would be able to remain living, much less standing, after such a cut. Even as he saw the wound he had inflicted he could tell that it was a critical injury that would have to be dealt with immediately if any chance of survival was wanted. There was very little remaining of the abomination but it still stood. That much he respected, the fact it would fight so far to reach the end. A merciful end for it then... Sadly he'd underestimated the fighting spirit in this quarry.

Defense Roll
[dice]16956[/dice]

Thankfully, all of that training on his speed and reactions paid off in instances like these. He saw the huge hammer come swinging at him and smiled disdainfully as he rolled with the blow, not getting hurt by the swing of it since he moved with the energy of the strike. It knocked the wind out of him and he did hit the ground a little hard, causing pain from the possibly broken ribs that the first blow had caused. He stood up with a grimace and glared at the robot. This was pointless, that robot abomination was going to die anyways. He wasn't going to die with it. He ran toward the weakened robot and threw one of his kunai at its throat, intent to end this now.

Attack Roll

He watched as the kunai flew true and knew at the very least it would make its mark. Now if the abomination was able to survive that, damned if he knew. Any other target of his would have collapsed to the immense damage dealt to it already.

SWISH! SLICE! SKIIIIIIDDDDD!!! VROOOM!

"天啊!" Despite having visuals on the rear view, he couldn't have properly protected himself against an opponent he couldn't see. With that in mind, he kicked open the door, heading out of the car as the sword rushed his upper left shoulder against his better wishes. "Ngh!" As the car sped off, the driver following his orders and moving forth, he immediately rolled into a charging position; rocketing to his opponent still currently in the air.

Using his superior superhuman speed, he darted to her from the right side, now switching to the left side- repeat.(He's trying to use his speed to confuse her motion trackers) Entering a Zig Zag motion, he would continue this process until reaching a close distance, his body sinking and snapping back up at her; a fearsome uppercut meant to strike her chin.
"騰龍衝!"

The robot's seemingly human throat was pierced by the Kunai, a loud thunk could be heard. Like it was hitting metal. It fell to it's knees, and then the floor, as the hammer slid from its grasp. "It WaS aN hOnOr." It spluttered, the sound of its technologically generated voice accompanied by static. The screen began to go dim. "ErRoR, eRroR, mAlFuNcTiOn. ImMeDiAtE rEpAiR rEqUeStEd, TaLk To AkIhIrO yUu." Static replaced all of the incoming transmissions. "01001100 01101111 01110110 01100101. GoOd ByE." The cracked screen faded to black, the robot no longer spoke. The body had stained much of the surrounding ground now, and the citizens that had gathered to watch the fight turned away. Not out of sadness, or pity. But disgust, and knowing that they would have to keep on living their lives as well, or end up like that thing.[dice]16975[/dice]

Sixty-two clung onto her sword as the car, which was penetrated by the sword, sped down the street. Her dark hair fluttered about as the wind rushed through it. She heard a loud 'bang' from the side of the car and she spotted Lockett moving in a zig-zag motion with tremendous speed. Her screen began to flash red on and off, Warning! Warning! Incoming attack! Too many options were present in order to deflect the attack. Sixty-two didn't have time to be indecisive.

She pulled her blade from the roof of the car and inadvertently dodged the attack as she flew off the car due to it's extreme speed. She half expected to get hit utilizing this method, but dodging completely was a plus. She struck the road with her sword and landed on her two feet. "Must eliminate target," she reminded herself in a monotonous voice. She ran towards Lockett with decent speed. She clicked a button that was on her sword and it combusted into flames. Sixty-two was at a safe enough distance to use one of her flèche attacks. She purposefully crashed into a light post, so it may fall in her opponents direction. She did this in attempt to startle Lockett. She then attacks him with a flèche. She transferred her weight onto her front foot and began to extend her mechanical arm. Her rear metallic leg initiated the attack, but the ball of her leading foot provided the explosive impulse that is needed to drive Sixty-two toward the designated target.

Jack walked away from the smoking wreckage of what was once a military grade transport vehicle. He always insisted on driving himself. Fun fact: he was self taught. It was almost ritual for him to crash his vehicle. Breaks were overrated, and finding parking was easier this way. Well, it didn't change the fact that nearly every time he hospitalised people. But hey, military jobs had their perks, and his came with government immunity. He took a look around.

The slums? Probably, seeing all these hoboes.

Yes indeed, people had all ready gathered around the burning wreckage of his vehicle, seeking warmth and shelter from the rain. He left before the thing exploded.

He decided to walk around, and took a direction. He left the map in the vehicle, as well as the list of targets. He did, however, memorize their appearances. Of course, he was still lost. He decided to walk around, whistling in a fashion he thought intimidating. He was pretty frightened about it.

Scorpio heard someone in the slums nearby him. She turned to him quickly, scanning the zone. She quite couldn't figure where he was though so she started wandering towards where she thought he might be. Her loud feet clanged in the pavement as she walked.

Granthor watched as the Kunai caught the robot in the throat and as it started breaking down. He walked forward once the abomination seemed dead, at least with a robot all the power shut down. Humans could be difficult to tell since any human could pretend to be dead. Once he reached the corpse of his target he rolled it over, retrieved his Kunai and set it in a more peaceful position. With that done he placed the hammer back into its hands. It was just a matter of his mentality. All warriors should enter the afterlife with their weapon in hand and abominations were no different.

There were too many people here for his liking. Even if their attention wasn't on him anymore they were still there. He left the corpse where it lay and headed to one of the dark alleys, letting the shadows consume his presence. Now this was a bit more his speed. He let a cruel smile spread across his shaded face. One down, four to go. He pulled out his survival medical kit and started tending to the injuries he'd endured from the fight. He'd have to be much more careful with any future encounter. Obviously these targets were pretty special like he had originally thought.

"TaRgEt LoCaTeD, iNiTiAtE bAtTlE."

Assassins... That was the only answer. He was hunting assassins and assassins were hunting him. The smile on his face grew wider. That was a game he was far more than willing to play. It'd been a long while since he'd had to fight hard for a kill and now he appeared to be competing for them. After tending to himself he stood up and cast aside the now useless kit. No point in remaining here any longer, time to continue onward to the slums of the city.

He slipped back into the masses silently and followed them as the bustle of races left the Market District and went into the Chinese Quarter. He ambled along until he came to a small crowd of people huddling on the side of the road, watching something. He smiled as the event was revealed to him. Two more targets it appeared and they were going to be weak. He hid himself in the shadows, content to watch and attack from the darkness when it seemed like an easy kill was warranted. Best to let his targets wear themselves out rather than risk his own health for a needless fight. There were still five remaining including himself. A long road to travel and he was intent on reaching the end. He smiled at the prospect of an easy kill.

As Jack walked, he heard a loud clanging noise. Not louder than his whistling, but loud enough to tell they were close, and getting closer. Jack whipped his magnums out, cutting his pants in the process. Small nicks, just enough to let the musty air in. He growled audibly, approaching the clanging noise, around the corner. There were at least two or three bots on his hit list, maybe this was one of them. He was going to kill them anyways. After all, he did already take his guns out. He rounded the corner, entering the street of the clanging noise.

Scorpio saw a man in street. She quickly scanned him, noticing he was his target. She also noticed the guns he was holding. She ducked back behind a wall for cover, her guns drawn too. She made sure she had ammo in her guns and started charging her blades. As she sorted this out, she made even more clanging.

A robot, just as he suspected. Or, sort of. It was like a mishmash robot-human. At least that's what it appeared to be. Definitely one of his targets though. It took shelter behind a wall, waiting. Moments like these were what he lived for. He dashed forwards, putting on a quick burst of speed, and opened fire, leasing a loose spray towards the alleyway, aiming for the head-ish area.
